Best Western Plus Wausau Tower Inn

Had a two day reservation. The hotel canceled our reservation after the first night for no reason. Staff was not helpful at all and had no idea why.

Parking was fine. I didn’t go to the bar.

Baathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Main food wasn't good but the waffles and the yogurt filled me up. Staff at front desk were good.

Quick check in and check out. Clean room, nice staff. Couldn't find the game room and arcade room that was mention on their page. Ask the person at the front and he said they don't have one and hes been there 3 years. Maybe they meant the room title Aidan's room??? And the machi es in the bar are??? Nice selection of hot breakfast foods, more than the ones I have been to.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly! It was in an easy to get to spot as well!
