Would be good for a couple days but not recommended for anything longer than that. Nice old building with windows that actually open. Comfy pillows and beds. Good location. Coffee was not available in the room but then it would be empty or cold in the upstairs kitchen area and you weren’t allowed to make it yourself. I just need an early morning cup to stave off the caffeine headache and they consistently missed the mark on that. No room cleaning unless requested. Asked for cleaning after two nights and it was fine. Asked again three days later after five nights total and they tried saying there would be a $25 charge for the cleaning. I’m sorry, what?! It used to be the norm to have daily room cleaning until hotels started cheaping out under the guise of environmentalism and/or Covid distancing. But yeah, with one little trash bin after three days it starts to overflow. And clean towels are a bare minimum expectation. There were three of us using them. The nickel and dime style of trying to charge for what is usually customary was very off putting. Tried to check in a little early (1:30 pm instead of 3 pm, after flight had gotten in at 9 am) and same thing- they wanted to charge for it. No thanks. Went to the free art museum down the street to use the restroom and kill time. Then the room wasn’t even ready at 3:00 and the cleaning person asked for another 30 minutes to get it ready. Did I get a refund for that? Nope! It should be give and take but not at this place. Ugh.

A bit of a hassle to check in and get access. Parking is very limited and difficult. Building is old and rooms match that age. Our room was noticably sloped. Overall a decent place to stay if you need to be in the UW location.

Parking is the main issue here, plan ahead, download the apps. It is an old style hotel with nice ambiance and location. I would return!

Nobody in lobby after 7pm. No bathroom, only one single shared toilet per floor and 2 showers. Price very high compared to offered services. Complex late booking procedure (after 7 pm), you have to do in the street, as building is closed without anybody at lobby. Rooms are noisy and sound insulation is very poor. Uncomfortable mattress. Not really an hotel, and bad value for money. Will not comme back
