it's a good thing

People were nice enough, but then made lots of noise late into the night. Old house, very dirty, bathroom hadn't been cleaned in years. Room was hot, A/C was loud. Pillows were old and very lumpy.

Hosts were nice, met me at the door, but the place is in the middle of nowhere, but never saw quaint table and umbrella or anything else outside. Small, uneven staircase which I tripped on; closet had nothing to hang up my clothes; no drawers or place to put clothes or luggage rack to hold suitcase; and no chair so I could sit and read or use my lap top. The "breakfast" was a cup of tea with a tea bag that I needed to microwave to heat up; the hostess said there was yogurt in frig for breakfast and I said I didn't eat yogurt, but nothing else was offered......not quaint and not a real B & B!

Room was gross and falling apart. Carpet was old and dirty and ripped up. Rooms smelled bad. Curtain rod falling out of wall. Rust and dust on the lamps. Stains on ceiling and walls, and nails sticking out of the wall and floor. Gross overall.

Really sweet woman who owns the house. Gave us good recommendations for dinner and things to do. The room was really cozy and fall!
