The pool is non working. The Manager told me he has let Expedia know. I tried to rectify it with Expedia. My options were to cancel and if the Hotel would refund my money 7 to 10 business days, I could go to another hotel. That was with the chat rep. I tried to call, the robot hung up on me. I will not use Expedia again.

No elevator

Beds are super comfortable & room rate was very affordable. Other than being disappointed that there was no pool.

The website advertises a pool, NO pool, although we were offered to go to a free water park. There was a junkyard mess in the back of the building. Carpets could be cleaner in the hallway. Price was right.

This hotel was not clean the pool was not in use and the images listed on this place needs to be updated.

Inn keeper was responsible and respectful. Pool isn’t functioning, and that information should be updated on the website. Room was clean and had all amenities.

The pool was closed for season. Walls were dirty. Parking area had excessive tripping hazards. Room had electrical issues.

They show a pool on their Advertisement on Hotels.com. Their pool was closed and has been closed for several weeks according to their desk clerk. When we told them we rented because of the pool they displayed on their Hotels.com, advertisement. They still charged us when we declined the reservation without ever going in the room or using any of their facilities. Apparently Hotels.com supports this sort of fraudulent representation. They claimed we could use a pool at some other motel. That was not acceptable. The pool photo is still featured in their advertisment although the pool does not work. .

The one thing that really, really upset us was the fact that the pool was closed. The pool is featured prominently on the Expedia web site and is listed under the amenities of this hotel. The pool had a sign stating that is was closed for the season, however, it was quite obvious that it had been closed for months, if not years. We thought this was very deceptive advertising on the hotel's part. We can expecting a pool and there was none. We reported this incident to Expedia, so hopefully, no one else will be deceived by this. And secondly, the hotel is dated and run-down. The furniture in the rooms was very worn as was the carpet. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was OK. In addition, the people in the room next to us had their TV on loud literally all night long, which was quite annoying. Do yourself a favor and book a different hotel.

The floors were dirty. Looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. Our room shower had a leak. Heard water all night. The room didn’t have a CLEANED feeling. The pool had a cover on it. It was 95 outside. We wanted to get in a pool. Breakfast didn’t look appealing at all. We went to maverick and grabbed something there.

Very dated and dirty needs alot work

I have never stayed in a hotel so dirty. In our room, there were dead cockroaches and a really bad smell that was impossible to deal with. We asked the receptionist to change our room, and he did. However, the cleanliness wasn’t good at all. It wasn’t a cheap stay, and we had the worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Place had bed bugs, disgusting. I only stayed at this hotel for my minivacation and i came home covered in bites. Miserable coming home to deal with that.

Property is run down and filthy. I was honesty scared to stay. They dont make beds to empty trash in rooms. Mold in bathroom, whole room smelled like stale cigarettes, carpet had crusty spots. . Just nasty! Photos of this property are a scam.

Very clean room, despite a recent paint job, this facility is very dated and needs lots of maintenance. Bathroom faucet is backwards, as is the shower. Toilet seat is barely attached to the toilet. TV wasn't working, but it was simply an input issue, then fine. When the compressor kicked in on the AC, you knew it with the noise. Towels and washcloths were quite old, but still did their job. I stayed 2 nights, housekeeping never set foot in during that time. But again, it was very clean when I got there.

Room was not clean. Hair, dust etc on the surfaces and sheets. Used coffee filters left in the coffee machine. Staff was rarely at the desk to help and non responsive to phone calls. Parking was hard to find. Every time nearly all the spaces were taken and was stressful. Layout has sink outside the bathroom which was weird and inconvenient. Main positive is that it is 5 min drive from Arches Park.

OK at best. Room pretty good and clean, bathroom ok, low noise. No elevator. Breakfast poor in small crowded room. Lobby and halls rather dingy. Desk clerk quite slow.

There seems to be no sound insulation between rooms. I could hear the conversations on either side. The windows don’t block out the sound of conversations or even closing car doors in the parking lot.

1 out of 5 stars. Just about the only decent thing about this hotel is they offer a place to sleep. The hotel itself is poorly maintained and in desperate need of some managers that care. We arrived to lots of different signs saying we’d be charged for damages and /or removing cases from things. I get it. We should be charged but it’s discouraging (and annoying) to see so many signs posted. The stairwells looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, and the hand rail was literally falling off the walls. The window in the room was cracked and “repaired” with blue painters tape. The breakfast area is small and needs more area for the number of guests the hotel supports. There were random hoses and extension cords hanging off and stretched out across the building. WiFi was VERY slow. Just about everything outside the building, as well as some of the inside surfaces needed to be repainted, repaired or replaced.

This place was fine for an overnight stay, but nothing great. It is old and the room was in much better shape than the rest of the hotel, which was nice.

Other than the leaky shower and toilet, the property was good. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The outside of the building in the back was unkempt. It gave the impression that the inside might not be nice, which was not the case . Our room, however, was great.

Our first impression wasn’t great. There was no one at the desk. We called the number given on a sign on the desk and it rang on the phone right there. We found a housekeeper and she called someone and they were there about 5 minutes later. However, after that we were very pleased with this motel. The room was large, clean, and quiet. We did have one day where the shower was only lukewarm and that was disappointing. There was always hot coffee and muffins available in the lobby and the breakfast was easily accessible and plentiful. This was one of the lowest prices in town which was why we chose it. We would stay there again

On arrival we were happy, the person Sam who greeted me was wonderful. The room seemed and smelled clean and updated though the lobby and halls could use updating. Expectations were not high for this two star hotel but we were pleased at first. Where things went wrong, is housekeeping. We stayed there 4 nights, and not once did housekeeping come, even despite me going down to the front desk and asking. Our friends, who are staying in another room also never saw housekeeping after four or five nights as well. On the website, it says daily housekeeping. When I went to ask, a gentleman behind the desk wrote it down, and said he would get to it today, but apparently that never happened. There was a table in the lobby where you could retrieve fresh towels, but they were only small towels, so we had to use those. it was unfortunate because if we had only had daily housekeeping, as promised on the website, my impression would have been a lot better. The sink also did not drain and could use a hefty dose of draino. I’m frustrated because even after asking, our request still went unaddressed. I don’t know if the problem is staffing or what, but this is an easy thing to fix to improve customer experience.

I can't find a single staff member to check me in. I paid for nothing because no one is here to check me into my room after searching for 15 minutes!

The man at the desk gave us a room key to TWO rooms that were clearly already booked!! There was a carryon luggage on the one bed of the first room, and the second had beard trimmers and jeans over a chair in the other. We cancelled our stay and found another motel in the same city. We have been charged on our VISA, but this needs to be credited back to us. I have the confirmation number of the cancellation. Never again!

When we tried to check in after our check in time, nobody was at the front desk and we were told someone would be back in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we called the front desk and an employee answered and told us we had to wait for our check in time even though it was past the time.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was great and friendly. The pictures on here aren’t updated compared to in real life. It’s an older in person. But it was a good stay. Would recommend staying here. Would go back there again.

We booked 2 nights at this hotel and wanted to check in but there was no one to be found. Finally after knocking on a private door and waiting 15 minutes a young lady came out reluctantly and checked us in. She was the most unfriendly individual we have ever encountered. In the morning we were looking for coffee and some breakfast items but other than some muffins we found nothing. The coffee machine wasn't working so we ended up going out for breakfast. Even the next day we had the same problem, no coffee. In order to get a hold of her we had to phone her as per her note, unbelievable

You definitely get what you paid for. Unless they somehow “can’t” find your booking even though you have your confirmation. Leaving you to have to pay for a whole other room. As of right now they still aren’t giving us a refund even though the cancellation isn’t because of us. The front desk guy was hardly understanding of our situation, felt like we were being lied to. The only good encounter was with one maid when we got locked out of our room because our key cards stopped working, she helped us back in. The front, again made it our fault after we said multiple times we were checking out on Sunday (it was Saturday when the cards stopped working). Even though it’s on the cheaper side, I would definitely take your money and spend a little bit more on somewhere more trustworthy.

William was great! He fixed our TV remote. Breakfast was excellent

The desk attendant was dirty and had body odor. He was completely absent on the third day, guests were unable to check in and nobody answered the phone number left at the desk. Houskeeping called the manager who couldnt be bothered to respond or help. Police were called to do a welfare check and were able wake him. He then lied about refund process, and blamed a mystery employee for not showing up. Facility was dirty and unclean. Key cards stopped working third day and attendant blamed us, but later admitted he coded them wrong.

The room was clean and the continental breakfast was okay. However, the customer service was not the best. Starting with check-in, no one greeted me—I had to wait about 10 minutes before someone showed up. Then, on the day of checkout, the housekeeper knocked on my door twice. If checkout is at 11, what’s the hurry to clean the room while people are still trying to rest? Overall, the location is great just a few minutes from downtown.

It was in Moab as we were visiting Arches National Park. Good value and breakfast was good.

It was convenient for my travel purpose

This hotel is on the main road through Moab and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean. Not ver quiet as we could hear people talking and water running in neighboring rooms. The lobby needs updating. Breakfast was good

Convenience is the key term. Very convenient area-wise. The place is kind of old/dingy but okay for one night. It’s all about the access to the National Parks and Moab. Hence probably triple the expected prices.

Nice locations for the arches Nationala park and cayoland Nationala park dead horse state park and Downton Moab

When we arrive to the hotel we noticed the TV didn't work. William who was currently on his shift in no time replaced our TV. Surprising the breakfast was absolutely wonderful including fresh fruits and treats . Bottom line, William and Don are the best !!! Thanks again and we would love to come back and stayed there again

Room we were assigned was not cleaned. Room was ok - wasn't cleaned the 2nd night we were there. Breakfast was hit or miss. The first morning it was fine, the second morning there was no milk for the cereal, no bowls, no yogurt, wasn't fresh.

Breakfast was listed fir 6:30am, but nothing was available at that time. There was never any coffee in that area either. Would not stay there again.

Surprised by the hot breakfast equivalent to Hyatt and Marriott. Eggs, Sausage, waffles, cereals, muffins, fruits, yogurt, fruit drinks etc. items were well stocked. Didn’t need to ask for extra towels or room necessities like soap, lotion, coffee etc. these things were left in the lobby area for Guests as well as fruits muffins and drinks throughout the day and night. Fast check in. Staff was nice. They don’t bother. Got this place cause it was cheap for the weekend and we weren’t planning on utilizing room much since we came to off road and were gonna be out all day and night cruising. Decent size parking in the back for truck and trailer towing my hubby’s Toy. Close walking distance to town. Place is old and a section was being renovated. Pool was open and they have a small bar b q area with a big size gas grill. Room was clean. Satisfied to have chosen this place regardless of what I’m used to when traveling.

Was convenient and one of the most budget friendly places in this tourist trap town. TV, Ice, Coffee all worked. Friendly staff. Pool sign says 'closed for the season' when this IS THE SEASON. AC wouldn't keep up except in the middle of the night . Breakfast was your average continental offerings
