Staff provides outstanding service across the board! However the hotel is in desperate need of upgrades. The pool and spa should be reopened. The furniture is worn out. Equipment like ice machines, juice machine and milk dispenser broken all the place. Really reminds me of some of the hotels I have stayed in in third world countries. It’s an embarrassment to the Hilton brand.

We were able to walk to restaurants and it was easy to get to and from TCU. The breakfast was very good and the gym much better than I expected.

Nice hotel with a really good breakfast buffet, snacks and drinks, all completely complimentary. Only complaint is that google showed this property had an indoor pool but were disappointed to find out that it’s been closed since February. Google is not updated and still shows they have one but Expedia does not. Other than that everything was great and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with early check in and late checkout. They made our stay much more comfortable. Front desk staff was truly phenomenal, they even offered to hold our suitcases while we went out after checkout. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Pool did not work. Only free parking if you can find any is off location. Valet parking was $50.00 a night. Room had a musty odor. Toilet had issues flashing. One of the beds was leaning. Couch was very old and worn out.

Toilet seat was broken but they fixed it in a timely manner. Heater was broken on swimming pool and hot tub so the water was very cold - unable to swim or use hot tub in comfort - very disappointing. All other aspects of the hotel were great !

Only one of three elevators worked. This hotel is showing its age and it is way over due for a complete remodel unfortunately there are no other Embassy Suite Hotels in the Texas Christian University area.

Beware you will be charged $50 a day for parking. You can not go to your car in parking garage that is right beside hotel if you forget something or want to drive around town. You have to get valet to bring you car to you even to retrieve an umbrella because of rain & of coarse you have wait 30 min & tip them. Very inconvenient. Next time we will stay in stockyard area. There is a bus (orange line) that runs from downtown to stockyard every 15 min & cost $2 each way.

Don’t stay here. It’s dated. Very dirty rooms. Indoor pool was gross. My grandchildren were itching and so was I. The sheets are rough. Not worth the money. I have stayed at another Embassy Suite before in Lexington Ky. It’s beautiful, clean, and had great service.

Was given a Handicapped Accessible room instead of the regular double Queen suite I originally booked online. When I asked to change rooms, I was denied & told by the desk agent there was nothing they could do because this is what always happens when booking online through a 3rd party. I know this to be false. Showed my confirmation to verify that I did not book an accessible room. Still no movement. And Since it was New Years Eve & finding another hotel downtown was going to be problematic & costly, we stayed in the room. Nothing against an accessible room, but we would rather it go to someone that needs it. The accessible equipment in the room the sort of altered the romantic vibe & our setup that was had planned for celebrating the New Year.

Good experience but I didn’t realize how claustrophobic the rooms and hotel would feel. I should’ve expected it since it was down town but there was hardly a lobby and it just was t the classic feel of an Embassy.

The hotel itself is GREAT!! The room was amazing and very clean. Our room however was right above the busy nightlife area and was it was VERY loud with screaming people, loud cars and bikes revving up their engines till at least 2am and didn’t get much sleep. I would probably stay there again because the room was so nice, but I’d definitely ask for a different area of the hotel on the next trip.

Service was off this trip. Asked twice for coffee set up refill in the room two different days and never got it. After waiting 30 minutes on bellman for luggage help we left - they never showed up. Breakfast closed earlier than said time. Food and coffee was gone before closing time. Disappointed because we usually love this hotel and had two other couples we recommended it there.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The front desk guy Nico and the other employee on duty at the front desk, on afternoon and evening of 5/14, were OUTSTANDING AND WONDERFUL with helpfulness, dining recommendations, and assisting with a lost (and found) matter. Give those 2 a bonus!

Mediocre hotel with subpar customer service. Had a one night stay, the bed was as hard as a rock. Lobby staff was less than welcoming, one lady acted like it was an inconvenience helping us. The other lady is the one who saved thos review.

At check in, one of the rooms we booked was not ready and it took several trips to the front desk to get the issue sorted. Our phone did not work in one room, when we requested extra bedding it came with stains. The pool was drained on the Sunday we were there and we had 5 kids that were looking forward to swimming that did not get the chance.

Our phone did not work in one room, when we requested extra bedding it came with stains. The pool was drained on the Sunday we were there and we had 5 kids that were looking forward to swimming that did not get the chance.

The staff was absolutely amazing. I had quite the trip getting there and was definitely having a bad day. They were kind to me. They made check in so easy and helped me get the bags up to my room. I just want to make sure that they get a huge shout out because that they went above and beyond and it made my vacation.

Checking in the staff was very nice and friendly. Christine was excellent she made sure that all our our needs were met. The breakfast area was neat,clean, and had many options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family in the future

This was our 2nd trip to Ft. Worth to see a show at the Bass Hall and both times we stayed at this hotel. It’s directly across the street from Bass Hall. There is also the Cheesecake Factory and Jake’s Burgers across the street. Hotel is nice. It’s not a fancy embassy suites like some can be but it’s the location we like best. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Evening drinks and morning breakfast were nice. Staff was awesome including valet. We will definitely be back!

The hotel itself is GREAT!! The room was amazing and very clean. Our room however was right above the busy nightlife area and was it was VERY loud with screaming people, loud cars and bikes revving up their engines till at least 2am and didn’t get much sleep. I would probably stay there again because the room was so nice, but I’d definitely ask for a different area of the hotel on the next trip.

We had a great stay! Family trip for spring break. Great location. Close to all kinds of things within walking distance. Short drive to the stockyards. When they say parking is available be ready to valet. Not a big deal just a heads up.

Embassy Suites has the BEST complimentary breakfast! Homemade pancakes and omelets in addition to a full buffet. Beagles were soft and fresh. Rooms were spacious and clean. Super close (walking) to shopping, too.

The refrigerator in my room did not work. All of my food from the night before was ruined. The phone did not work properly so I couldn't call the front desk. HOWEVER the front desk staff both at evening check-in and morning check out were amazing. The evening reception bartender was phenomenal!! The breakfast buffet staff was rude and impolite. (All spoke Spanish and talked rather than helping guest at omelet station) The eggs on the buffet were undercooked. When I spoke to a kitchen manager walking around regarding the eggs, she told me, "Lots of people say that. Oh well. Someone will eat them!" None of the food temperature was properly heated. The health department should definitely be involved. The manager was very unprofessional and the eggs definitely weren't safe to eat.

Staff was wonderful, we were there for taekwondo during a busy day weekend of July 4th and comic con- check in was a little snafu but it was handled quickly and the front desk was great, limited Starbucks coffee bar was awesome, loved our little suite, breakfast is a great selection! Breakfast alone made us choose this hotel because of the early sparring matches we had it was great we didn’t have to go running around looking for food to feed kids who were about to spar at 6am. Pool was a little small def more so for like 3-4 families to enjoy at a time, The Texas bbq shrimp from the hotel restaurant is AMAZING everything was walkable and safe honestly for the room, the breakfast and the option of some Starbucks coffee alone made this so worth every dollar! The only pro I can say about this place is the breakfast. It is delicious. No soggy potatoes or boxed eggs. Their made to order Omelette, scrambles and fried eggs are delicious. They also throw out specials like eggs Benedict. Apart from that the rooms are seriously overpriced. Outdated and uncomfortable beds, stains on mattresses, a bathtub stopper that doesn’t work, a leaking faucet and the worst view I’ve ever seen. I literally kept waking up to the flushing around me. Also beware the elevators close on you while walking in. Serious safety concern. For 300 dollars I spent for the night, I’d spend it elsewhere.

We stayed her for 5 nights on level 7 and whilst the room was a little dark like most motels it was clean and no problems. We returned 2 weeks later and our room was on the 3rd floor . The room was dirty It needed a vacuum and the toilet had Urine drops on the rim. I went down to tell the staff. He really wasn't sure what to do . I cleaned it myself. I wasn't looking to change rooms as we had 3 suitcases unloaded and were trying to repack, but I thought they may get a cleaner in to do what should have been done prior to us checking in. The complimentary nightly drinks are a nice touch

Rooms were acceptable, my grandsons socks got dirty quickly after walking on carpet, so may need stream cleaning and tap not secure in bath hanging off wall, staff were great especially the guy making the omelettes and the girl at front desk
