Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beckley by IHG

Room was not ready for the 3 person reservation. There was no bedding for the sofa bed - the front desk told me I could pick it up at the front desk. The dishes in the room included 2 knives, 1 fork and 1 coffee mug. Should have been fully outfited with 4 of each. Food offered was mediocre and the restaurant offerings were minimal. Accomodations were comfortable

Room was very nice, except for shower curtain being way too long inside the shower. I have a hard time believing this is being cleaned between every stay. Elevator was not working, pool was shut down with no notice it was closed. Laundry wasn’t working. Was told we could use the hotel next door. Vents in room were really dirty. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and garbages to be emptied. Short staff. Manager did apologize, which did make us feel a little better. Is a lot to pay for what we were needing.

Nate at the front desk was great. Clean and comfy room and loved it had a bar and restaurant even though didn’t get a chance to try them out!

TV TV NO HD SOUND AND PICTURE AWEFUL

Our stay was good. The room was clean. The bathroom had a strong bleach smell that gave us a headache. The water pressure was horrible. The elevator needs service. It was jumping and shimmy. Strong burning electrical smell. The breakfast was good and the restaurant in the evening was good. Staff and service were great.
