The entire hotel needs renovation. Lobby smelled like sewage. Room was scuffed, marred on every wall. Bathroom was unusable. Front door was discolored. Carpet was damp. Place should be closed down. The only saving grace was the dirt cheap room rate, which I chose bc I only needed it for a few hours of sleep on road trip to CA.

The advertised pool was covered and looked under construction, more like deconstructed. The property was unsafe, trash around the building, lawn and landscaping unkept. Had to actually leave the property to get to the back side where my room was. There was a man In the lobby that stood near me and my niece and after hearing my room number and attendant giving me directions to the back of the hotel, this man jumped in a box truck and kept following us around the parking lot and roads around the hotel, even turned around on the highway and parked behind me until I moved. They followed me back to the front office through 2 streets and parking lots filled with homeless and sketchy people. I ran in to the lobby and gave the key card back to the man at the front desk and never even got out of my car and went to my room. I should have known it wasn’t safe when I asked the front desk attendant where ice and vending was and he said to go down to a certain room “10_something” and call the front desk and he would unlock it so that I could come through from the back of the hotel to get to lobby. He said he couldn’t leave it open for guest because of the people that lived there. I assume he meant the sketchy and homeless encampment on and surrounding the property. I just left as I’m pretty sure there were not good intentions with the men in the box truck and as a women traveling with a young girl, I was very careful cautious and careful about my surroundings.

This property is terrible. Yes, it’s under remodel right now, but aside from the lobby, it’s awful. Breakfast was a joke! Nothing hot served except possibly a waffle, but the batter was so bad my waffle wouldn’t even rise in the waffle iron. Very little else offered. On a good note, the front desk guy and the construction crew lead were very nice.

Staff was nice but this property's rooms are filthy. It was uncomfortable staying there with my kids because it was so dirty. They say they are renovating but I highly doubt it. First room had gang signs etched in the toilet seat and smelled bad with missing patches of carpet.

To say the room was horrible is an understatement! We didn’t even stay maybe 20mins. It smelt awful as soon as you walked in, everything was stained and the bedding was dirty. There was drug deals going on outside. I felt lightheaded and sick the more I stayed in the room so we decided to just leave and loose out on the money, definitely not worth it! Do Not Stay Here!!!!!

If we could give Zero stars we would. Upon entering our room we were greeted by dead cockroaches all over the floor. There were still some alive and moving elsewhere. This place is infested. Curious the smoke detector had plastic wrapped around it and taped to protect it and the room smelled like raid or a bug bomb. The front desk did not seem at all surprised when I told them it is uninhabitable and I need a refund. I was told to call and speak with the general manager. This facility knows there is a major health and safety issue and keeps taking customers money anyway. It’s a shame this is even happening. What a disgrace. Do not stay!

Rooms were so dirty. Sheets and pillowcases had stains and hair on them. Mattresses were heavily stained. Toothpaste on the wall. Towels had dark stains on them. Fire alarm was disconnected and laying on the dresser. Water was hot, AC cooled, and the door locked so that was good.

I walked into my room and it looked like it had yet to be cleaned- there were dirty linens on the floor and lint everywhere. There was lint on the bed. I do have pictures of everything as well. The bedspread had great big spots on it as well like it hadnt been cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be back. And would like my money back. We asked for a downstairs room for me as I am elderly and I was given an upstairs room and had to climb two flights of stairs.

The room was somewhat clean beds were comfortable but the toilet leaked every time you flushed it all over the bathroom floor the tub was clogged so by the time you finish taking a shower the tub was half full of water and drained onto the bathroom floor went to the manager the next morning who said I wish you'd let me know I don't know what good it would have done him to do it anything about it since he was about 80 will never stay here again even though it had great reviews

The condition of the room was not good. Shoe string hanging on the curtains where rod should be. Soda spilled in freezer, coffee left in coffee pot, room smelled bad, three roaches found, lamp shade was disgusting, trim on furniture and bed broken, shower curtain rod was zipped tied up, toilet was broken and wobbled, door to bathroom broken, just overall poor condition. We were tired and didn’t feel like changing hotels, so we made the best of it.

The room was dirty. Sheets had what looked like fresh blood on them. Bathroom was covered in dirt and dust. Fan was caked with dust. Furniture was broken. You get what you pay for with this one for sure. Luckily I brought my own blankets to put down and slept on top of them. I only needed to take a nap so I wasn’t too mad but definitely would not recommend.

The room was nice and clean. There was no microwave but one of the guys brought one right down. Someone had disconnected the cable and he fixed that in a jiffy. There were fist holes in one of the walls, but looking past that, the room was dated but clean. Bed was comfy and we had plenty of clean towels. Breakfast was waffles, prepackaged pastries, and bread for toast. PB&J were available. 2 varieties of "store brand cereal were available. One bonus was a large bowl of assorted fresh fruit! YUM! coffee was terrible. I had at least 2 full tablespoons of grounds in mine and his had a little less. I tried pouring the coffee off into another cup but the flavor was still terrible. The highway is nearby but we could barely hear it and only if we really tried.

The bed was comfortable enough. We didn't find any bed bugs or roaches. The curtain was falling down and instead of actually fixing it, someone had nailed a corner of it up. The bathroom looked like it had recently been refilled by someone who was doing it for the first time but was clean. The ADA bar in the tub was useless because it had already been pulled out of the wall. The coffee table was far too large for the space and was more nuisance than useful. The coffee pot did work. The water for the shower was just slightly north of tepid, but at least had a little pressure behind it. We were awoken at 3am by a tow truck outside our window making a ridiculous amount of racket...really hoping that call was not initiated by the property... The way the property is situated, the traffic noise from the freeway echoes and bounces around making your stay rather loud already. Our room smelt of marijuana...we were unable to decipher whether it was coming from outside or from a surrounding room, but it was stronger near the bathroom, so we guess from a neighbor. The ac/heater/fan did not actually work properly; as if the thermostat was malfunctioning. Bottom line - this hotel is a place to lay your head...you may or may not actually get much sleep, but you will be out of the elements. Mercifully we only needed it for one night.

The room was very nice. The shower had a draining problem, so that was not very good. The breakfast was just OK. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable and clean.

The hotel is located on the north service road making it very convenient. The curtain in my room was too small to completely cover the window. The pleats caused the curtain to come away from the sides leaving a wide gap someone walking by could see through. Otherwise the room was great!

It was cheap--that is truly the only nice thing to say. Should have known when I saw what I can assume was a prostitute & the parking lot drug deal, that we should have found another hotel. But this was a budget trip and again it was cheap. The room was filthy--not sure if it was back hair or a pubic hair on the sheets, and there were food crumbs in the bed as well. Not sure exactly what was on the floor--looked a lot like sheep hoof pieces in the floor (yes I grew up on a sheep farm). Unless you're down to your last $54 don't stay here. It was late in the evening when we checked in...should have just kept going. Pubes, roaches and hookers--You have been warned!!

The bed was comfortable enough. We didn't find any bed bugs or roaches. The curtain was falling down and instead of actually fixing it, someone had nailed a corner of it up. The bathroom looked like it had recently been refilled by someone who was doing it for the first time but was clean. The ADA bar in the tub was useless because it had already been pulled out of the wall. The coffee table was far too large for the space and was more nuisance than useful. The coffee pot did work. The water for the shower was just slightly north of tepid, but at least had a little pressure behind it. We were awoken at 3am by a tow truck outside our window making a ridiculous amount of racket...really hoping that call was not initiated by the property... The way the property is situated, the traffic noise from the freeway echoes and bounces around making your stay rather loud already. Our room smelt of marijuana...we were unable to decipher whether it was coming from outside or from a surrounding room, but it was stronger near the bathroom, so we guess from a neighbor. The ac/heater/fan did not actually work properly; as if the thermostat was malfunctioning. Bottom line - this hotel is a place to lay your head...you may or may not actually get much sleep, but you will be out of the elements. Mercifully we only needed it for one night.

The advertised pool was covered and looked under construction, more like deconstructed. The property was unsafe, trash around the building, lawn and landscaping unkept. Had to actually leave the property to get to the back side where my room was. There was a man In the lobby that stood near me and my niece and after hearing my room number and attendant giving me directions to the back of the hotel, this man jumped in a box truck and kept following us around the parking lot and roads around the hotel, even turned around on the highway and parked behind me until I moved. They followed me back to the front office through 2 streets and parking lots filled with homeless and sketchy people. I ran in to the lobby and gave the key card back to the man at the front desk and never even got out of my car and went to my room. I should have known it wasn’t safe when I asked the front desk attendant where ice and vending was and he said to go down to a certain room “10_something” and call the front desk and he would unlock it so that I could come through from the back of the hotel to get to lobby. He said he couldn’t leave it open for guest because of the people that lived there. I assume he meant the sketchy and homeless encampment on and surrounding the property. The bed felt amazing after hours of driving and the shower’s water pressure was great. The front desk clerk was extremely nice! Right next to an iHop with a little walk involved. Cons would’ve been the dirty carpet. Could’ve just been that specific room.

Upon check in, the guy tells me that Orbitz has reserved two rooms and that I would be charged for the second if I didn't cancel through Orrbitz. Get to our room. It has definitely not been cleaned and was filthy. Start the call with Orbitz to cancel this mysterious second reservation, as I walk down to get a clean room. The desk clerk tells me he has no other double rooms. I ask him what about this second room that I supposedly also reserved. He said that it wasn't available (within the space of 5 minutes SCAM). I tell the Otbitz about the second reservation (she tells me there is no such thing) and since he cannot offer a clean room, I tell the rep to cancel the whole thing. Place is dirty, in disrepair, vagrants loitering the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was nice and clean. There was no microwave but one of the guys brought one right down. Someone had disconnected the cable and he fixed that in a jiffy. There were fist holes in one of the walls, but looking past that, the room was dated but clean. Bed was comfy and we had plenty of clean towels. Breakfast was waffles, prepackaged pastries, and bread for toast. PB&J were available. 2 varieties of "store brand cereal were available. One bonus was a large bowl of assorted fresh fruit! YUM! coffee was terrible. I had at least 2 full tablespoons of grounds in mine and his had a little less. I tried pouring the coffee off into another cup but the flavor was still terrible. The highway is nearby but we could barely hear it and only if we really tried.

The maid did a poor job cleaning the room we stayed in. On check in, the front desk employee was very stressed and distracted- not a happy person. The breakfast advertised as starting at 6 AM actually got under way around 7 due to what appeared as staff shortages. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal and waffles with no butter available.

Stayed at this place Last night. Room was disgusting with mold in the bathroom and shower. Bugs in the tub. The door looked like someone had broken into the room and they did a crappy job of fixing the door. The room smelled like mold and mildew. Would not recommend this place. I believe it is a place where all the construction guys rent while working.

I realize that “you get what you pay for” but it was not a good experience. The night person at the desk was very nice and reassured me it would be safe, which it was because I’m now writing this review. The safety feature that swivels to prevent the door from opening was on a flimsy piece of metal and could easily be overpowered. The sofa had stains all over it and we didn’t even put our bags on it. One lamp didn’t give enough light and one had a broken and torn lampshade. The sheets had stains on them that appeared to be old blood. I slept with a towel between person and the sheets. The toilet rocked and was most likely the reason for some water on the outside of the tub. The bathroom door appeared that the edge had been broken off near the latch. I went to get the bag from the ice bucket and it was wet and there was still drops of what appeared to be water in it. There was some old plastic holder on the wall without anything in it. It was filthy. The curtains were too. I grabbed a towel and it had holes in it. We stayed as it was not refundable. It did not match the photos on the app. I checked breakfast about 8:15 and there wasn’t much there. Some eggs and bread to be toasted. No prepackaged muffins because a sign said one can only eat there, no food to be carried out. Finally, my wife noted that when barefoot (changing socks) the floor felt squishy. I have photos if needed.
