Nice hotel. Asked for adjoining rooms, did not get, but a door in our room to the next room!.. No carpet in the rooms??.. why? Handicapped Parking spaces were full Of snow, not cleared at all! Traveled with my 81 year old mother who could have used that! No curtains and no carpet made the rooms feel cold. Otherwise good breakfast, great service from staff! Clean rooms.

Place was very nice and clean. Room was clean & beds were comfy. But one major problem. The pool. The website & the information sheet from the front desk said they had a Heated Pool, open until 10pm. We got to the pool room about 8pm. It was very cold inside the pool area. And i stepped in to the pool & the water was freezing cold. And it didnt look like the filter was running. Nobody else was in the pool. You would probably get sick if you went in there. Not sure what happened. The lady at the desk said "I\'m sorry" and that was it. No explanation. I would have went to Blue Harbor if i would have known the pool here was not useable. The pool was the main reason we came to this Holiday Inn. Total Ripoff

Three days after a snowstorm of approximately 10 inches of snow, the parking lot had not been cleaned very well. As a matter of fact, it was a mess. We were disappointed in having to wade through snow to get back-and-forth to our vehicle and to track it into our room.

Tamara at the front desk was outstanding and the staff was super helpful and considerate. Overall cleanliness was high, but there were sticky floor stains between the 2 beds in room 333 -so gross!! Service was outstanding - staff was committed to guests having a great experience.

Doors to each hotel room were not sealed, I could hear everyone walking outside my room. In the hallway I could hear the person across the hall in their shower. The thermostat in my room didn't work so my room was freezing al night. Just overall not great.

The room was in poor condition. Toilet didn't flush properly, toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, bathtub didn't drain properly. Considering we paid over $240 per night, it should have been in better condition. Could have stayed in Comfort Inn with better bathroom.

The toilet was soooo eco-friendly that the tank wouldn't refill after the third flush. It was brought to the attention of many different people that our toilet was having this issue. The repairman didn't fix it and when I inquired again, no one assisted nor offered to help. I went ahead and used the ice chest bucket to fill with sink water in order to fill the toilet tank with enough water to flush.

The toilet was soooo eco-friendly that the tank wouldn't refill after the third flush. It was brought to the attention of many different people that our toilet was having this issue. The repairman didn't fix it and when I inquired again, no one assisted nor offered to help. I went ahead and used the ice chest bucket to fill with sink water in order to fill the toilet tank with enough water to flush.

Service was prompt and helpful, hotel was clean with nice finishes. Pool was a little small and humid. Breakfast was great, and beds/bedding were comfortable and clean!

Comfortable room but air conditioner/heating unit was loud. Could have been a little cleaner. Receptionist friendly and provided back up toiletries needed. Breakfast selection pretty good with coffee/tea/hot chocolate/milk/juice fruit, hot and cold cereal, and hot breakfast items.

My room had some issues. HVAC fan was noisy. The TV cable service they use had delays when changing channels. TV did really not function well. The lighting in the bathroom and the room was too bright. They need softer LED lighting. The lighting was blinding in the bathroom. Please bring back bar soap for the bathroom sink! The liquid handwash soap is mounted at least two feet away from the sink and is overly scented. Breakfast was lackluster. Upon check out I was not asked how my stay was. I expected better from a Holiday Inn, especially for the price.

I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but the lady working all weekend was incredibly helpful. She gave us great recommendations for things to see and do while visiting Sheboygan, and she was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was really good, and the hotel was in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in town!

A pleasant property and staff. Clean with a contemporary feel. I was looking for something for myself for one night for business in the area in the $120 range. Actually, all things considered, this may be the best option in the area at this price point.
