I always choose the Atrium when flying out of DFW. Its close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. I learned yesterday that Hotel transportation will also take you shopping! The Atrium has a bar and grill and a pizza place inside the hotel! Very convenient! Hotel staff is always polite and friendly!

Disappointed stay; the pool was not functional at all. Was a major selling point and I even called to confirm that it was functional and was told yes. Very disappointing. Also only was given two breakfast vouchers instead of four in room. Gym was great but also had issues with tv not working, water fountain not being functional as well.

Large room with comfy bed. There wise a small store, restaurants, bars, pool, billiards, foosball, table shuffleboard… and every employee I encountered was super friendly. The layout is open and inviting. Treat yourself to this delightful overnight stay!

Unlike the popular hotel chains, this hotel has 2 bar options, a pool table, a foosball table, 2 dining options, a swimming pool and a good deal of transportation options. They will ride you down the street to a restaurant if you would like and the breakfast is better than hotel chains in my opinion.

Gated parking is a plus, rooms (suites) are spacious and comfy. The hotel is a bit older, the restaurants inside could be more vibrant since walking to get something to eat is not really an option being on a frontage road. Close as you can probably get to dfw so it is convenient. I’d probably stay there again if the situation warrants.

We spent one night and it was good enough. Inside lobby is large and spacious with dining options and indoor pool. They have exercise room and gated parking. Our room felt outdated and bathroom was cramped and small. We got two king size beds but they were uncomfortable and my back hurt the next morning. Sheets were rough and carpet felt like bugs could be jumping around. I honestly did not feel very comfortable in the room but thank goodness we only slept there and left early in morning. Breakfast buffet was very good and probably the best thing about the place.

Several issues with my room: there were hairs all over the bathroom floor and a couple more in the tub. Also, there was pretty fresh-looking lipstick on my bath towel… before I ever used it. Last, after my shower, I could not get the tub faucet to stop dripping. At the bar, the bartender was pleasant. I ordered a drink to take up to my room, and a few hours later went back and got another one. It wasn’t until after I had left the hotel that I looked at receipts and saw that she charged two different prices for the same drink. All of these things could have been a one-time oversight, but put together, means I won’t stay here again.

The beds are hard. The plumbing overflowed in the sink and in the tub. The water was brown. The sink was broke, the tub didn't drain properly. The carpet was soaking wet at the entrance of door. They didn't switch us rooms. There was mold. I have asthma. It caused me to become ill. They refuse to provide any accommodations for the inconvenience. I was offered a drink. I told them I do not drink liquor. They were uncaring and nonchalant about the ordeal.

Was this an elderly home before? The whole place reeks of cigarettes. The pool is inside by the lobby, it’s very unusual. First room we got, the power did not work, the beds are so hard and make a lot of noise and the pillows are flat. The staff were very accommodating and nice but overall would not recommend staying here. On my way to check out I also saw a roach. 1/10 for my experience and my stay was 1 night only.

Our stay was fine until we were awaken the next morning by very loud knocking and sawing/sanding on the outside wall of our room. I couldn't believe we were assigned to a room where there was active construction being done on its outside wall. I complained to the front desk and was advised he would pass on the information.

My 3rd or 4th time to stay here when traveling out of the country in order to leave my vehicle with them and utilize their airport transportation. Place is always nice and clean, big rooms with everything you could possibly need! Couple issues at check-in with the young lady nearly refusing to give me the parking price that was advertised via Expedia. Eventually I was able to find it again and she relented but didn't seem happy about it. I've always had good stays here and I'm sure I will again in the future!

Would not stay here again. Waited over an hour for the shuttle- had to call 5x and we had a small infant at midnight. Reserved king beds and they only had queens. Front desk was condescending. Only redemption was the breakfast buffet gentleman was wonderful and provided excellent customer service.

There was a block of cheese in the kitchenette-assuming to catch mice?! That was off putting. The mini fridge did not keep our few drinks cold. The microwave smelled. But worst of all, the maid barged into our room HOURS before checkout without knocking. Complete disregard for our privacy.

At check-in the service desk employees acted distracted and juvenile. When it was time to transport our group of 9 to the airport, the driver refused to drop us at Terminal E stating that it was to early in the morning for this. No person involved with the airport had heard of this. The transit driver asked which hotel we were associated with and when given the name Atrium, replied that he was not surprised. I assume that the Atrium must be in a state of decline in management if this is the attitude of DFW employees.

At check-in the service desk employees acted distracted and juvenile. No person involved with the airport had heard of this. The transit driver asked which hotel we were associated with and when given the name Atrium, replied that he was not surprised. The hotel is clean and in good condition. The photo online showed a walk in shower, which I always look for because of the multiple foot surgeries that I've had. My room didn't have a walk in shower, just a bathtub. Honestly, I was too tired to walk downstairs and ask for a room with a walk in shower. The entrance to the parking lot was somewhat weird and there needs to be a sign and lite better. It doesn't look like an entrance to a hotel, in my opinion. My room was clean and in good condition.

I always choose the Atrium when flying out of DFW. Its close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. I learned yesterday that Hotel transportation will also take you shopping! The Atrium has a bar and grill and a pizza place inside the hotel! Very convenient! Hotel staff is always polite and friendly!

We counted on the DFW 530 AM airport shuttle. We were VERY surprised and disappointed that we were NOT dropped at our correct terminal. "Everybody out" at C Terminal. It was a challenge for us and other groups to figure out the Airport Terminal shuttle system. Be sure to allow extra time for your departure if checking bags. Otherwise, all good.

Gated parking is a plus, rooms (suites) are spacious and comfy. The hotel is a bit older, the restaurants inside could be more vibrant since walking to get something to eat is not really an option being on a frontage road. Close as you can probably get to dfw so it is convenient. I’d probably stay there again if the situation warrants.

When we had an unplanned delay in Dallas that would have us flying out the following day- we needed to find a hotel that was convenient to the airport to avoid having to sleep at the airport and found it! Easy booking, seamless check in, transportation to the airport every 30 minutes, restaurant and bar open late for those arriving late, breakfast, comfy room and bed, great value for price. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

Happy with our room, except there was no shampoo, only body lotion and bar soap. I called to front desk and requested shampoo, but it was never delivered as the operator said. Then the van to drop off at the airport for departures only went to lower level terminal C, which is for arrivals, not departures. And we, like several others on the van needed to go to one of the 4 other terminals. So not only did we have to wait for the elevator to go to the upper level for departures. This was annoying as we were not given any reason. We were just told this is the only stop the van is making. There was at least one airline crew member with us, who did need a different terminal.

Unlike the popular hotel chains, this hotel has 2 bar options, a pool table, a foosball table, 2 dining options, a swimming pool and a good deal of transportation options. They will ride you down the street to a restaurant if you would like and the breakfast is better than hotel chains in my opinion.

Overall a good stay. I wish we got more information at check in about the continental breakfast and that we needed a voucher. The gentleman who worked at the breakfast area asked us for it and we didn’t know what he was talking about. Breakfast was good. Room was good. Excellent water pressure for the shower. Nice to have a fridge in the room.

This was a quick overnight stay on business. Check in was easy. It seemed like the restaurant/bar was a little understaffed when we were there, but service was fine once they go to us. Hotel seems a little dated, but was a good value. I would stay there again.

Felt a little unsafe at this hotel. I stayed here because it was close to the DFW airport and my flight was canceled due to weather. I will pay more to stay at a more reputable hotel next time. Hotel seemed very old and unclean. The food at the pizza place was poor and the folks that were working at the hotel seemed to be very unhappy. While my room was roomy, it was not very nice. Felt like I was staying at a roadside motel and not a "hotel." A little friendliness and cleaning would go a long way here. Will never stay here again.

The amount of money that they charge for a breakfast and for dinner or drinks at their bar at the front of the building is a little ridiculous especially for the food you get and then when I'm trying to sleep there was some kind of party going on downstairs with people singing laughing it was just crazy and I had to be up at 5:00 a.m. and I called down to your office which I couldn't do on the phone in the room I had to call you on my cell phone the guy was laughing and said we kept the restaurant open late cuz we have people coming in I just don't think it's acceptable I need Expedia to contact me ASAP the amount

I would not recommend the hotel for anyone who was traveling or stranded or coming to town for anything. The front desk staff was so rude. I had to get my card reprogrammed almost after every time I tried to use it and then they acted like I was a problem whenever I asked for help. The pool was open off and on even during an operational hours in the breakfast that was included with my day was absolutely awful. The breakfast potatoes were cold at Bear Cove. The eggs were watery. There was just not a lot about the stay that I can take good things about.

This looked like a great place to stay. I was unfortunately mistaken. It was less than par. Rude people at check-in don’t try calling to ask a question prior to check in they will just hang up on you. When you do reach them, they will say they were busy. That’s some good customer service. The “Free shuttle” was so busy they had to pull out the big shuttle that took them 20 mins. So I had to pay for a Lyft for $52. The reason I stayed here was the free shuttle. Was there 15 mins prior to departure, they still were going to make me late. I recommend staying somewhere else.

The staff we encountered was always courteous and helpful. Breakfast was really good, and the coffee was strong and tasty. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. One sink struggled with draining but it was just a bit slow. The pool area was lovely but the kids found it way too cold to swim in so that was disappointing. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Every time we fly out of DFW we stay at the Atrium. It’s kind of become a tradition. They have a great little pool and restaurant. We always park there and their shuttle takes us to the airport and picks us up.
