Very friendly staff, very clean place, I felt safe even though the neighborhood is a bit sketch, I felt safe. Gym was missing some weights but 7 cardio machines where well maintained. Pool and spa where well maintained also. The working table was ok, daily room service.

Wish we enjoyed it. After a long day of traveling and wanting to relax in the hot tub, the hot tub was „out of service”. Breakfast is a charge separate. TV was broken in our room. Felt like we paid for „amenities” and didnt actually get any. Wont be coming again

Hot tub isn’t working, although the pool is inside it is absolutely freezing. The room was great other the n the shower water was very inconsistent, would go from hot to cold.

Staff was crazy kind and fun to chat with. A tub would have been nice. Hot tub and pool good, but you have walk out to get to them if you are in building that has the lobby. Also quiet.

Check in was seamless. The laundry facilities were functional, the pool refreshing, the room updated and comfortable and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay at this hotel for an event! Loved the size of the pool and the staff were incredible. Food was really good as well. Only complaint is we booked this hotel for the hot tub/pool, and the jets were not working in the spa. We brought it to staff attention twice and nothing was done. Would still stay here again as the hotel was great!

We had to walk up one floor because elevator was broken. Hallway carpets were dirty due to construction. They did not do anything in exchange for the inconvenience

The hot tub was colder than the pool. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Easy access from I-5. Gated parking lot with security a plus. Complimentary breakfast was good with “real” menu items, not just muffins and cereal. Friendly staff.

Hotel itself isn’t the issue but the area the hotel is located. Rooms sit across from a shopping complex that gets a little loud at night. Although the hotel is still going under renovations, it’s not noticeable. Restaurant available onsite which is great and the breakfast wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. Average but not worth the price when Denny is right down the street for around the same price. This is the second stay at this location and won’t be a third because of the location this hotel is at.

Everything was very clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very professional and overall the hotel was clean and orderly. We should have been informed of the extensive construction before booking though. The surroundings of the property were not safe, were ridden with trash, hypodermic needles, and a police vehicle was stationed just inside the property on several occasions.

When we arrived to our room there were chips all over the floor . There was a spot on the carpet with sticky stuff and stucky stuff on the table . We found earings on the floor and hair in the sink.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was spotless and spacious. They provide ear plugs, which is needed as outside traffic is noisy most of the night.

Bed is too soft. Cleanliness is just so so. You can feel the carpet wasn’t super clean.

Disgusted!!!!! The moment you get off the elevator the small and dirt on the hallway carpet, then get to the room and the smell and dirtiness continues. I ended up sleeping in the car rather than in that dirty room.

If it wasn’t for the pungent odor of the hallways and hotel rooms, I would stay here again. Thankfully you can open the windows and air out the musky aroma from the old carpets. There was scum build up and black mold in the tub. The beds were actually very comfortable! The staff was friendly and the pool area was clean and welcoming. If they put just a little extra care in cleaning the rooms and maybe invest in new carpets, I’d consider going back.

It was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, including the bathroom, looked and smelled clean. The hotel is situated near dining, casinos, convenience stores, groceries and other shopping interests. It was quiet for the most part, which I really appreciate. Thank you!

The rooms were pretty clean however the hallways did smell pretty bad. It wasn’t worth the price.

Room was great alot of space for my family Just the AC was not inngreat condition. It was too hot in the room. But regarles we had a great weekend.

Didn't get any sleep was put in one of the worst rooms at this property (room 345) closest room to I5 the room growls I liked this hotel stayed here many times but this was probably a deal breaker to much money to take a chance of getting a room this bad 😞

I thought it was cool that they offer dinner. I did not like the fact that there was no abilty to syream netflix or anything on the tv. Also could only connect my phone to Wi-Fi. Laptop did not have internet access even after signing in to network

This stay was terribly disappointing and the hotel is sorely understaffed. The TV did not work; when I picked up the phone to call the front desk there was no connection there, either. When I went downstairs to speak with the front desk person they were the one who came up to try to fix the technical issue with the TV. He crawled around our whole room with a flashlight following the cable but ultimately could not fix the problem. I asked for a credit - which they could not do because we booked through a third party site. I asked for comped breakfast, which at least we did get. Then overnight we tried to turn on the AC unit fan for white noise (as is recommended on written instructions in the room to drown out the car and foot traffic right outside the room) and it didn't work. I'm pretty flexible and understand that things go sideways sometimes, but this was a comedy of errors in that the TV, phone, and AC all were not functioning. Would not stay here again, and seriously second-guessing using third-party sites for future bookings as it severely limits staff ability to make things right if things go wrong. The bed was comfy and the staff was kind - but this hotel needs some serious attention.

We stayed in a suite, the suite space was specious, big living room, big bedroom and big bathroom. But, the sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable and the bathroom sink, tub and toilet got clogged easily.

It's right off the highway which is very convenient; however, they scimped on making the building more noise proof. You hear every vehicle going by all night long...

The rooms are very small for my wife and me. It would help if a little more emphasis were placed on their comfort.

The room is rated as soundproof but right next to the I5 made it impossible to sleep. The hotel provided earplugs.

I stay at Hilton properties often, so I have a high standard for service and BB at the Holiday Inn absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, warm, and attentive. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was just as smooth and comfortable as my Hilton experiences. Employees like BB make all the difference. Holiday Inn is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the outstanding service she provided!

We checked in early online as promoted by the text message. Apparently by doing the check in online prior to arriving it would make the physical check in smooth and quick, it did not. My husband went to check in while I waited with kids and luggage and after 45 minutes he came out and said I had to be the one to do since my name was on the reservation. I went in assuming the clerk was waiting for my id since I was right out side the door and my husband had already waited for 45 minutes but no he had taken someone else who had a serious issue with her reservation. Instead of using the other computer to check me in while the customer was on the phone he simply stood there doing nothing. I waited almost 40 minutes and finally got checked in which took another 15 minutes so doing the online check in was pointless. I booked through exspdia and breakfast for 2 was included so we thought. In the morning we went down and had to pay $11.98 a piece for the breakfast voucher which we then had to go to the restaurant and order from a limited menu. The food was horrible and tiny portions. They messed up one of the breakfast bowels that was eggs cheese bacon and potato’s and only brought out a small bowl of potato’s which I had to send back and by the time we got them like 30 minutes later we had to get a to go container. The breakfast resembled a continental breakfast except tiny portions so it was just terrible. I would have saved money and had a better breakfast at McDonald’s. The hotel

Staff very friendly and helpful

When asked for a late checkout the lady was extremely rude and said i guess and huge up. Very noise above us next too us. Definitely not worth $225 for the stay.

When I called to ask about our room, the male staff member on the phone was dismissive and seemed to feel our questions were beneath him. Upon arrival the check in process took over 15 minutes and seemed to be extend by the reception area help (which happened to be the same person we spoke with on the phone). Beyond this, the hallways and rooms smell like pee of some sort, causing us to sleep with the windows open to the full amount (2 inches on each side?!). Bedsheets smell like Febreeze, not clean or fresh. Lots of noise was present at night; it seems a drug culture is prevalent at the location...my son was concerned about several men behaving strangely-running up and down the stairs, while asking us where the lobby was and another instance of a drunk man pushing past him in the elevator. Loud noises throughout the night in the hallways. Overall, 3 stars is an awfully gracious score for this hotel.

My daughter had to have surgery. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable. They went out of their way. Got a wheelchair and shower chair to help with her care

Staff was phenomenal. Jasmine was so helpful and kind in helping me with my dad both in check in and check out. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel so there is a weird smell in the air there. But the people made my stay great!

The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I had a Pleasant day. Everything was clean and organized. It’s also nice having the freeway very close to the hotel.

Convenient location

Very busy, high traffic area with easy access off freeway.

Great location to travel from. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Google maps take you to the wrong side of the building though,

the staff was Great and so was our room. now to what I did not like, the traffic was loud they do give you ear plugs and tell you to leave the fan on and warn you not to walk out side at night because it is not safe...BIG DRUG problem this used to be a nice place. What has happened to our west coast?

This area is so horrible. I had no idea until I pulled in and felt so incredibly unsafe. Came inside and there was no one at the front desk for like 5 minutes. Another man was waiting at the front as well and finally a girl comes running over with some food and was less than professional. Just so gross. The whole place.

The location is unsafe and it is very loud. The walls are thin. There were ear plugs in my room but still was loud and staff should warn to wear earplugs because it is loud. A couple got in a fist fight for 20 mins outside of my room at 12:30 am and were screaming about being drug dealers. I called to report it after 20 mins and the front desk acted annoyed and said they were handling it. People screaming for 20 mins right by the lobby is not handling it. Where is security? Facility otherwise was nice and clean.

It was a great stop on our way to Arizona. We had lots of room to park the flat deck trailer we were hauling with furniture and a motorcycle. We felt safe leaving everything on it because there was a security guard on duty. Will stop here again!

I like the onsite restaurant but it's pricey.

The inside of the property is good and well maintained. The outside of the property is not safe and you can get your car robbed in broad day light (first hand experience). There is security that watches over the property over night but in a place like this with this many incidents there should be security all day. You can add on breakfast to your stay for cheaper than the meal itself which is nice but food isnt the greatest but definitely good enough. Most of the staff is kind and caring and dont have attitude which was nice to experience.

While walking from our car to the hotel, we witnessed a VERY large rat aprox 18inches long run from a bush next to the door, to the nearby dumpster area. The staff we reported it to seemed concerned and said they'll be sure to follow up on that. Also the breakfast buffet was beautiful and had many choices, but it was quite bland, and reminded us of institutional food- bland but filling and pretty to look at.

Front desk staff was SUPER amazing, helpful, and nice, however, housekeeping was awful, construction woke me up early, when I asked for a different room, front desk found one but I declined to take it bc of the smell of body odor due to terrible housekeeping and an extremely smelly person who had the room. Breakfast cost extra and it was the worse breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel for this price.

Overall a pleasant stay. The lady called Kathi at the breakfast corner is friendly and serves with a smile. Had a little enjoyable chat with her!

It’s a bummer that free breakfast is not included. When it says breakfast is available it’s very misleading and can imply that breakfast is included

Check in process was so smooth and quick. The smash burger restaurant was delicious and a plus that they are open late. Breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay again.
