Toilet- its the lowest toilet I've ever sat on,shocking low. Other-No carpeting in rooms, no couch, no room service for a 4 day stay

The property shares a parking lot with its shared restaurant which can take up the parking closest to the hotel. If it’s a busy Friday or Saturday the time that I stayed can be challenging. The property overall was convenient however, as stated in another review the check-in front desk did have a stench of sewage.

The hotel itself if very very lovely and comfortable and very clean with great amenities ! It have a gym and a great restaurant attached. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the rooms and hallways smell good! No smoky stink smell like other hotels that I’ve been to! I was very happy with my stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful . No complaints because the hotel is wonderful .

Our bathroom smelled of smoke from a previous customer. There also appeared to be some black marks in the sink and tub, like someone had put a cigarette out on those surfaces. When we mentioned the odor to front desk staff, they offered to change our room, but we had just unloaded everything and didn’t want the inconvenience. They then promised to have cleaning staff thoroughly clean the bathroom which never happened. The toilet seat was also detached on one side, which made it difficult to lift up and down. Breakfast was fine, but on a three night stay was disappointed overall about conditions and lack of response.

The shower was gross and wouldn’t shower in there. The staff didn’t seem to care maintenance came up and said they understood my concern & when the guy rubbed a spot it was coming off so it was dirty. They didn’t even send housekeeping to clean it so never would stay here again.

The staff was excellent. Polite, helpful, and informative. What I didn't like was that the room was a bit dirty. It seems like the staff cleaned the room BUT you could tell the carpet was in need of deep cleaning as well as the shower and wall which were both showing signs of age and needed deep cleaning.

My stay was nice. The staff was very friendly, great location. However, I have two complaints: 1) the smell of the room when we entered was not fresh, it had a musty odor, 2) The napkin holder in the bathroom was empty, but it was presented as though it was a fresh box of tissue with decorative tissue on top. I felt that the room was half cleaned. Last but not least the inside of the tub was scratched up. I mentioned these concerns to the receptionist before leaving, so hopefully it will be addressed for future guest.

I had high hopes with how friendly staff were, how clean the facilities and room were. Unfortunetly in my clean updated room i sat down on the bed and felt like a dhelf with a pillow on it. It was very hard. I woke up stiff and in pain. Maybe im getting old, but the bed was firm beyond firm.

So, the matress was terribly uncomfortable. The toilet was so low, almost like it belonged in an elementry school. The room was clean and spacious. We'll be checking out other hotels in the area for our next stay. This doesnt mean we won't be back, just considering other options.

The bed mattress was incredibly hard and I couldnt sleep. Toilet was designed so low the water level touched your junk. Flushed like a exploding rocket. They charged my card for incidentals that werent existent. Worst night ever!

I stayed overnight at Comfort Inn after visiting a friend. Check in and out was very quick. The staff were pleasant, breakfast was very good and the bed in the room was very comfortable. If I am in the area I would stay at this establishment again. However, do not stay in room 116 if you plan to go to sleep before 10 pm. The room is right across from the ice machine so there is noise from people using it also the side exit. When someone enters or exits the hotel from that exit there is a very loud noise and it actually woke me up out of my sleep.

No one to check us in when we arrived tired and late at night. We waited 15 minutes for a rude “host” who asked us what we wanted? He thrust keys without giving us a wifi code. The elevator was broken, we had to carry luggage up stairs and I tripped and fell. Only one regular coffee for room. I’m not saying you shouldn’t stay here if you have to but beware of possible issues.

Check-in was great. I had an issue with my room & Ray promptly resolved it, ensuring my stay was great & comfortable. Ray is very upbeat & friendly, I enjoyed conversing with him. We stayed on the first floor, although the hotel was full it was quiet. Overall we had a great overnight stay.

The front desk girl Leila was her name I believe ( young girl with glasses and blonde hair) was excellent.. she was very helpful when I called to reserve a crib, she even physically went to make sure there was one available still. Also helped with pillows and switching rooms. Very happy with the service and I will return

Lovely hotel good staff, nice beds. My only issue is that there needs to be more of a variety in the breakfast . Some days they can offer bacon rather than sausage every day ! And grilled potatoes

Very welcoming front desk staff. Clean room. Good wifi that was free. Complimentary breakfast. Good restaurant attached to the hotel.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. Sheets and towels smelled clean!! Just like home.. the breakfasts were okay but not great. The last day we were there ( Sunday) they had no syrup for the waffles.. Big mistake as there were many people eating in the breakfast area... Also, ran out of bacon well before the breakfast area closed. I really think the management team could have run over to Walmart ( across the street from the facility) and got the syrup... Not what we expected from an otherwise nice stay.

Overall, pleasant stay. Buffet breakfast, however, is typical of many hotels these days. Everything, including eggs and French toast, pre-cooked and quite tasteless. Would have loved to have some items cooked to order. Range of items (e.g., cereals, fruit) limited. For example, no bananas, and two of the three cereals were overly sugared. Staff in the breakfast room were courteous and helpful.

We stayed one night, last minute. The hotel was in a very convenient location with lots of stores and restaurants on the same street. I felt that it was clean. There were some mold spots in the corner of the bathtub caulk and on the bathroom ceiling but nothing crazy, otherwise everything seemed clean. Breakfast was good. We came down pretty late but we did get to have sausage and egg, omelets and fruit, etc. We were happy with it. Coffee was better than what I've had it some hotel breakfast. (But I'm a coffee snob). I would stay again. Only downside is that the only pool is outdoor and seasonal.

Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Great staff. Great breakfast. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage,waffles, bagels, fruit, cereal. On a road trip you like to have a good warm breakfast included at your hotel. Definitely would stay again

Clean room, comfy bed, microwave in the room, above average free breakfast, pet friendly, our room was quiet, instructions for the tv, larger than average working frig, coffee and water in the lobby, easy parking and lots of restaurants close by. The same basic rate as other similar hotels but includes the amenities that make the difference.

It was very adequate at a good price the only problem we had was some of the other guests were bunch of young guys going in and out of each other's rooms at night slamming doors and talking at the top of the lungs in the halls it was a challenge for us to go to sleep several of the nights . We rang the front desk a few times but there' was no answer then we left a message with the general manager we don't know if anything was done about it or not we don't even know if anything could be done about it

Was very disappointed in our stay here. We had to come to town for a funeral. Every evening when we came back to the hotel the 2nd floor where we were staying smelled like Feces. The last night we were there someone pulled the fire alarm at 2am and the staff wasn't prepared. We had to go back inside and wake up our family cause no one had called or knocked on the door to get them out. If there was a real emergency they wouldn't have known about it till it was to late.

Some Comfort Inns are divey. This one is renovated and updated. Good find for the price. Clean and comfortable. Doors are loud. Parking isn't great. If you're coming in late with your hands full, you're going to be walking from the end of the lot, and it's dark. Otherwise, I'd stay again.
