Didn’t stay - air conditioning not working properly, rude at front desk, has trailer & were told to park in area that vehicle was likely to get hit, refrigerator very loud, sounded like it ready to come out of wall, very outdated. Went to Quality Inn across street.

Our stay was great. Beds were comfortable room was clean. We loved the pool. Went to loretta lynns ranch for a concert. Wished they had a breakfast that was shown in the pictures when booking. Theres teally nothing to do in the area only 2 places near hotel to eat.

The property did not meet our expectations based on the pictures we saw before booking. Room looked dirty, stains on all the walls and carpet, very basic amenities. We were staying from June 5th - June 8th, the outdoor pool was closed in June when it was 80 - 90 degrees out. The pool is much smaller and dingier looking than the picture online shows. The staff was at least friendly and refunded us our last night of stay, we went to a nicer hotel a few towns away after being disappointed with this.

Place is an easy on and off from highway 40 with piolet for fuel right there. A couple choices for food so its a good stopping point for us. It was our second stay there. Only hiccup was needing to bring a small silent bird and they charged me $20. Next time, i think I'll stay silent.

Friendly, professional staff. Good nearby dining and convenience stores, as well as dog-walking areas. Good price. Room badly needed new carpet and paint, as well as minor repairs and general updating/re-modelling. Like many other motels, this one advertised as being dog-friendly, but then charged $20 per dog, per night. That's not very friendly and is false advertising, in my opinion.

Cracked up when I saw the vanity was the height of my knees (5’7” tall). Water pressure was fine, but the height of shower was also low. Room could use a deep cleaning and the walls wiped down. Outside stairs are rusted and the concrete is damaged on practically every step. Stayed here for convenience and price point.

Worst hotel in years. Check in guy was great. Downhill from there. First room smelled so bad I had to request a change. Old dirty fixtures, holes in walls, breakfast all prepackaged; inedible. This morning, I left a dirt footprint on the bathtub. How dirty was that carpet. Should be condemned, and torn down. I can’t believe that Wyndham owned a property like that. And it was not cheap. I should have stepped in my car.

Black mold was on the shower head. Some kind of oily stain was on top sheet and bedspread. Paint was peeling off the walls. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Just a hole in the ceiling. The tv would come on but the screen was blank.

Attempted three rooms. Each one had bug carcasses under the night stand and dresser. Toe nail clippings, ear wax covered q tips and food crumbs. After the 3rd room the manager came out and refused a refund and got aggressive and defensive. I left the property and found a new hotel.

The floor immediately turned my kids' feet black, which is honestly disgusting. The beds were doubles, not queens, and the bedding had some kind of debris in it. Staff was kind and helped us with an issue with my kid locking us out of the bathroom. However, the bathroom was gross and stuffy, literally saw a bug in there. Definitely won't be back.

The check in was good. The room was ok. The chairs need to be replaced as they were about to fall apart. Its an older hotel. The bed was comfortable but the ac made a really loud growling noise and just bearly keep the room comfortable. But it was just a one night stay. Oh and the breakfast is nothing but a miffin and a yogurt. Good thing lorretta lynns was across the road and a mcdonalds.

The guy at the desk was extremely professional! I was very surprised! I was not expecting to be greeted and served like that ... normally you don't get service like that ... I'm completing that guy .. he was an Indian guy and very professional .. I'm going to guess he had previously worked at some upper class 5 star hotel somewhere

We chose this hotel initially because it was pet friendly and close to Loretta Lynn's Dude Ranch. The hotel looks old and could use some updates/freshening up on the outside. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. Once inside our room it was very nice and clean and peaceful. We got a good night's sleep and would definitely stay again.

Cracked up when I saw the vanity was the height of my knees (5’7” tall). Water pressure was fine, but the height of shower was also low. Room could use a deep cleaning and the walls wiped down. I did not like that it said breakfast was included and didn’t say it was only like carry out breakfast instead of having normal breakfast like other hotels where it had bacon, eggs omelette biscuit gravy etc

Worst hotel in years. Check in guy was great. Downhill from there. First room smelled so bad I had to request a change. Old dirty fixtures, holes in walls, breakfast all prepackaged; inedible. This morning, I left a dirt footprint on the bathtub. How dirty was that carpet. Should be condemned, and torn down. I can’t believe that Wyndham owned a property like that. And it was not cheap. I should have stepped in my car.

The check in was good. The room was ok. The chairs need to be replaced as they were about to fall apart. Its an older hotel. The bed was comfortable but the ac made a really loud growling noise and just bearly keep the room comfortable. But it was just a one night stay. Oh and the breakfast is nothing but a miffin and a yogurt. Good thing lorretta lynns was across the road and a mcdonalds.

Not worth price for room. Old run down rooms. Still has Covid style breakfast to go. Breakfast was Walmart yogurt, gronola bars and microwave sandwich. Bathroom vent fan missing leaving a dirty vent duct exposed. Just not worth the price

This hotel, though clean, was right out of a horror movie. Very seedy. Very misleading and the price was not worth it for the comfort. I may as well have stayed at the $60/night motel down the street. I got this one because breakfast was listed. Breakfast was a joke. Oranges, yogurt, and some muffins. The juice machine spit out vinegar-like orange juice that luckily hit the senses of my nose before I put it in my mouth. Very disappointing considering the entire trip, I had paid about $110 (only $20 more) for Holiday Inn Expresses and received a true hot meal for breakfast for our long days on the road.

Our stay was great. Beds were comfortable room was clean. We loved the pool. Went to loretta lynns ranch for a concert. Wished they had a breakfast that was shown in the pictures when booking. Theres teally nothing to do in the area only 2 places near hotel to eat.

This is a run down property in need of total renovation we will no longer trust any Wyndham property. The pictures were very deceiving we were told breakfast was Grab & go but after seeing the property & the room we weren’t gonna chance any type of food service. Pass this one by and keep going

Other than a noisy heater the room was fine. The breakfast was so so with only muffins and yogurt, coffee and juice. Barely qualifies as breakfast.

Bathroom needs updating. Cracks in the wall and ceiling. Finish peeling off the wall and causing holes. Dirty water stains on the wall. Needs to be remolded and painted. Sink had cracks in it. Bedspread needs replacing. One had a stain and both had holes that were stitched. Other than that, the stay was good

Very minimal breakfast available, we stayed at the comfort inn last year and they had a wonderful breakfast bar. I was very disappointed that this hotel only had a few bananas and oranges and for the price of the stay for the week, it wasn’t worth it.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. One bed did squeak some. The pool was very relaxing. Will stay again when in the area.
