Good apartment and good location

The room was spotless, but there were some areas where, like scar black nord from the walls.Some epoxy of glue on round trim of door interest.The closet where the vacuum and iron boardThe door part was crush from the main door. But overall, it was excellent.Yeah, it was great.It was fantastic.I liked it was very good.Excellent.

Check In: The check in process is not well organized. The staff onsite are not equipped to answer questions about the stay and are not polite either. The customer service team for Global Luxury is not the most responsive via text/email and by phone it’s like “the luck of the draw” when it comes to whether or not you’ll get someone who is helpful. Apartment: The building/unit was older. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The walls were dirty, the shower water didn’t get very hot. The bathroom floor, sink, and toilet had hair on them. I wouldn’t stay in this particular building again.

Great location and facilities. I would stay there again.

The one bedroom apt was clean and nicely laid out as expected. Wifi was good. There were enough towels. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. The facility was not ideal for someone with mobility issues (walker). From the elevator to the apt we had to walk 0.2 miles. Walk-in shower request could not be honored, but we were informed ahead of time. Responses to emails were slow.
