Weekend with friends and family at Sunny Disposition was a huge success. Weather was nice even though the wind made the lake too dangerous to enter. We played games made a fire in the outside pit and even got some bikes out of the shed. Will definitely consider for another getaway in the future.

Sunny Disposition is a cozy and comfortable home, I definitely would stay there again. The location is great for a couple or family with children. There is a well maintained enclosed playground, a nice walking area without a lot of traffic. Not to mention, if you're into fishing you can drop a line right off your back deck. It also offers the fun part of camping. A fire pit to cook hot dogs on a stick or roasting marshmallows and making s'mores. My family had a great time visiting and hanging out!

We booked this beautiful house to celebrate my birthday & father's day weekend. The weather was terrible & made our first 2 days unpleasant because we couldn't do anything other than being inside. Despite that the house had tons of fun family games that we played together, a few breaks in the weather where we were able to enjoy the playground across from the house, we went on several bike rides & our last day we had gorgeous weather & went on a fishing charter. It was a perfect ending to our trip! We will definitely be back to this lake house

This property is great for a large family. Love the open kitchen/living room area. Plenty of houseware for everyone. the extra small refrigerator came in handy. The only suggestion or need for a family with small children is I wish we had a gate to go at the bottom of the steps to keep the little one from going up the stairs. The deck was nice but unfortunately due to weather we couldn't really enjoy it. We were looking forward to fishing from the deck. This was a great stay!

Although Lake Erie weather did not allow us to fish, we had a great time at the Sunny Disposition! The kitchen was well stocked and more than enough towels etc . Comfortable beds.Right on the water! Great time had by all! Would definitely return!

This is a great property ! Awesome on the lake lounging ….But we had 12 teenagers and 8 of those 6’ boys..so we were a bit crammed… made the best of it still had a blast…I’m sure the roof has been raised a few inches 😉 Kitchen and bathroom great ,well stocked👍 I’ve got no issues with this being a 5…

The cottage was neat, clean and we'll supplied. It was a little tight for our 8 adult guys, since we don't do upper bunks very well any longer. But overall, we were quite comfortable. The deck overlooking the lake was especially sweet!

Arrived for our stay and everything was better than expected! Property was very clean and prepared perfectly for our stay. The property owner call first thing in the morning to check to see if everything was ok and it was. The only bad thing about our stay was the weather. And no one can control that! We will book this beautiful home again!

The house is well kept and plenty of sleeping space for a group of 11, only downer is there is only one shower in the house. Nice to have a park right across the street-even better if it’s not mayfly season! The place was well-stocked with towels, soap, etc. and the owner was easy to access and prompt with one issue we had.

House was great except for fly problem need to place bay leaves around to keep flies out it was a pain in bitt. This was worse when first arrived. Other than that we loved it here. Stacey was great

Our group has been fishing out of the harbor for 25 years. The Sunny Disposition accommodations are the very best that we have experienced. The rental is fantastic for cleanliness, comfort and conveniency

Nice house with lots of amenities. Super close to the fishing charters. Beautiful view right on the lake. The beds were kind of small, but everything was very comfortable.

stacey, was awesome, check in easy, good kithcen and gathering space. nice patio area by the lake. we had 8 guys, upstairs bedrooms crowded with three guys in each room.not much space to put their stuff. location near marina was outstanding

It was our first trip to Lake. We stayed for 5 days. The first 3 it rained so we couldn’t do much but the last 2 we were able to get out. Everyone enjoyed Put in Bay (we were told to go through the week, because it wasn’t as busy) The house had a great location to the lake (right off the deck!) The street to get to it was small and the houses close together but it’s vacation and was fine. The kids loved the playground across the street. We had an issue with the toilets and the owners jumped right on it and was fixed that day. The only complaint, would be is you can hear everything that is going on in the house. The doors to the bedrooms (which are cute and fits the cottage style) are louvered and only go 3/4 way up to the top of door frame, so even when shut you can hear everything being said or the tv. I recommend a noise machine or fan when going to bed to help with that. That’s the only negative thing. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again!

The cottage has an unbeatable view of both the sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed having access to a provided kayak and the playground just across the street was a big hit with our kids. The only one or two drawbacks to the property to be aware of before booking are that the doors to all of the bedrooms are slatted/louvered. There is no sound blocking when they are shut which made nap and bedtime with our littles challenging. Additionally while there are stairs that give you direct access to water, the public beach access is a short walk away, not just off the back porch.

This is ou second time renting here. The house is large and open and great for our group. Bath and 1/2 was perfect 1/2 bath upstairs. Views are beautiful right on the lake. Owner was fast to answer any questions already looking forward to another visit.

We had an amazing stay at Sunny Disposition. The Property Manager Stacy was simply incredible and very attentive. We wanted to stay on Lake Erie close to Cedar Point and Sunny Disposition checked all the boxes. The Cottage was quaint and comfortable. I would love to book another stay. I really can’t say enough nice things about this property so please check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

We had 8 family members of 4 generations. We had a great time at the lake. We enjoyed watching the sunset off the back deck and listening to the waves rolling in. Good family time!

Nice house with lots of amenities. Super close to the fishing charters. Beautiful view right on the lake. The beds were kind of small, but everything was very comfortable.

stacey, was awesome, check in easy, good kithcen and gathering space. nice patio area by the lake. we had 8 guys, upstairs bedrooms crowded with three guys in each room.not much space to put their stuff. location near marina was outstanding

We came for a chill, lakeside bachelorette weekend and definitely enjoyed our stay! The house is well organized and stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. Being right on the lake was lovely! We were able to find plenty to do, even on rainy days.

It was our first trip to Lake. We stayed for 5 days. The first 3 it rained so we couldn’t do much but the last 2 we were able to get out. Everyone enjoyed Put in Bay (we were told to go through the week, because it wasn’t as busy) The house had a great location to the lake (right off the deck!) The street to get to it was small and the houses close together but it’s vacation and was fine. The kids loved the playground across the street. We had an issue with the toilets and the owners jumped right on it and was fixed that day. The only complaint, would be is you can hear everything that is going on in the house. The doors to the bedrooms (which are cute and fits the cottage style) are louvered and only go 3/4 way up to the top of door frame, so even when shut you can hear everything being said or the tv. I recommend a noise machine or fan when going to bed to help with that. That’s the only negative thing. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again!

The house was clean, super cute and surpassed expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and the residents were friendly. The outdoor areas were nice and spacious with plenty of seating. I would definitely recommend.

The cottage has an unbeatable view of both the sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed having access to a provided kayak and the playground just across the street was a big hit with our kids. The only one or two drawbacks to the property to be aware of before booking are that the doors to all of the bedrooms are slatted/louvered. There is no sound blocking when they are shut which made nap and bedtime with our littles challenging. Additionally while there are stairs that give you direct access to water, the public beach access is a short walk away, not just off the back porch.

Our group has been fishing out of the harbor for 25 years. The Sunny Disposition accommodations are the very best that we have experienced. The rental is fantastic for cleanliness, comfort and conveniency

We had another great experience with Stacey at a second property! Once again, her communication was top-notch, quick to respond, clear with details, and always making sure we knew she was available if we needed anything.What really stood out was how much she cared about our comfort. The home was welcoming, well-prepared, and she checked in just enough to make sure everything was going smoothly without ever being intrusive. It made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed.Stacey consistently delivers a great experience, and it’s the reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

House was great except for fly problem need to place bay leaves around to keep flies out it was a pain in bitt. This was worse when first arrived. Other than that we loved it here. Stacey was great
