When we first checked in they gave us a filthy, absolutely disgusting room. There was black paint on the floor, the tv was broken,the mini fridge was dirty and the bedspread in a non smoking room was covered in cigarette burns and appeared to be easily 10yrs old. This was a hotel catfish at this point. Looked absolutely nothing like the photos they gave to Hotels.com Went downstairs and asked about the cancellation policy due to all the issues and she asked if we would check out another room. This time downstairs and it's looked similar to the one on your website but definitely worn down. But at least the room seemed semi clean and honestly we were exhausted and had to be at work in an hour so we took it. Power went out for a couple hours the night before check outand they had no generator and my husband had insulin in the fridge. They refused to compensate at all, stating it's not their fault. We also had to pack to check out the following morning in the dark because the power went out again.
