Passamos apenas um dia , quarto confortável , estacionamento amplo , café da manhã padrão americano, mas bem farto. Única ressalva foi a piscina não ser aquecida . Em relação à localização , para quem está de carro não é problema , fica perto do aeroporto.

It was an excellent experience from checkin to checkout. Staff friendly & helpful, accommodating to our child and made sure he got what he needed to make his toys work. Breakfast was delicious, free shuttle to the airport, pool was enjoyable for kids, hot tub for adults.

Nice and clean hotel. They even put us in a room connected to the pool for our kids, which we thought was pretty neat. Overall a great stay!

We didn't get the room we originally reserved. We had 2 rooms from Tuesday to check out Saturday. We wanted to use the hot tub to relax and we couldn't because there was at least 20 little kids playing in the hot tub like it was a pool. They were kicking and splashing us and when they were told to get out they laughed. This happened more then once. Then my daughter was hit multiple times in the back of the head with a basketball and they continued each day we were there each day so paying over $1000 for the hotel it would be nice to use the pool and hot tub. Then they had tons of kids running in the rooms above us for a good 3 or more hours. The hotel staff lacks at doing their jobs lack of care for the guests they should care about making sure that rules are followed so they don't make guests like us and others so upset that we would never stay here again it was beyond horrible and the lack of the hotel staff is beyond horrible. These people had like big groups coming in and had a party and all these kids were at the pool area without a parent . So if u want a relaxing and enjoyable time find a different hotel it isn't enjoyable and the staff doesn't care at all nothing was addressed it kept happening so if they cared they would of did something. So please avoid this place there are better hotels out there that want your business so avoid this hotel

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's easy to find and in a central location for those wanted to go both north and south for events/shopping. The staff were efficient and friendly. The property is well maintained. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. They certainly offered something for everyone. We didn't use the exercise room or pool, but our room window looked out to the pool area and it seemed very nice. The exercise room was larger than some I have seen as well. The only thing I found odd was there was no working exhausted fan in the bathroom, but it wasn't an issue.
