⭐ Very Disappointing Stay We’ve stayed at this hotel before and had great experiences, which is why we returned August 27–30 and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked, yet we weren’t told until arrival that it was closed. We later learned it had been out of service since at least August 19. Guests should have been notified ahead of time so we could have chosen another hotel. We also weren’t allowed to use the hot tub, even though it wasn’t affected. Between our two rooms, we had issues with the TVs/remotes, noisy AC, microwave, refrigerator controls, poorly fitting sheets, and a broken third-floor ice machine. Even more concerning, there was hair in and around the bathtub drain when we first used it, and the shower heads had significant buildup. The parking lot had trash throughout, the hallways smelled like burnt rubber, and alarms went off in the third-floor laundry room for two days. Breakfast was disappointing, and our room key was even deactivated before checkout time. We paid extra for two rooms based on our previous experiences and the pool. Sadly, this stay did not come close to what we expected or paid for.

Ok value for the money. Hard to tell if the rooms are clean when all the lights in the place are a cold, dim LEDs. Also the toilets are so low-flow to save money that they clog for no reason, which is embarrassing. They clearly know this is a problem bc they put stickers on the tanks letting you know this.
