La propiedad me cánselo la reserva no son confiables dicen que mandaron 3 correos electrónicos para avisar pero no llegó ninguno a mi correo la verdad muy inconforme de la propiedad no bobería hacer reserva con ellos es muy desagradable que te convien tus planes

The staff were so kind and friendly. Room was clean and it was quiet. Pool area was closed for most of our stay. No coffee maker in the room.

The front desk staff were nice. Room 106 The room was mussy. We went out and bought carpet fresh to kill the odor. it smelled like carpet had been wet. It needs changing. The room was hot when we arrived. A/C should be on at least 77 degrees so guest do not walk into a HOT room. The door did not close completely at the bottom with a gap. The bathroom door needs to be adjusted it scraps badly when opened which wakes up sleeping guest when exiting. Overall, this property needs maintenance, No iron in room. Shower floor was slippery. No strips in base. we used a towel on the shower floor to keep from falling. We hung sign on door to not disturb thinking it would keep hskp out but still went in room. I guest to clean but hair was on bathroom floor and tub base when we returned and it was not our hair color. All of this was reported. We will not recommend this property to anyone.

The room was not clean at all. The photos that were online must have been from the first day that the place opened. When we first opened the door the smell of mildew hit me in the face. It honestly smelled like the room had been flooded. The bedding may have been washed but I guess because they were old there were noticeable stains so, we went out and bought a sheet set. The toilet was dirty to the point you could tell it had not been cleaned since the last visitor. The shower, and the jacuzzi tub. I didn’t use neither one especially that Jacuzzi because I was afraid that I may get an infection. I didn’t make a video that’s how bad it was. I definitely would not recommend. The staff was nice and friendly and I felt like there was no need for me to report the situation just because we were only staying one night and they kept turning people away saying they had no more rooms available and given that it was a holiday weekend, we knew we were not gonna be able to get a room anywhere else.
