It was clean and had no pests. There was enough parking. But overall, it was not great. For one thing, the Wi-Fi was too weak to work 100 feet away. I was not even able to check my email. The "breakfast" was just granola bars and unfiltered coffee made the night before. The plugs by the bed were linked to the ceiling light, so I wasn't able to use my CPAP machine unless I left the lights on. The sign at the gate specifically warned that dealing drugs or having any visitors was against the rules. That's fine, but why was it needed. It's very close to the freeway, and the lack of any weatherstripping on the door and the single-pane windows made it very loud and light leaked in even in the middle of the night.

There was 1 toilet paper for 2 days! No coffee or breakfast or hot tub as listed! Place was very dirty! Please pay more instead of staying here! We stayed here because it was closer to event we were attending! Idk how this place is still open

The front desk staff was polite and went the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. The amenities were great. The area isn't the greatest and there were lots of homeless people who I would assume were on controlled substances, so I'd recommend a short stay.

It’s nothing like it look on the pictures. I did not sleep well for fear of getting car broke in. Could hear doors closing all night. But it did have security in the parking lot all night. It did appear to be clean inside room.

Highly misleading when booking. This place is rundown. Gated, front door entries, our door didn’t securely close. We still see outside through the crevices when it was shut. Maintenance guy fleeing around making a drilling noises late at night. Property owners screaming at guests or visitors of guests. It was appalling and so unsafe. Left our stuff in the car and got outta there right away!!!

Where do I begin! Our room lock was broke! It states hot tub in listing and there’s no hot tub! States breakfast and they only had granola and they told us at 9am! No coffee! Staff was not professional in any sense! They were dressed like if they just woke up! Crickets and cockroaches in room! There was a dead cricket in my bed! Overall place was dirty! I I would’ve given them a zero! This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at!

really wish our room had a Bedside Lamp. room had to be in full light or dark no in between. A/C worked fine very important. fridge was nice to have, did not use the microwave. T.V. with cable was better than our last verbo. renovation appeared to be going on. right next to very noisy freeway big dumpster in lot. property is fenced. pool was closed not sure we would have used anyway.

In the first room, there were a dozen (!) dead cockroaches lying on the floor. In the second room, a cockroach was walking on the floor at night, and the refrigerator did not close due to the huge amount of ice in the freezer. There was absolutely NOTHING for breakfast, even the juice machine didn't work. Upon noticing this, the staff took one bar from the drawer and said it was breakfast. I have never seen such a bad hotel for this price. Avoid it!!

I never stayed in that room. The time I opened the door . It spelled terrible. Mildew and smoke. Which was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bathroom was raggedy and out of date.The refrigerator was sooo dirty. Look like something nasty wasI melted in there.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no room cleaning over my 3 night stay. Doors were not sealed well, which led to a cricket and a few small roaches being seen in the room. On the third day I went to get clean bath towels for a shower, and no one was in the office at all. After an hour I went back to the office and was instructed to walk around the property to the laundry room to find towels. There were no towels in there either. The hotel itself smelled bad even though it was a non smoking unit. Overall just one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

They have a hidden deposit fee that I still haven't gotten back and when I asked why is the deposit not in the website they said they don't put it on there and definitely don't recommend for a party cuz they definitely going to shut you down

Front desk staff tried to get me to take a smaller room than I paid for because they were completely booked. I wanted two beds since I was with my son. After getting my key, we walked to our room wherein the short walk I saw 2 separate drug deals happening at once. Majority of the parked cars had damage and smashed windows. We walked into our room and it felt dirty. There were pieces missing in the wall and linens were stained. I immediately booked another hotel and got out of there. When I returned the key to the front desk guy he was telling a group of teenagers nearby that they owed him money. I didn’t ask for a refund and just left.

We did not stay here . We arrived at 6pm and check in time was 3pm after a LONG day at the zoo with small children. Immediately the clerk started telling me I did not have a reservation when I in fact had reserved 2 double rooms and asked they be adjacent - months in advance. My stay here was horrific. I slept in our car in the parking lot, after being showed three different rooms. I have pictures of the last room, including the exposed wiring from electric sockets, the deadbolt ripped out of the door, the black mold throughout the bathroom, and the BLOOD STAINS on one of the beds. I was refused a refund that night, and I was lied and told a manager would be there in the morning. I was unable to get a refund through hotels.com and I had to demand the front desk agent assist me, after standing outside from 5am to 6am with my sleeping 6 y.o. in the car. This was advertised as a 3-star place, it was SCARY and UNSAFE.

It was clean and had no pests. There was enough parking. But overall, it was not great. For one thing, the Wi-Fi was too weak to work 100 feet away. I was not even able to check my email. The "breakfast" was just granola bars and unfiltered coffee made the night before. The plugs by the bed were linked to the ceiling light, so I wasn't able to use my CPAP machine unless I left the lights on. The sign at the gate specifically warned that dealing drugs or having any visitors was against the rules. That's fine, but why was it needed. It's very close to the freeway, and the lack of any weatherstripping on the door and the single-pane windows made it very loud and light leaked in even in the middle of the night.

It’s nothing like it look on the pictures. I did not sleep well for fear of getting car broke in. Could hear doors closing all night. But it did have security in the parking lot all night. It did appear to be clean inside room.

Highly misleading when booking. This place is rundown. Gated, front door entries, our door didn’t securely close. We still see outside through the crevices when it was shut. Maintenance guy fleeing around making a drilling noises late at night. Property owners screaming at guests or visitors of guests. It was appalling and so unsafe. Left our stuff in the car and got outta there right away!!!

In the middle of the night someone walked into our room using their room key, the front desk said oh that’s ok we are renovating. There was mould in the bathroom. Lots of weird people around that looked like they would rob you.

really wish our room had a Bedside Lamp. room had to be in full light or dark no in between. A/C worked fine very important. fridge was nice to have, did not use the microwave. T.V. with cable was better than our last verbo. renovation appeared to be going on. right next to very noisy freeway big dumpster in lot. property is fenced. pool was closed not sure we would have used anyway.

First of all when you pullup in the parking lot you can tell its not so hot of a hotel but it was just to sleep and leave first thing in the morning.The type of people that hang around there like they live there. The room was ok but the bathroom tub still had hair and yellowish stains in it like they didnt clean it and some mold on the shower curtain. It listed to go breakfast but had nothing at all. They shouldnt even have a sigh that says breakfast.

In the first room, there were a dozen (!) dead cockroaches lying on the floor. In the second room, a cockroach was walking on the floor at night, and the refrigerator did not close due to the huge amount of ice in the freezer. There was absolutely NOTHING for breakfast, even the juice machine didn't work. Upon noticing this, the staff took one bar from the drawer and said it was breakfast. I have never seen such a bad hotel for this price. Avoid it!!

Where do I begin! Our room lock was broke! It states hot tub in listing and there’s no hot tub! States breakfast and they only had granola and they told us at 9am! No coffee! Staff was not professional in any sense! They were dressed like if they just woke up! Crickets and cockroaches in room! There was a dead cricket in my bed! Overall place was dirty! I I would’ve given them a zero! This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at!

Pros -Right off the freeway. Next to plenty of restaurants. Walmart Neighborhood Grocery store on West Berry. Shower has hot water. Breakfast is a bag of muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice and granola bars. AC works very well. As it was 100+ degrees. Cons-Very older buildings, no upgrades or renovations. The electric outlets on either side of the bed didn't work. Had to use outlet that had TV fridge and microwave or the bathroom outlet. Cable came undone last night there and didn't work when staff hooked it back up. Older LG TV. Extremely tight parking. Only can get out by the entrances near the office. Overall a fair clean safe stay for a few nights.

rooms were not clean. smelled like mold. looked like dried blood on bathroom door. chair had a towel on it when we walked in, pulled towel off, there was dog hair. pool was ok, not crystal clear water. breakfast was almost non existent. cheap chewy bars was all that was available.
