Still haven't gotten my unexpected 200 dollare deposit for two rooms back and its been over 10 days. The doors were designed to close with ALOT of noise and unfortunately i had noisy neighbors...alot of them. Late at night. There was a leak at the ice nachine directky in front of the elevator.

Very clean and convenient. Rooms were in impeccable condition and the free breakfast was a nice add on. Building looked new and there was a ton of parking options. Lots of fast food / gas stations / convenience shops within a 2-5 minute drive of the hotel.

It was a quick trip for a conference and even though I live 5 minutes away I stayed😝. The only downside was that only one elevator was working The front desk was superb and the event was awesome Sip &Paint session was great Glad I stayed 😊

I liked that there was a chick- fil-a and food options in walking distance. The property and rooms were clean. Several updates could be better in the room like fix chipping paint, but the room was comfortable and had enough space. The outlets weren’t working for the coffee machine, fridge, and microwave so we had to move them to inconvenient areas of the room to plug them in different outlets. Fitness room and pool were nice. Breakfast should start later, the breakfast hours were very brief. Good location of the hotel overall.

The parking lot was well lit for check in after dark with friendly staff present at the desk. Room was spacious and clean, as well as the bathrooms. Breakfast downstairs looked and smelled delicious!

Our stay was very disappointing. When we checked in, the front desk staff was not very friendly. The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the bed was dirty with unchanged blankets and sheets. We had to request a new room, but the replacement also had issues — it had a bad odor, the sheets were stained, and there was even a used vape left on the floor. The AC unit had visible mold, and the bathroom door made a loud noise every time it closed. On top of that, when we requested towels, it took over 6 hours and multiple calls before we received them. Overall, the experience was very poor and not what we expected.

The breakfast was good but more breakfast variety would have made it better, the bathroom was not clean well, I had purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom, and towels didn't look or smell fresh. beds where comfortable, ice machine and drink machine didn't work on the floor I was on. Staff was nice, I asked for late check out and was happy to get it.

NO dehumidifier in the room. It was damp all the time. Our clothes were damp, sleeping was difficult. Your towel did not dry hanging by the AC even. Unusual for a hotel room. The night clerk was wonderful. She was upbeat and let us check out a little later because of the Quantico graduation.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. I was there for 3 days and the eggs weren’t fresh. It was like they were reheating food from previous days. The air conditioning in my room would not go below 66. As someone who likes cold temperatures, I couldn’t get the room as cold as I would have liked. But the hotel was clean and the employees were very friendly.

The hotel is great, service is great, breakfast is great, only issue i have is there were a couple of obnoxious guest. Playing music to loud, in and out all hours of the night slamming doors, etc etc. i stayed for 3 nights, never once was i able to speak to a manager. I suffered threw one night making several calls to the front desk, didn’t get better. The second night i attempted the same approach but after several hours of listening to music and movies threw the walls i had enough. The over night clerk was great and helped me into another room for that night but what an inconvenience. I asked every day twice a day to speak to a manager (politely) and no one was nor was willing to get a GM on the phone at any point in my stay. I wanted to stay another night because ultimately my experience with the staff and the hotel itself was great but this guy and then not being to get ahold of a manager to express my concerns and see what they could do for me ultimately turned me away.

We have stayed at this property last 3 years on our trip down to FL. I was unfortunately disappointed this year due to the following reasons 1) hotel reception saw me grab a luggage cart and chose to leave her desk for 10 mins or so for check in. She told us room wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. Ok but no offer or suggestion what to do with luggage on cart. When asked said we could leave in hallway. Our laptops are there and finally said oh we can put in office. Then when room was ready didn’t give us Wi-Fi password. Told us breakfast at 7 am and we had to remind her of our luggage. She was very disinterested in her job I guess. 2) we wanted to leave early due to weather conditions. We went down at 7 and with several other guests waited 20 mins for eggs and sausages. Another 10 minutes for coffee. Another 10 for waffle machine and oatmeal which wasn’t cooked and no fruit. 3) went to desk no receptionist with sign left desk leave key on desk. I was pretty disappointed will not return next year

Its was okay for a quick visit. Beds were extremely firm and pillows were at a minimum for a king size bed. But customer service was awesome.

Just looked at my credit card statement and discovered that we got charged for two nights. We stayed only one night, from 5/23 to 5/24.Upon the check out they could not find us in the system under the room number. It was saying the room is vacant. I asked to look up by name. Found us .Didn’t give me any printouts, said we are all set. And now I am double charged!

Very clean and convenient. Rooms were in impeccable condition and the free breakfast was a nice add on. Building looked new and there was a ton of parking options. Lots of fast food / gas stations / convenience shops within a 2-5 minute drive of the hotel.

Good location. Close to many food options that were walkable. Be careful crossing the street. Lots of traffic. Also, had a panhandler between the hotel and chick-fillet.

I liked that there was a chick- fil-a and food options in walking distance. The property and rooms were clean. Several updates could be better in the room like fix chipping paint, but the room was comfortable and had enough space. The outlets weren’t working for the coffee machine, fridge, and microwave so we had to move them to inconvenient areas of the room to plug them in different outlets. Fitness room and pool were nice. Breakfast should start later, the breakfast hours were very brief. Good location of the hotel overall.

There were stains on the sheets and the mattress protectors. We were changed to a different room once mentioning it to the front desk receptionist. The food for the breakfast was mediocre. The hotel is good enough for a one night stay.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. I was there for 3 days and the eggs weren’t fresh. It was like they were reheating food from previous days. The air conditioning in my room would not go below 66. As someone who likes cold temperatures, I couldn’t get the room as cold as I would have liked. But the hotel was clean and the employees were very friendly.

Property was nice. Room was comfortable. Check in was hassle free. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Pancake machine was down both days. The biscuits were dry and hard. The gravy was awesome but you could not even cut the biscuits. So I figured get there really early. The second day they even ran out of water for tea. A little disappointing but the room was nice

A Marriott Brand - this hotel is NOT! Not even close. Our guestroom bathroom smelled of urine. I could not tell if it was lack of proper disinfecting or was the mop used to clean the floors was dirtier than the floor itself. My wife brought along some Lysol spray and sprayed the bathroom as best as she could. I attempted to take a shower and discovered that the shower stall had no running water. I cannot confirm but I believe this room was out of commission and the staff decided to go ahead and release it. Maybe it was because I booked via third party and not directly with the hotel website and was given a lower tiered room. I don't know. The bathroom vinyl wallpaper was peeling at the seams. The ceiling had drywall compound all over it but was not finished by maintenance. It definitely needs a renovation. We reported the shower issue and was moved to another room. The bathroom in the second room also had a urine stench to it. That is why we were wondering if the mop being used is never cleaned and deodorized/sanitized. I travel a lot and stay at many various hotels. Most are renovated but this one appears to fly on the cheap. The corridor carpeting on our floor had some sort of staining and tracked down the corridor. Would I stay here again? That's a hard NO. The lady behind the front desk was not able to help or get help. But she did offer to change rooms.
