The room itself is comfortable and spacious. Great bedding and hot water. Nice balcony and friendly staff. I think if they want to advertise “kitchen,” it should have a stove or hot plate. Few utensils. No amenities, like soap or shampoo. Lots and lots of noise from an attached club - music and drink patrons. Overall good for the price and location but I wouldn’t stay here again - the NOISE.

The room was quite comfortable. I stayed in the winter and there was no heating, but the blankets were sufficient to stay warm. Two towels are provided, but there is no soap or toiletries. The room was serviced daily, but I had to ask for toilet paper. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to miss and is a locked sliding door. Sometimes the staff at the entrance take a while to open the door. The location is a eight minute walk from Rosebank mall. It is a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.
