Homewood Suites by Hilton Falls Church - I-495 at Rt. 50

L'établissement est d'une propreté satisfaisante et le personnel est très sympathique. Il est bien situé à côté des centres commerciaux; ce qui qui nous a permis nos courses facilement et à pieds.

The suite was welcoming - although the photo depictions made the common room to appear more spacious. Also, we would rather the bathroom be accessible from both the bedroom and the sleeper/sofa. Overall, the hotel was lovely; breakfast was delicious; and the staff were kind.

The room I got was a bit worn out technically. I had two landline phones to connect with the reception, but none of them worked properly. The fridge was very noisy. The internet connection did not work until I walked over to the reception in person and figured out that my name was in the database incorrectly. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but the things above made me feel a bit annoyed. p.s. For the international travellers with jet lag, it would be wonderful if the gym would open before 6 a.m.

Hot tub was dirty. Ants everywhere. The cots provided were absolutely awful.

Had a funeral to attend. Staff was very accommodating. Loved that the room had a full kitchen (didn't use it) but loved to have the option. Heated Whirlpool was great! Never wanted to leave it. Mr. Romany was extremely helpful throughout our visit. My husband actually tried to slip him a tip for being some welcoming and helpful and he refused it and said he just loved his job. Surrounded by department/grocery stores, shops, & restaurants. My family lives in the area. Will definitely stay here when I visit again. Hotel is outdated as others have stated, but I think it adds to its charm.
