The location of this property is excellent for skiers…just steps to the gondola. It is situated in Lionshead Village, close to shops and restaurants. This property is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and more. It is comfortable, and quaint. Black out drapes in the master bedroom would be nice to keep out the bright light in the outdoor corridor. We couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work. A major disappointment is that the property is on the third floor. Walking up three flights of stairs after a long day of skiing was difficult…especially for a senior citizen. We enjoyed our stay.

Located just inside the main entrance. Great location. Pre the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Very clean. A great place for us to stay a few days.

We stayed in the summer and wanted to make it clear there is no AC or elevator. It was unseasonably hot in vail and could not get the back bedrooms cool even with fans running. Also, there is no elevator so if you have a lot of bags just be aware. Owner was extremely understanding and communicative.

Located in the heart of Lionshead Village in the middle of gorgeous Vail, this condo is steps away from everything you could possibly want while visiting Vail. The condo was very comfortable, completely updated and astonishingly quiet given its heart-of-the-action location. Our hostess was attentive and answered quickly when we had questions. Just be forewarned that three flights of stairs and high altitude might take your breath away!

The location is great. It’s up three flights of stairs no elevator and of course with the altitude it’s very difficult carrying your luggage up three flights of stairs. The bathrooms are small as are some of the bedrooms but on the website it does say it’s 900 ft.². It was very hot. The only way you could cool off the place is to open your windows or the doors but the lady that owns it answer the phone easily the washer and dryer on the second level. They should let you know it’s coin operated so you could bring plenty of quarters with you.

Overall this place is great. Location is truly unbeatable and that's the number one reason to select this place. Prior reviews about issues with cleanliness are unfounded. The place is very clean (and I"m picky about this). It has the feel of an older unit, maybe from the 60s or 70s, but that has been recently renovated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. It's all good, just a bit small. We were five people and it's a bit tight, but very doable. Look at the pictures closely, they are 100% accurate. Only downside to point out is that if someone in your group cannot walk up two flights of stairs, then this place could be a bit tough. It's a third floor walkup with no elevator. Every day, with ski gear. It was no problem for us, but if we had very young children or elderly/infirm people in our group then it could have been an issue. There were some comments about getting in/out of the shower. Yeah, there's a bit of a step, but again if you can climb a couple of flights of stairs (which isn't a high hurdle) then getting in/out of the shower won't be a problem at all.

We also thought the unit could use a deep cleaning, specifically the light fixtures. The bedding and bath towels were nice and plentiful (no washcloths, no kitchen towels).

This location cannot be beat! It is walkable to everything and the market is a few steps away making grabbing groceries and drinks very convenient. We walked to Vail Village several times, watched the parade (you could see the parade right in front of the building) and we had a perfect view of the fireworks just a 2 min walk. The unit has a very European feel to it so it fits in very well with the village. There were some spiderwebs on the chandelier and around the windows but otherwise clean. It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend to anyone!

Nothing beats summer in the mountains. For our stay we had some issues, but the owner was very responsive and on top of getting it resolved. Easy to communicate with as well. Overall the place was nice, showers were a little tricky (size and entering/exiting) and it could use a good deep cleaning. The section of Vail was pretty quiet compared to Vail Village but an easy walk if you want to be in the middle of things.

Just back from 4 wonderful days in Vail. Anne, the owner, was very helpful and responsive providing all info we needed. The property was very clean and had all of the amenities we desired. There is no AC in the unit but plenty of fans were provided and with the temps in the 50's each night it cooled off very nicely. The location is ideal, in the middle of Lionshead Village, and is a short 15 minute walk to Vail Village. We had a great time and would book again.

Everything was exactly as described. Well equipped kitchen and nice and clean bedrooms and living room. Location couldn't be better! Walk out your door to the village with shops and restaurants just steps away. We walked down to the gondola and went up to the top where there's a restaurant and bar and amazing views. Vail village is a short 10-12 minute walk or jump on a free shuttle. Highly recommend this spot, would love to go back and visit during Christmas time.

Our stay in Vail was the best! Condo was just as described with a very responsive host. The beds are super comfy with just as nice linens and the location can't be beat. Lionshead is at your door step and the Vail shuttle just a few more steps away making it so easy to go between the villages. The host was very accomodating and helpful which made it a breeze to plan and get any questions answered quickly. Would for sure stay at this property again!

We stayed at this condo for a concert at the Gerald Ford Amphitheater. We found the location convenient, especially with the grocery market so close. We drove to the concert rather than walking. Please note that the showers could be challenging to get in and out of for guests will mobility limitations due to the large steps up into them.

This is our second year in a row coming to Vail to hike in the fall. We specifically booked this condo AGAIN because we had such a great experience last year. It is small and cozy but has everything we need, including a well stocked kitchen to cook in. The LOCATION cannot be beat for convenience to Vail min, the Gondola, the Market, the bus stop ( free, convenient transportation). We specifically like the fact that Lionshead village is a little less busy than Vail village…..allows you to walk to Vail village during the day if want, but go home to a quieter environment at night.

Everything was exactly as described. Well equipped kitchen and nice and clean bedrooms and living room. Location couldn't be better! Walk out your door to the village with shops and restaurants just steps away. We walked down to the gondola and went up to the top where there's a restaurant and bar and amazing views. Vail village is a short 10-12 minute walk or jump on a free shuttle. Highly recommend this spot, would love to go back and visit during Christmas time.

The condo was in the perfect location for skiing and for non-skiers as well. Right in the heart of Lionshead- steps to the gondola, shops and restaurants. Condo was lovely and living space was bigger than pictures looked. Kitchen was fully equipped. Owner was responsive and helpful- even offered to late us stay late due to weather. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a great stay this past week. The condo is really close to the lifts which was most important to us. The host was communicating with me before our arrival and was super responsive when I had a question. The only thing I would clarify on the listing is that the washer/dryer are in the building, not the unit itself. That being said, it was super easy to access and def not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in Lionshead. In the mix of the village but far enough back that it wasn’t loud or crowded at the Go Pro Games. Anne was quick to respond. Condo was well equipped and clean. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was very comfortable, completely updated and astonishingly quiet given its heart-of-the-action location. Our hostess was attentive and answered quickly when we had questions. Just be forewarned that three flights of stairs and high altitude might take your breath away!

Beautiful condo. Host was very attentive and easy to reach. I only wish it had been cold enough to have a fire in the living room. It was a cozy set-up and it's rare to have a wood-burning fireplace in a rental! Location can't be beat!

We had such an incredible week in Vail this past week. This condo in Lionshead was perfectly located. We were with my Dad and two sons (aged 25 and 23.) Anne and Jason are amazing owners. When the temperatures dropped, they bought extra space heaters for us and delivered them to make sure we stayed warm. Jason gave us some tips about the new supermarket in town and places from which to get grocery deliveries. They were extremely reachable when we had questions. I would highly recommend them as owners and the condo, itself.

The location of this property is excellent for skiers…just steps to the gondola. It is situated in Lionshead Village, close to shops and restaurants. This property is very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and more. It is comfortable, and quaint. Black out drapes in the master bedroom would be nice to keep out the bright light in the outdoor corridor. We couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work. A major disappointment is that the property is on the third floor. Walking up three flights of stairs after a long day of skiing was difficult…especially for a senior citizen. We enjoyed our stay.

This is our second year in a row coming to Vail to hike in the fall. We specifically booked this condo AGAIN because we had such a great experience last year. It is small and cozy but has everything we need, including a well stocked kitchen to cook in. The LOCATION cannot be beat for convenience to Vail min, the Gondola, the Market, the bus stop ( free, convenient transportation). We specifically like the fact that Lionshead village is a little less busy than Vail village…..allows you to walk to Vail village during the day if want, but go home to a quieter environment at night.

The property was beautiful and right in the heart of Lionshead. We visited in the summer and that is 10/10! The grocery store is across the street (steps away) and the bus stop is right there too, as well as the playground. We usually stay in Vail Village, but this was our new favorite!

Fabulous stay at the Zenz abode!! Cannot beat this location in the heart of Lionshead with ski rentals right outside your door basically steps away from the Eagle Bahn gondola and Born Free Lift. Everything was very neat and clean, beds comfy and linens and towels lovely, kitchen was really well stocked (we didn’t need to purchase anything), and rooms were dark in the morning for those wanting to sleep in. You do need to be comfortable walking up the steps, but the stairwell is heated and was so worth it for location. Second floor laundry was also quite simple. We will back for sure!

Julieanne was very nice. Possibly our plane would be delayed due to weather, she offered to let us stay an extra day. Location, bunk beds and the decorative ski atmosphere work great for us.
