Terrible customer service! I booked the property from Expedia app there was nothing stating woman only untill the confirmation I received. I couldn’t check in and asked a refund immediately but nobody helped. The customer service said call me back but I heard nothing only full charge after checking out date. The experience was sucks. I will go through other way to ask a full refund!
