Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fort Worth, TX

The hotel location was nice - a huge plus was that they offer a shuttle, though only on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, to the stockyards which makes it nice for people who enjoy that night life there or who plan to go but don’t want the hassle of driving. My biggest complaint is that the whole first floor of the hotel reeked of marijuana and then someone tried to cover that smell with either cleaning products or perfume so it was a lot of STRONG smells all at once and caused me to have a constant headache. Pool is nice, kind of small if you get more than a couple people in it and I did note that it says the max capacity of the pool was 4 people…. And the hot tub was closed. They did offer towels at the pool which was nice and a place to put those wet towels. The pool is SHARP! On the bottom due to the texture so watch yourself because I did scrape my toes. Parking is convenient and on site though a lot of large vehicles take up quite a few of those spots so people park tight. Big plus to me was the cute little kitty they had roaming around the front, I appreciate that though it may or may not be their cat, that they are taking the time to ensure it is fed and has a bed to sleep on. I always appreciate people who have sympathy for animals. Other than the weed smell/heavy chemical/perfume smell to cover the weed smell up, the property was clean and a convenient location right off the highway with a shuttle service for night life. Also, it was very quiet!

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. Shuttle to Stockyards was convenient and the driver was friendly. Breakfast was awesome, the had a pancake machine which we had never seen before!

This place is ok. Fairly noisy due to being so close to freeway off ramp. We asked for the room to be cleaned half way though our stay which didn't get done. Outside spa wasnt working and was green.

Big Clean room (a couple of hairs in the bathroom. But I’m a hairdresser so I’m used to that!!) Clean pool area with plenty of extra towels. Fantastic selection of breakfast- more than what we’d expected. Great location for the price we paid, with a free shuttle to & from the stockyards every night (driver is super friendly and fun too 😁) Like us. If you want an easy located and clean hotel, which you aren’t planning on being in much, this hotel is perfect!!

Everything was good check in, room, swimming pool was open. Hot tub is closed for renovation at some point in time I’m assuming. Breakfast was good. Neat pancake machine. The breakfast staff was great. The shuttle service is a great thing. Driver got us there safely and back.

The room was nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good. Pool water was clean but there was something rocky/gravelly on the bottom. The hot tub was closed.

Loved that this hotel has a shuttle to the stockyards!! So convenient!

Had a bug crawl on me. Looked like a bed bug. Room was dirty . Got a new room but it was still not the cleanest. I had asked for a refund but they wouldn’t give me that . So I had no choice to stick it out. Felt very gross being there .

Not one complaint about the property. It always smells, feels and is clean. The staff is great and the breakfast is the best I’ve had from my travel!

We've been staying here for 2 years now. We come into town every 2-3 month's never had any issues. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and it's a peaceful area with a fantastic church on the other side of the highway. We strongly recommend to stay here.

Bathroom and bedsheets were dirty. TV did not work.

Very very bad stay Bathroom was gross!! Bathroom floors were Sticky and dirty. Towels stained.Refrigerator was dirty. Hairdryer went on fire. Horrible horrendous beds! Very very noisy.

It was a very pleasant & clean hotel.

Do not think twice of staying at this place. We booked a room after attend a benefit. Go to the room and there was blood all over the sheets and the room Smell like someone has die in the room. We looked at the other bed and there was bed bug in the other bed in the room we got all of the stuff and left and again make sure you check the sheets and bed for bloody sheet and bed bugs.

First room was renovated, however there was a few issues. Bugs in the bathroom, door hanging on the carpet making it hard to open the door, very far end too close to freeway so noise was loud. Second room was okay older room without charging ports. But there was also bugs in that room.

My only complaint was the AC had a hard time keeping up & to much outside light coming through the window @ night

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Hotel stay was nice but the king suite was very stuffy and humid. AC really only blew in the living room area with minimal air movement where bed was. Slept every night without a blanket and sheet and it was still hot. Loved the shuttle and location to the stockyards. Would just book a standard room next time.

Rooms were big. Liked that there was a bedroom separate from sitting area. Great staff.

Broken glass in parking lot;. Neither TV in room worked, and we were brushed off when asked if they could be fixed. Crowded breakfast lobby with limited options. Hallway needed to be vaccuumed. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although they had no blackout curtains so the room was bright as soon as sun came up.

Very spacious room, cleanness

Love the layout of the room! The ROOM NLY negative is the comforts of the couch in the seating area in the room annd some highway noise as it is close to the interstate The Mexican restaurant was very good!Our room was clean, good water pressure & hot water in the shower which is important to us. The bed was comfortable as well. Close to the Stockyards & the shuttle to and from the Stockyards was great Thurs night through the weekend! Would stay here again.

We had a king suite for 2 nights. Hotel and Room were very clean and the room was spacious for two. The highway was a little noisy, especially when the high performance cars want to show off their loud pipes! But it didn’t disturb our sleep at night. Daytime nap, forget it! Great breakfast! Biscuits were awesome! Would’ve given 5 stars but the coffee Is BAD! We even tried to brew in our room with the coffee they provide and it was bad! Thank God there was a 7-Eleven right down the street. Y’all need to change to a better coffee! Pool was clean but the mosquitoes were terrible! Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay there again.

The customer service was outstanding from check-in through check-out. The front desk clerk was friendly, informative and helpful. Love the new easy check out!

Great value hotel. Hotel text several times during our stay to make sure we had a great visit and if we needed anything. Great communication! 100% would stay here again. Super friendly staff.

Excellent customer service

The power got completely knocked out and the manager wasn’t on site. They left a young woman there all by herself to deal with all the customers. She was great but not equipped to deal with such a stressful situation. I texted the number I got when I checked in to ask what was going on, got told to wait a little bit for information, then never heard anything else.

Initially all good with room in an acceptable standard for the price. Issue has been since them not refunding me my refundable deposit. No reply to messages and clearly content in taking the extra profit. Mark and avoid.

electricity was out almost 10 hours over night and it was over 80 degrees in the room. They had no back up generators and refused to give partial refund for inconvenience. The night staff is rude and breakfast was over cooked burnt eggs Pattie’s.

The complimentary shuttle to and from the stockyards was very convenient! However, the shuttle driver was very unprofessional. Cursing, talking about drugs and drinking the entire time. The front desk attendant was rude to another guest and was not kind towards guests.

I have been here before and they have done what they say we’re going to do. But this time they stated they would do housekeeping only once every three days. I went along with that until the fifth night they still did clean the room and did not replenish the towels. I had to go to the front desk since it was late had to ask for clean towels.

Pros: the location is super convenient. 8 minutes from the stockyards and downtown. Can’t beat that for convenience. There is nothing right around it. The room itself was very clean and the hotel was quiet. The pool looked like it had been very poorly remastered and was very uncomfortable and rough. Coating was coming off and floating in the pool. Breakfast was good for a continental option.

Basic hotel, a bit further from the FW attractions than we expected, so we had to Uber everywhere. Hotel is really out of the way, not close to anything at all--nothing you can walk to. It was the wrong choice for us, but we were kinda stuck there once we checked in.

I stay here often due to the closeness of the Stockyards. It's more affordable than staying in the Stockyards.

Was right off the highway so convenient, and stayed here because of the proximity to the children’s hospital so it was convenient Was bothered by the highway noise some but no fault of the hotel itself

Close location to Fort Worth Stockyards. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast is above average - decent coffee. Hotel is clean and convenient - quick access to major highways and close to historic Stockyards. Professional staff, enjoyed the stay, will stay there again.
