We got there late @MN. Front desk lady was very nice and professional. Room was nice and cool. Only thing was the fridge making this ticking noise that made it hard to sleep. AC works great specially with the heat. Some painted area needs repainting. not bad considering it’s only overnight stay.

We stayed in a double queen bedroom. I was not made aware of the remodeling of the hotel until we arrived. Staff was friendly, but the stay was less than stellar from other stays at the same hotel chain. The hotel only had one elevator located on the far end of the hotel. There is only one ice machine located in the hotel lobby. The room smelled musty walking in the room but later goes away once the air conditioner kicks in. The room itself was typical, nothing stood out as outstanding in terms of comfort or amenities. Breakfast was provided and was fine. Overall, don’t expect to be wowed by this particular hotel, but at least the room didn’t smell of cigarette smoke. My father stayed in another room and his TV did not operate and his toilet didn’t work.

Old and really needs an update. Breakfast was a joke, basic food. Room key never worked, up and down the stairs to get it reprogrammed several times. Was there for a wedding and would never stay there again.

The staff is excellent! They are friendly and helpful to everyone. The hotel is in sad condition but is being renovated. But some things are just housekeeping fix it. Drapes hanging from the rod is not necessary. 1 little bar of soap in the bathroom for the sink and shower.?? The clock is unplugged from behind the bed.? Just the little things.

The one elevator to the second floor was all the way in the back of the building. If you had luggage and a room near the front of the building, you either had to carry up your gear to the second floor or walk down the first floor hall to the back of the building, take the elevator and then walk back to the front of the building. Breakfast was good with choices. Saturday's breakfast was replenished well, Sunday's not so much. You had to ask for plates and other things that were not replenished. Staff was nice and cordial. Rooms had refrigerators where they actually worked well.

Lobby presentation was very clean, warm, welcoming, and the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and kind. Very nice breakfast. Had to drive 10 miles to find an area with restaurants other than fast food.

The hotel was old and the carpets in the hallways and in the room were filthy. I had to always wear my flip flops going from the bed to the bathroom to not touch the floors with my feet. The carpets need to be taken out.

I don't understand how this business is still open with such terrible customer service !!! We are not demanding and we don't like to leave bad reviews, but this hotel was by far the worst we have experienced so far !!! The rooms smell like MOLD and are very DIRTY They offer breakfast, but it can't even be called a continental breakfast… They offer a playpen, but it's the same lie as the breakfast!!! The staff is so UNPLEASANT A woman with braces treated us so rudely when asked for an explanation… When I asked her why her attitude was so aggressive, she said she was matching my energies... speechless We love to travel on weekends with our 12 years old and 11 months old kids but I promise you ,this hotel doesn’t match the needs for any type of traveler !

The freezer was full of caked on ice. The microwave sounded like it would blow up at any moment. There was rust all on shower fixtures.

First off the stay was OK when we got into our room we noticed there’s a little bit of a smell, but we didn’t put it past anything, but I will say the carpets in that room were nasty stained soiled and needed to be cleaned and there was a piece of furniture missing from the corner of the room, closest to the window, and there was no light covering in the bathroom over the one lightbulb it was exposed

I had an emergency come up, and had to cancel my last 2 nights but nobody could seem to get together and give me a refund or even a partial refund for those 2 nights. Poor customer service.

The manager was absolutely terrible. None of the key cards would open our door so a manual key was needed. The night after a long day, the key card reader quit working and the manager (in Baltimore) told the front desk to put us in another room without our things. We were told he’d be there by 7am the next morning. He was not. We had to wait 2.5 hours for him to drive from his house to let us in our room so we could get our things and go home. All of this could’ve been avoided had they placed us in a different room as soon as the key reader quit working the FIRST time. Staff was wonderful, manager was the worst.

I don't understand how this business is still open with such terrible customer service !!! We are not demanding and we don't like to leave bad reviews, but this hotel was by far the worst we have experienced so far !!! The rooms smell like MOLD and are very DIRTY They offer breakfast, but it can't even be called a continental breakfast… They offer a playpen, but it's the same lie as the breakfast!!! The staff is so UNPLEASANT A woman with braces treated us so rudely when asked for an explanation… When I asked her why her attitude was so aggressive, she said she was matching my energies... speechless We love to travel on weekends with our 12 years old and 11 months old kids but I promise you ,this hotel doesn’t match the needs for any type of traveler !

I booked a room for one night & when I got there front desk tells me that I can’t get the room that was paid for because I didn’t live 50 miles or further out of the area. This is a new policy that started on Christmas Day last year that I wasn’t aware of or told about so I never got to stay. Had to book another room at a different hotel. Still waiting for my refund. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard but if that’s how you want to run your business then go for it. It’s also no where in their website of this policy change.

The one elevator to the second floor was all the way in the back of the building. If you had luggage and a room near the front of the building, you either had to carry up your gear to the second floor or walk down the first floor hall to the back of the building, take the elevator and then walk back to the front of the building. Breakfast was good with choices. Saturday's breakfast was replenished well, Sunday's not so much. You had to ask for plates and other things that were not replenished. Staff was nice and cordial. Rooms had refrigerators where they actually worked well.

We stayed in a double queen bedroom. I was not made aware of the remodeling of the hotel until we arrived. Staff was friendly, but the stay was less than stellar from other stays at the same hotel chain. The hotel only had one elevator located on the far end of the hotel. There is only one ice machine located in the hotel lobby. The room smelled musty walking in the room but later goes away once the air conditioner kicks in. The room itself was typical, nothing stood out as outstanding in terms of comfort or amenities. Breakfast was provided and was fine. Overall, don’t expect to be wowed by this particular hotel, but at least the room didn’t smell of cigarette smoke. My father stayed in another room and his TV did not operate and his toilet didn’t work.

Old and really needs an update. Breakfast was a joke, basic food. Room key never worked, up and down the stairs to get it reprogrammed several times. Was there for a wedding and would never stay there again.

The room was cool, but the hallway was extremely humid. The ice machine was down and the water fountain was not cold. The shower door in my room (and my freind's room) were not level and openend repeatedly while taking a shower. I had to use a wash cloth on the door track to keep it closed. I was unaware of the parking policy which was $5 per card and $8 per suv. I had to use my credit card as a $100 hold for the parking. I had paid for the room online in advance and do not remember seeing anything on the webdite about parking. I was only spending one evening there, but it would have been helpful to be prepared as I had no intentions of using my credit card for any of this trips expenses. Nice staff overall, but I wasn't truly pleased with my stay. It served its intended purpose though.

My stay was great my only concerns are the fact that they have only on ice machine for the entire hotel and it was broken. The front desk person suggested I go to one of the near by gas stations and get ice. I also did not appreciate the fighting among the house keepers they were arguing in front guests and they also use very profane language and this seemed to be the norm for this location. I’m assuming because no one interrupted or try to intervene to minimize the exposure of this type of behavior to the guest at one point I was attempting to check out and two of the staff members were arguing and interrupting the person that was attempting to check me out by trying to get her to resolve their issue

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Staff was friendly and always greeted me when I walked by, buffet breakfast was rotated throughout mornings, and property was clean, modern, and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again!
