The pool was green and told its be fixed and clear after dinner. It was not!! No water pressure in the shower. Shower door didn’t close all the way. Bed is so soft and broken down I was more comfortable sleeping upright. Breakfast was less than par. Coffee was extremely weak. OJ was watered down with a funny taste. Won’t be back and extremely disappointed with our stay starting our week long vacation. Giuseppe’s Italian Restaurant was the best of the stay!!

This was a great place to stay. Room was very clean, front desk staff was friendly, check in was easy. Breakfast in morning was very good, super friendly staff in breakfast area. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was worn out. Our room was musty and the sheets were questionable. The rug was also wet as the AC was leaking. Since we were just using the room for a quick nap we stayed but would not stay here in the future.

Our room was VERY musty and humid. The hvac unit was set to 86 so it was pulling in hot humid air from outside. The room snaked musty and was just damp feeling. I wouldn't stay here again.

Closest hotel in my opinion to VMP… this was our 2nd time booking this hotel for that very reason! This year the room we stayed in had 0 water pressure (sink and shower) all you could do was take a wash cloth shower! Hotel was fully booked! Staff was extremely friendly!

Thought I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a tub but I got a room with 2 doubles and a shower instead. Room was at the front if the hotel so we had to keep the shades down to keep the lights from the Holiday Inn sign and the lights from traffic out. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Staff is very rude and unfriendly. The breakfast area is separated by a door and I saw them close it off as a guest was approaching to get his breakfast. Room service attempted to enter my room on a non check out day without knocking first. (I asked for no service) Breakfast items often empty…even no coffee. Multi day stay but never greeted by front desk- to busy playing on phone. I highly doubt I will be returning here.

Only complaint was the lack of toiletries. Two nights in a row we asked for towels to be told there was no clean towels avaliable. Even after our room was cleaned and dirty towels taken we were left with no towels at all to use. I had to get pushy with the front desk after being told there were none that they had to give me something for us to use to shower. All of a sudden magically towels appeared.

The sausage was burnt, the bread was hard, the omlet was burnt and get this. The cereal was good but they had No white milk. I had to use chocolate milk in my cereal better rest of the breakfast was not fit to eat. The room bathroom fan was so nosy it needs cleaning. The rating for this is minus 5

This was a great place to stay. Room was very clean, front desk staff was friendly, check in was easy. Breakfast in morning was very good, super friendly staff in breakfast area. Would definitely stay here again!

Took an hour to check in (Expedia's fault - I won't be booking through them again). The shower was not enclosed on the floor to catch the water (I guess they put me in a handicap accessible room?) and apparently not graded properly. When I showered, the water flooded the bathroom floor (partially) and flowed under the bathroom door and flooded the tiled front entrance (about 3/4 of the area). The hotel was very noisy. There were people banging around above me for half an hour or more at 10 at night to the point where I could feel it lying in bed. There were doors slamming in the hallway outside my room at 6 in the morning. Breakfast was mediocre.

Very nice hotel. Loved that they had actual handwash in the room (liquid, not the bar of soap). I usually have to bring my own from home. Breakfast had good options and seating.

What an amazing by experience! The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had such great customer service! The same for the lady at the front desk the next morning. The room was extremely clean and had plenty of towels for all 3 of us. And all of the lights, tv and electric appliances worked perfectly. I highly recommend this property for any who needs to stay in this area!
