This hotel deserves a -10 review. When we arrived there was a weird smell in the lobby. No luggage cart was available. When we got to the floor of our room the carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. The room itself was absolutely disgusting, old and beat up. The floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The fridge was white originally, but covered in filth. The kitchenette area was so old I doubt it would work. The bathroom was abysmal; the toilet seat had urine on it, the bathtub was brown from lack of cleaning and the drain rusted out with no stopper. All of the furniture was old and battered the ac didn’t work. How they could rent it out to anyone is beyond us. We left and immediately found a new hotel and requested immediately refunds. Shame on them for misrepresenting their lodging as habitable.

It was great and we really enjoyed the kitchenette. The bed mattress was somewhat uncomfortable for me and my back but I survived. I loved having a room next to the exit door to let my dog outside.

The hotel is older and has not had many updates or improvements. It appears to be a location that construction workers occupy or live in for extended periods of time. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the sheets were old and scratchy. It is dog friendly but the smell in the halls and rooms was nasty, also smelled of marijuana. There was no breakfast, no ice machine, no dishes in the kitchenette unless you requested and paid for them. Will not return.

I didnt like that an hour after breakfast was put out there was no more breakfast. Breakfast is 0630-930 and there was never enough breakfast. Elevator was in and out of service. Other than that it was ok. Staff was nice.

The elevator made a loud horrible noise when used. No certificate was posted in the elevator but did say it's at the office. We asked the employee working to see it and she had no idea what we were talking aboit and then said it should be in the elevator. She then showed us an occupancy certificate thinking it was it. We reply it wasn't. Never was handled

The property is run down and there is apparently no maintenance being done. Carpet is pulling up in several spots, the elevator sounds like there’s a huge problem with it, lights are out, etc. The grounds are completely trashed. It’s apparent that they are collecting all the money they can and then will close the property.

Hard to get in the room with the Key Card, bathroom door was very dirty, under the bed had trash looked liked it never been cleaned, under the AC unit dirty, mattress was old, torn and stained. Elevator did not work stair way was dirty.

Good news: The staff was polite & honest. Bad news: There was a strong odor of fried food on the 3rd floor. The first floor had random piles of debris in the hallway from the work being done up front. There was also an unusual smell on the first floor as well. None of the lamps in my hotel room worked along with the lamp near the bed being very dusty. There was a burweed on one of the body towels that scratched my girlfriend while she was drying off. The shower rod was rusty. There was a piece of black tape on the shower head that is barely hanging on along with a strong calcium buildup on it as well. The bathroom sink had a big crack in it. The bathroom sink had blue spots all over it. The dresser that the tv is on top of had various chipped paint spots on it while also being dusty on top. The tv was dusty as well. The recliner chair did not recline at all. I needed to take a bath after having a tough workout but there wasn’t a stopper in the tub. I called the front desk to ask for one & was politely told “we don’t have one”. There was also a spot of mold on the bar in the tub.

Our room was not clean. Trash had not been taken out from prior use. The door would not shut completely so it would not lock. The floor was sticky. The front desk staff was very kind and hard working.

The first room we were in was terrible. Someone had smoked in a non-smoking room and the smell had permeated the room. The desk clerk said they had tried many things but could not remove the odor. The carpet was also badly stained. Overall room condition left much to be desired. The night clerk was sympathetic about our situation but no other room was available when we checked in. She did a very good job finding us a better room the next day that was definitely better, but we would rate it as merely adequate. It appeared tired and well used. I suspect the entire facility needs a definite renovation.

Staff was great, however the rooms are in horrible condition. Dirty and damaged. I stayed here due to the close proximity of my customers site. When I come back in a few months I will stay somewhere else and drive further.

The worst stay ever!!! First day: the toilet was making a really bad noise, I reported and the employee said that he would send somebody to look at it and that did not happend! My husband had to fis it himself. We were close to the machine room (or something like that) because therr was a non stop sound like something turning on and off all night all day!! Then on my last night the AC stopped working and was dripping water! This time a nice employee helped us and gave us a different room

The staff was pleasant. Everything in the room functioned, it is just a little past its prime. I also found a Starburst on the floor by the bed and the desk. Either they weren’t attentive while cleaning or they were rushing.

Wasn’t happy with the tv. A lot of the channels were not working such as only 10 out of how many were available was working. After explaining to the staff the issue, I was told that it was bad reception that night. I stayed there for 4 days and it never worked.

The recliner chair did not recline at all. I needed to take a bath after having a tough workout but there wasn’t a stopper in the tub. I called the front desk to ask for one & was politely told “we don’t have one”. There was also a spot of mold on the bar in the tub.
Good news: The staff was polite & honest. Bad news: There was a strong odor of fried food on the 3rd floor. The first floor had random piles of debris in the hallway from the work being done up front. There was also an unusual smell on the first floor as well. None of the lamps in my hotel room worked along with the lamp near the bed being very dusty. There was a burweed on one of the body towels that scratched my girlfriend while she was drying off. The shower rod was rusty. There was a piece of black tape on the shower head that is barely hanging on along with a strong calcium buildup on it as well. The bathroom sink had a big crack in it. The bathroom sink had blue spots all over it. The dresser that the tv is on top of had various chipped paint spots on it while also being dusty on top. The tv was dusty as well. The tv in my room went out for three days. I let them know about it and no one ever fixed it or helped me get a new room after I asked multiple times.It was dirty and the ppl working at the front desk for the most part were nowhere to be found.

The front staff was absolutely amazing! Very kind, and friendly- and this was every encounter- not just one person. Every single staff member who assisted us was nice. I wasn't a fan of the room as it felt a little "damp" and very outdated.

The worst stay ever!!! First day: the toilet was making a really bad noise, I reported and the employee said that he would send somebody to look at it and that did not happend! My husband had to fis it himself. We were close to the machine room (or something like that) because therr was a non stop sound like something turning on and off all night all day!! Then on my last night the AC stopped working and was dripping water! This time a nice employee helped us and gave us a different room

I booked a room here through Expedia about 2 months ago, only to be told upon arrival that they did not have any rooms. I immediately called Expedia to get my money back. They directed me back to the hotel. I have sent emails, called and left messages with front desk staff and I am yet to have a member of management return my call to discuss my refund. I guess, in essence, they're just going to blatantly steal my money from me and give me a big middle finger while doing it. Thanks Extended Stay - WELL PLAYED!

The lady at the desk was very nice. I had traveled long and she said they had no public restroom but she allowed me to use hers. Got to our room and it wasn't ready. It appears they began to clean it and forgot to finish it. Trash on counter, bed stripped. No maid service there no other room so she refunded us and apologized. The windows throughout the hotel were so dirty and many of them did not shut and were not in place. So what does that say about heating and cooling and safety? Will never consider staying in this particular hotel again.

We had a reservation error in that hotel.com did not pay for room. 45 minutes on phone with hotel.com support and issue was resolved. Checkin staff was great but non smoking room had a previous smokerin it. We stayed 1 night great price.

Staff was great, however the rooms are in horrible condition. Dirty and damaged. I stayed here due to the close proximity of my customers site. When I come back in a few months I will stay somewhere else and drive further.

Clean, spacious room for a fair price in a safe, quiet area of town. Convenient location, courteous staff - all things considered, it was a very comfortable stay for the weekend. Would stay here again.

The hotel is older and has not had many updates or improvements. It appears to be a location that construction workers occupy or live in for extended periods of time. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the sheets were old and scratchy. It is dog friendly but the smell in the halls and rooms was nasty, also smelled of marijuana. There was no breakfast, no ice machine, no dishes in the kitchenette unless you requested and paid for them. Will not return.

Hotel is well located, at check in, we were told we didn't have room ( booked since Jan) but later they fixed problem and we got the room. Room was smelly and old, looked that haven't been updated in good long time. During my stay they never went to clean the room up. Need to update carpet and windows, full of sand.

For the price paid, a very run and neglected hotel. I paid the price because they stated that they provided breakfast. I am all about a value hotel...LOL, I don't need a lot, but dang. I think the desk/table was missing because there was a rolling chair and the mirror/plugs were at the appropriate height for a desk. I bought some soup to heat up for dinner...the bowls provided could hold 5-6 grapes. That was almost comical. There was a very distinct buzzing sound that went off every few minutes 24/7. I could hear it through my ear plugs and it drove my kids nuts. When I asked, I was told it was the generator for the fire suppression system. It was very noticeable in the lobby. The very nice young lady was like "oh" I didn't realize guests could hear it. LOL. I call BS that they don't know that the noise is loud enough to reach the 2nd and 3rd floor. And when the first few minutes of the hot water coming on in the shower sounds like the hot water heater is about to lose the battle somewhere. Breakfast was a nature valley granola bar or packaged muffin. If I had paid $50-$60 a night, sure...but not for what I paid. Very Very Run down.

I didnt like that an hour after breakfast was put out there was no more breakfast. Breakfast is 0630-930 and there was never enough breakfast. Elevator was in and out of service. Other than that it was ok. Staff was nice.

The property smelled like smoke/weed upon arrival. Once in the room, the tub was dirty, the sink had food crumbs in it. The trash hadn’t been taken out from the previous occupant. The tv wasn’t working. They came the next morning and fixed it - but it wasn’t working again by that same evening. Never came back in working. The beds and furniture were new but the kitchen and bathroom were pretty rough.

I was in room 103... i slept in the bed closest to the bathroom. The bed wasnt all that comfy.The mattress was worn in (body indent). Allot of the channels on the tv didnt work. The Ac kept the room cool. But all in all it was fine for the occasion i was there for. The kitchen didnt come with any plates, silverware that the sign said it would.
