The IBIS hotel has a small lobby but the rooms will surprise you. Very modern interior. Spacious rooms with comfy bed. The place has lot of eateries including Sandpiper restaurant within hotel. Around we have lot of options Nandos Cheques McDonald's Burger king etc. Sainsbury's M&S and LIDLfor any groceries etc. The staff are very friendly. I liked the breakfast system. We have juice cereals coffee fruits Crossiants etc and need to order the hot food options. Plenty of options. This hotel is nearer to Giants Causeway Portrush and scenic coastal route. I felt the night very safe and quite too. Definitely recommend 5* and will visit again 👍

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Dog friendly family room. Check in is simple and easy, we opted for the birthday package for our son andthe room was decorated, a handwritten card and lovely birthday dessert platter. Food as always is beautiful in the restaurant. Definitely stay again as all the staff are so friendly and helpful

Great hotel room. Food in the restaurant/Bar was delicious. They had entertainment in the bar and it was great. Only down side for us was the people above us were VERY loud and without downloading an app, I couldn't reach anyone about it.

This was a last minute booking as our Vrbo accommodation had black mould so was not safe to stay. We were a little disappointed in the location, although it is riverside, we did not see much of the river, the hotel is on the edge of a retail park. However, the hotel itself, and the staff were lovely. Very clean room, quiet and one of the few hotels we have stayed in with well fitted blackout curtains - in fact we almost missed checkout as we overslept, it was so dark and quiet. We didn't try the restaurant as we weren't particularly hungry, but it looked nice and welcoming, but there were plenty of options to buy food in the retail.park.

Standard room, nothing exciting. They did have AC, which is a plus, however, the fan made a horrible noise so we weren’t able to use it. We were only here one night. Went to the Giant’s Causeway and walked over the bridge before we got here. This was night seven of our trip so we were pretty worn out. If the AC had worked and we could cool the room off more would have given it another star. A few options for food within walking distance besides the restaurant at the hotel.

Easy check in and out. Very friendly Receptionists. Room is clean, small but still can accomodate 4 adults. We stayed for 2 nights and not to far away from Giant's Causeway if you have car and driving. The price is very decent and we were happy. Close to grocery stores and fast food like McD and Tim's, yes Tim's!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In particular, the front desk helper Ashley who helped with finding washers and dryers for our clothes. The room was spotless and the bathroom as well. The bed was awesome, so much that we hated to get out of it. The breakfast was delicious and the other workers were delightful as well. Each one of them treated us very well. I would visit again.

Nice hotel, plenty of shops and the jet centre is in walking distance. But the staff member wasn't very nice when we arrived early to see if we could check in with our family, no problem, plenty of shops and jet centre near by. So they phoned me at 3.15 to say it was ready. Very laid back at breakfast time, i was needing soya milk and had to go looking for someone as no one was about. Check out at 11, no one at counter, rang bell, then went and left our bags in the car, came back to see if they were back, but no they weren't. Despite this we would stay again as our boys loved going to the jet centre and it was so convenient, we also ate in hullabaloos.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Worst I have ever slept in. On arrival I was being charged for payment of my stay again. To be fair it was a trainee who was booking us in but supervised by a full time staff member.

Couldn’t fault a thing, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious. Staff went above and beyond. Even had an issue where I’d left the car lights on and drained the battery, but without any delay they had a guy out there with jump cables and it was working again in no time. Massive thank you to everyone at The Riverside Hotel.

The property is nice, but minimalist. It was difficult to find via phone directions as it is located in a strip mall area. There is no Irish Charm and no walkable pubs in the area. Luckily they have a very nice restaurant so food was not an issue. Breakfast was also very generous and had good choices. It was clean. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel were welcoming and helpful. It was not what I was expecting, but it was convenient to the Giant's Causeway which was the reason for our visit there. If you want views, this is not your place. If you want ambience, it is not your place. If you want a safe, convenient, clean and friendly place to stay it is a solid choice.

Great Hotel with great stagf throughout. They are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are large enough and the beds are just superb. I recommend including the Ulster fry breakfast, so good ! Location is good, its on the edge of a retail park and town, yet only a 15 - 20 minute walk along the river into the centre. Coleraine is lovely and ideal for north coast visits and has a train line direct to Belfast.

Easy check in and out. Very friendly Receptionists. Room is clean, small but still can accomodate 4 adults. We stayed for 2 nights and not to far away from Giant's Causeway if you have car and driving. The price is very decent and we were happy. Close to grocery stores and fast food like McD and Tim's, yes Tim's!

Front desk always staffed, they were friendly & helpful. Room was large & comfortable. Awful location (amongst a load of grotty fast food outlets just off a main road) for me but I could get to the station in about 30 mins walk, dodging traffic on the main road, great if you're driving I suppose. Also very pricey for it's location & time of year.

This was a last minute booking as our Vrbo accommodation had black mould so was not safe to stay. We were a little disappointed in the location, although it is riverside, we did not see much of the river, the hotel is on the edge of a retail park. However, the hotel itself, and the staff were lovely. Very clean room, quiet and one of the few hotels we have stayed in with well fitted blackout curtains - in fact we almost missed checkout as we overslept, it was so dark and quiet. We didn't try the restaurant as we weren't particularly hungry, but it looked nice and welcoming, but there were plenty of options to buy food in the retail.park.

The IBIS hotel has a small lobby but the rooms will surprise you. Very modern interior. Spacious rooms with comfy bed. The place has lot of eateries including Sandpiper restaurant within hotel. Around we have lot of options Nandos Cheques McDonald's Burger king etc. Sainsbury's M&S and LIDLfor any groceries etc. The staff are very friendly. I liked the breakfast system. We have juice cereals coffee fruits Crossiants etc and need to order the hot food options. Plenty of options. This hotel is nearer to Giants Causeway Portrush and scenic coastal route. I felt the night very safe and quite too. Definitely recommend 5* and will visit again 👍

Hotel as fine. Kettle and tea and coffee (no decaf) sachets provided and free additional sachets if required. Breakfast good, but even in the restaurant, no decaf coffee. Don't expect river views. Riverside is the name of the commercial estate on which the hotel is situated. Room was quiet.

Our room was very satisfactory. Great shower. Restaurant was just "okay," although Reese, our waiter, was awesome. Hotel is not in a walkable area.

Il soggiorno è andato piuttosto bene. Camera pulita, e molto comoda. L'unica pecca è l'insonorizzazione della camera ma è lo standard UK. Personale gentile colazione e cibo punto di forza!

Very clean, comfy bed. When we arrived, the restaurant was full but the reception helped us get immediate booking. No fault with the hotel, 10 out of 10. The only downside is the breakfast. It was made-to-order but with no option to customise i.e. a cooked breakfast has 1 egg, 2 sausages etc, so it ended up with a lot of food getting wasted. But the worst is that it took like 40 minutes to prepare and it resulted in knock-on effect to our itinerary. My advice is, go to McDonald or Subway nearby for your breakfast.

We stayed at the Ibis for five days, the room was clean and made up every day the staff were all friendly and helpful, first class breakfast and friendly bar staff. If i could be critical of any thing !! personally i think the bath should have a grab rail on the wall over the bath and a matt in the bath, accident waiting to happen !! When we are back in Coleraine we would definitely stop there again.
