The newest cost savings measure seems to be removing the in room coffee machine. That is unforgivable to addicts like me. I realize coffee is available in the lobby but that's lots of walking required before coffee to get coffee... Everything else was fine.

Had a large refrigerator, a kitchenette, and the room didn't stink (was actually pretty pleasant.) The area was pretty rough and the parking was limited, but the stay we took on very short notice and was very good. Staff were awesome

So this place was nice but didn’t have things most hotels have like an ice machine, had vending machines that only took ATM but had no water options, had no coffee pot and I didn’t see any soap, shampoo etc..good thing we had our own. We did have a kitchenette but no cookware or utensils, we read that you could request it for a fee. Also housekeeping was only offered if you stayed past 7 days. Should you need it before 7 days, you are charged a fee. The area was quiet. The lady who checked us in was very nice & helpful!

Drove over 500 miles transporting rvs. Needed a stay for night to deliver in morning. Arrived to hotel that is gated. Tons of people hanging outside. Couldn’t find parking to park truck and trailer. Went inside to talk with front desk. Waited 20 mins with ringing service bell. No response. Phone ringing off the hook. Went outside for another 20/30 mins to try and figure out what to do with a place to stay. Went back in and still no one around. Finally yelled to the back to see if someone was even there. Then the lady come up to desk from back and sad they do not allow over size vehicles. Now even more upset as there is nothing on the booking process to state that. Couldn’t try for cancellation cause it was past check in. Had to go spend another 130.00 on a hotel that could accommodate. Do not stay- ghetto. Truckers pick another location.

Bathroom sink and shower drain took over 3 minutes to drain. 2:30 in the morning guest were blasting their music and being loud in the hallway. Side door took forever to unlock.

Its my favorite place to dtay in this area The only bad experience was when my vehical was towed away and impounded due to the parking pass i was issued falling off my mirror Yes technically it was displayed properly there for it could be towed But it wouldnt have taken very much effort on the part of management to figure out whos car it was and if they had paid to be here or not It was $600 and it was only at the impound lot for 1hr I think the policy should be looked at so that a paying customer that has the right to park there doesnt have his vehical towed away just because his pass fell from his mirror and didnt notice as he walked away from the car. A little effort to see who life your going to totally derail by taking the car that they need to survive out here

There were holes in the curtain in the rooms. Black mold in the ceiling right outside our room. We were very concerned not only for ourselves but the housekeepers that need to work in the mold daily. The hallway also had a foul odor I’m guessing from the mold.

The beds were by far the most comfortable i have every had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well cared for. As we were leaving, the property was getting brand new beds and TVs throughout.

Walked into my room to a horrible smell and dried pee on the bathroom floor. Rooms are clearly not properly cleaned or inspected in-between guests. When I asked for a new room they told me they were all sold out and they would just go clean my room really quick. After watching a cleaner go to the room with nothing but a rag and spray bottle I knew I was in for a rough stay. After expressing my disappointment further a different room magically came available. The second room was also disgusting with black hairs everywhere and mold in the bathroom. Absolutely will never be staying here again.

Absolutely disgusting! Hair and crap all over the floor and in the bed. Smelly towels and stained linnens. Staff tried to correct this but their efforts fell short of our expectations. Checked out in the middle of the night and demanded a refund. Go ANYWHERE else.

I was put in a room with a broken air conditioner. When I called the front desk, I was told "Yea our maintenance man hasn't gotten around to fixing that yet." I said "You put me in a room, and you knew the air conditioner was broken in 95 degree weather?" I asked for another room and was told they were full. This was after 9 at night. Then I looked around the room and bedside lamp covered in dust and soda rings on the counter. With no where else to go, I tried to open the window, they only open an inch and there was a woman smoking right under my window. The best part was when the fire alarm went off at 2AM. Everyone exited the hotel and going down the hallway is a man covered in blood. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stay away!

The room itself was clean and a good size. Parking adequate if you have a car and the staff friendly given the limited interaction we had. The area was so desolate and without a car was hard to navigate but the stay was nice overall.

Arrived at midnight, staff said I couldn’t check in until 2 due to the “night audit.” Had to sleep in my truck for 2 hours. Once I did check in, I saw bags of trash lining the hallways where guests had stuck them outside their door and were never picked up. The whole place obviously stunk because of this. The inside of the room smelled the same, the floor was covered in a sticky film that my shoes stuck to. The neighboring room had a yappy dog that constantly barked and screeching from what sounded like a parrot. I made it until 3am and then decided it was best to just go back out to my truck to sleep

We were attending a 2 day festival a few miles away that got over close to the end of the checkin window. I called the day before and was told we could checkin early since the festival started before the checkin time did and to come in before (she even wrote a note for the next shift which they never received), when we arrived was told that was not possible & they had no idea what I was talking about but they will have a room for us ready when we return tonight. The lady at the desk took my ID and did all paperwork required to check us in and wrote a note for the night shift that we would be checking in late, she guaranteed we would have a room and to not worry about it. We arrived at 11:30pm and were told they are over booked and they don’t have a room for us. I made every effort to ensure a room would be available and even pre-paid through Expedia 4 months in advance, which did not matter to this hotel. They overbooked on purpose knowing they were already fully booked. There were literally NO hotels with rooms available within a 25 mile area so we ended up driving the 2 hour drive home and will have to do the same tonight for the 2nd day of the festival. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff don’t communicate with each other and they lie to your face.

Currently homeless and door dashing just to have a room each night. No matter where my day ends, I look at this location first purely because of how amazing the gal behind the counter is. She’s made coming here so welcoming and friendly and you just don’t get that at every hotel, let alone every location of extended stay. No matter how upset I’ve seen guests about details she couldn’t control, she has remained calm and professional each time. The energy in the room just goes flat whenever it’s someone else behind that counter. Please keep her.

Set their own rules about the check-in age, even though the official terms and conditions tell a different story. Somehow couldn’t check in because I’m 20, but was old enough to turn around and go to the bus station by foot at almost midnight. The most impressive thing about the story is that they won’t give my money back, explaining that their manager doesn’t remember telling my desk assistant about all that check-in nonsense over the phone. I have no problem with the desk assistant who was genuinely concerned for my safety and helped me a ton during my short stay in the lobby, I don’t know how to thank her enough. So we booked a last minute room and because we showed up during their "Audit" we couldn't check into 3am when we showed up at midnight. Seriously horrible service. Will no longer be booking anything through extended stay.

We stayed her and things were okay in the beginning. The air conditioning was broken and wasn’t able to be fixed the entire weekend or get us a different room and the GM stated that we would get a partial refund and 2 months later, still nothing.

The night manager of the hotel was fantastic. Hotels.com had overbooked and when we arrived, the manager said that he did not have a room for us. He was able to find another room for us so that we didn't sleep out in the cold. Tacoma was literally 100% booked due to the conference that we were attending. Thank you so much to the night manager! He really saved our bacon.

Had a large refrigerator, a kitchenette, and the room didn't stink (was actually pretty pleasant.) The area was pretty rough and the parking was limited, but the stay we took on very short notice and was very good. Staff were awesome

The property is in an industrial and dirty part of town. The property is surrounded by a security fence which was a bit reassuring since the old hotel a few doors down is burned out, covered in graffiti and appears to be a refuge for drug activity. The hotel itself was in fair condition, however we did find hair and dried toothpaste in the bathroom sink upon arrival and one of the beds almost looked as though it had been slept in. We checked out a day early as we were heading into Seattle for the night and although I was told we would be refunded for the night, I have yet to see a refund.

Just on vacation. Problem: the highway it's on has been CLOSED by an old bridge no longer open! Finding it with GPS is difficult! Once there, it's very nice.

Terrible. Staff was rude on check in. No garbage can in room other than the small trash can in bathroom. Bed very uncomfortable and the room smelled horribly like air conditioner antifreeze smell. Tiny microwave that barely big enough to reheat take out that couldn’t be eaten during to no silverware, dishes or cups. Room was cold and noisy neighbors. Breakfast was a joke. Bad coffee, frozen muffins that crumbled like sand, and nutrigrain bars that tasted like they were forgotten in a box for a year. Parking was a joke, I needed a handicap parking that was taken by motorcycle that didn’t have handicap tags. I have difficulty walking and had to walk from around the back of the building. I will not stay there again.

This should be an embarrassment to the Extended Stay hotel company. They had no hair dryer in the room but would rent me one! They had a kitchen but absolutely nothing in it, I’m sure they would have ‘rented’ me a fork if I asked. The room looked old with worn carpet. And the free breakfast was dry oatmeal packages and stale muffins. Unbelievable

The newest cost savings measure seems to be removing the in room coffee machine. That is unforgivable to addicts like me. I realize coffee is available in the lobby but that's lots of walking required before coffee to get coffee... Everything else was fine.

It was very clean they were very attentive I only stayed one night but I was totally satisfied I will definitely come back love the fact that they have coffee in the morning that was a nice surprise for me.

I didn't like it and I don't recommend staying there, it's a port area and there's nothing nearby. The hotel is terrible, you need to pay to have internet and even paying is bad, there is no breakfast just a cup of coffee and a cereal bar. The shower in the room didn't stop dripping and the corridor of the rooms stank of food

For the price it was fine. "Grab and go" breakfast was a joke: mini muffins, hot cocoa, coffee, instant oatmeal. Thats it. No fruit, nothing. Biggest gripes are no hair dryer in the room, and they came by at 9am to replace the tv and beds across the hotel. I told them, No thanks, i check out at 11. They abided, but come on, you shouldnt be doing that until folks check out.

Very disappointing stay considering how much I spent here. My corridor absolutely stank of weed which made it hard to sleep as it was coming through the walls and under the door. I placed towels around the door to try to block it but it was still choking me. It was pretty noisy and the parking lot was full of trash and dog poop. All the amenities were locked away so you had to request if you wanted plates, cutlery, hairdryer etc. All that being said, the staff were very nice and helpful. I've stayed at a lot of hotels but this was just really disappointing.

Stayed here to attend a show at the Tacoma Dome and the distance was pretty good. We got a non-smoking bedroom but it still smelled a bit like smoke. I would definitely take an air freshener next time. It was not a terrible stay but it could have been a bit cleaner for my liking.
