Very clean and quite facality.

Great location, friendly staff, well lit parking lot. Only suggestion is to mop the tile floors and clean carpets in the rooms.

The property is not being maintained. The amount of repairs from drywall to broken air-conditions in rooms, to pool surrounded by caution tape was wild. Housekeeping is not doing their part. and rude to passing guest. Hotel charges matching rates to the nicer hotels that are within waling distance from this one. Hampton inn/ Holiday in express. Motel is next door to a closed down restaurant that truck drivers use for overnight parking. I felt like I was at a truck stop.

Just stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable. The furniture was old and outdated Dusty. The breakfast was terrible barely had food. No fruits the coffee machine didn't work. The juice machine didn't work. The pool was dirty and nasty. It was nothing like the picture on the brochure I have stayed at other Comfort Inns but this is by far the worst one I would not recommend this to anyone. They had an excuse for everything except not to take my money

The staff were not friendly. The soda machines were out of some items. The one on the first floor was out of everything. There was no way to get your money back if it was out of what you wanted. Curtains were threadbare. Just didn’t feel like anyone cared.

We paid for 2 adults and 2 children, the front screwed up our stay and charged us for a suite. Online it only said 2 adults. So what we got was not was expected. The floors in the hallway were dirty and stained, the toilet handle in our room was broken, there was some roaches, the pool needed to be cleaned( could not go swimming), the queen beds we had in our room, ours was pushed up next to the ac which caused the person sleeping there to freeze and no way of getting out of bed unless crawling over the other person. The vent in bathroom did not work. Breakfast was ok, but the lady doing it was very nice. We did let them know

The pool was a nasty green color and unusable!!! The lady in the breakfast area was very rude.

Place was clean. Staff very helpful and professional. Facility shows alack of maintenance, i.e. vent fan in bath did not function. Fungas growing around window. Carpet worn, pool was a complete mess, very dirty, i.e. pool full of leaves, dirt was floating and covering many areas of the pool bottom. Pool furniture was broken and needs to be thrown away. Doesn't appear pool has been cleaned/maintained in a long time. I'll not stay here again.

The room smelled humid then we realized it was because there was mold on the restroom ceiling. I rented 2 rooms and both were the same. The towels and the bedding were stained.

For the price of the room and the way the room looked was ridiculous. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk i had to wait 5 min for someone to show at the counter. The room had calking all on the side of the wall, Black mold in the corners of the tub and broken electrical outlets I wasnt very pleased with the stay.

This property failed to have a clean and safe place to stay. They advertise that they take great measures to ensure the safety and cleanliness of their property for their guests to enjoy. The hotel had a mildew smell immediately when you walked in. Once we were assigned our room there was blood on the floor. We were moved rooms, once we sat our stuff down I did a light wipe down with Clorox wipes as I always do. The wipes were dirty, but I chose to overlook that because I was cleaning. What I did not choose to overlook was the rat droppings and cockroaches this property had. I did not feel safe leaving my items out in the open to then have the possibility of bringing home little friends to a new home aka my house. We were in town for a graduation, so after traveling 6 hours, we had to move 2 rooms and then scramble to get to our event. We couldn’t shower. We couldn’t change. We spent 3 hours trying to find a solution between comfort inn and Expedia. Comfort inn told us we couldn’t receive a refund because we had already checked in.

Room stunk, hotel stunk. Room was falling apart

When we got to the room, it was extremely hot. The restroom door did not shut properly. The fridge had old milk stuck to the bottom.

Arrived late. The bed looked very worn and lumpy. Found a crawling bed bug in the sheets in the morning. Was moved to another room that was a little better as far as cleanliness but hard to sleep knowing what was found

Property smelled like sewer when you first walk in to the lobby, got in to the room only to discover it smelled just as bad. The bathroom smelled like wet sour towels along with it being gross. Bed room was also gross. Booked for 2 nights only stayed 1 and booked somewhere else for the rest of our trip.

This property totally stinks like mildew. The worst stay we have ever had at a motel! I woke up at midnight and could not breath anything but the smell! We were originally given a first floor room that was so unbearable they relocated us to the second floor that was at first more tolerable. Wrong! Why we did not leave? The money was non refundable. We were stuck! Don’t be stuck! The breakfast was inedible as well! Everyone we spoke to at the hotel was complaining about the smell!

The room was simply filthy; we found a dog poop stain on the carpet, broken window screen, broken windows, broken sink door, stains all over the walls, stained couch, dirty floors and the worst was the smell. It stunk really bad the entire stay. Even the bathroom was dirty when we got there. The hallway carpet was full of large stains. Breakfast was terrible as well and when we asked for a blanket for the sofa bed we were told that they have none.

This property was fine for a couple of nights, but it is showing its age. I will note that the shower pressure and amount of hot water was fantastic!

Very average hotel. The bed was like concrete, but the shower was quite good. THe furnishings and decor were shabby and worn.

Comfortable bed, great shower, but striking plate was missing, making the door difficult to close. Carpet very stained in hallways. It was a good value for the price because the important things like the bed and the shower were very nice.

Hotel is dated, so the room is only moderately comfortable. I had trouble getting the key card to work, so I panicked a bit when I couldn't get back in and all my stuff was in there. Thankfully, staff was very responsive and got it open by turning the handle upward instead of downward.

Room dark and seem dreary. Bathroom faucet did not work well, shot all over and little water. Bathroom needed a redo.

The staff of the hotel didn’t respond to our complaint about the wi-fi. Staff continued to say it was working until several guess were complaining at the same time in the lobby. They said the router was being rebooted and would work later. It did not! The manger told me I should have checked out but I had prepaid through hotels.com. She wasn’t offering a refund. She was extremely rude. This hotel should be avoided like the plague.

Overall room stay was good. Carpet in room had sticky areas. Room door handle only worked if you pulled up and had to slam door to engage lock. Staff said it was on the repair list, just keep trying it.

We got called in the middle of the night to be quiet but we were asleep. It was the floor above us!

Check in was bad. Expedia had apparently reserved two rooms for me and used a payment that was a problem for the hotel. It took forever to straighten out. I’m not happy with Expedia or the hotel.

I came here on a business trip and needed somewhere to rest between days at the event. I work very long hours and get back from events late at night. I was at this hotel for 2 days and when I first arrived, I checked in without issue, but the old moldy smell of the hotel was evident. There were various stains on the hallway carpet that weren't a huge issue, but visible. My main issue was both mornings after very late nights at the hotel, cleaning ladies came into my room unannounced at 8am. The morning of our check out, we weren't scheduled to leave until 11am, and a woman unlocked the door and pushed it open without saying anything. I was jarred awake thinking someone was breaking into my room, but luckily, the safety lock was on so they could not come in. I looked to see who it was, to only find a woman in plain clothes - no uniform - and thought someone else had checked into our room before we checked out. I went to call the front desk to address the issue and the phone wasn't even plugged in, but on the nightstand as pure decoration. Then, upon walking to the front desk, I find that same woman talking to the lady at the front desk getting more key cards for rooms to clean. I was going to speak to the front desk woman regarding the issue of her barging into our room, only for her to stand right next to me at the desk and stare at me. How am I supposed to comfortably address an issue with the person staring at me? The room was fine. But the customer service, not.

We had to change rooms 3 times. We were locked out the room for 3 hours due to card pad not working. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at an hotel. I would like to be accommodated for all of the inconveniences. The manager attitude was very nonchalant and when I complained he told oh things happen, no apology or anything.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I went to check in the lady told me they didn’t have any more 2 queen beds available. I booked a week in advance. She told me she would give me a king bed with roll out bed and couch. The roll out bed was the size of a twin. I got curious and looked online to see if any more 2 bed queen rooms were available. It showed there was rooms available. Lady wasn’t very polite so I didn’t feel like arguing with her so I left it alone. Carpet had sticker burs in the room, won’t be staying there anymore.

It was good for a one night stay. Our room had a funny smell to it and there was hair in the refrigerator but the beds were comfy The breakfast was good but the apple and orange juice were not.

We had a late check in that went smoothly. Rooms were very clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during breakfast which consisted of waffles (cinnamon or regular) premade omlettes, sausage links, cereal, pantries, oatmeal and fresh fruit. The breakfast was awesome. We had a very short stay but was quite impressed. Highly recommended

The King bed was comfortable. The room itself inside was clean. The pillows could be better. Great A/C. Their breakfast is too limited and with very low quality items The coffee and Juices are too Watery. For.the price of the room they could do better serving breakfast
