I was highly upset that I arrived and the receptionist gave us a key that did not work we had to go down stairs a few times. When she activated the key we opened the room door to find someone else was in the room. Had to restart the process again. I am recently out of surgery and not walking well. No assistance and I had to make multiple trips down to desk to redone issues. Unacceptable and will Hebert use this hotel nor the hotel chain again. Neither would I refer anyone here

Ashanti checked us in and was super nice… welcoming and pleasant. Our room, on Friday night, was super muggy even with the AC on 67. It did. JT make for a good nights sleep before an all day book festival the next morning. On the other side of that, when we returned to our room Saturday evening. The AC was working really well. We did have one hiccup with our room key - it had been deactivated. The breakfast on Saturday was underwhelming. I was down at 6:30 and it was still being set up. Only egg whites and turkey sausage. There was no cream cheese for the bagels. When I inquired the femfe said there is a rotation and scrambled eggs had been the previous day and that back would be the next day. Check out was smooth with no issues
