I would recommend this property for a short stay in Chattanooga. The room was clean, the staff was professional and the included breakfast was a plus. The location was central to what we wanted to explore during our visit.

Hotel needs major maintenance. Bathroom had mold and door wouldn't close properly. Hook was missing on the door. Breakfast was average and there was no milk for cereal. Pool are was nice. Checkin and checkout were fast and easy. I would probably choose a different hotel if staying in this area again.

I had to pull hair out of the shower drain so that the water would drain. The face bowl was slow to drain as well. The chair in the living room was filthy. Bed was comfortable. Elevator carpet needs shampooing bad! Most of staff was nice. One other customer said they saw a mouse in their room and asked for a mouse trap. They were all in use. Staff said mice come in the door when it’s opened. Parking was great. Cracker Barrel was right in front of hotel. I will never stay there again. The place is in need of upgrades!!!!

The first room Iwent in smell of urine and Pine-Sol couldn’t even stay in it. The lady at the front desk was very nasty with me when I went back up to ask for another room she first told me she smelled smoke on me and had a dirty that room and I assure her that I had not and that she did smell smoke on me so after us going back-and-forth and her letting me know that she would charge me $50 if I had anything in that room, she agreed to another room was that room was much better clean and did not smell. This is a place that my husband and I have visited for years upon years when we come back from our annual trip to Florida, but this place has wet downhill considerably needs a lot of work. Looks nothing like it used to.
