Great location….thats it! Old and outdated. Homeless in the woods across the street. Only offers coffee in the lobby, which only has chairs, coffee, and gambling machines. No bathroom in the lobby. No coffee in the room.

Rooms are clean and nice, except gross windows. Rooms not missing anything. Constant road noise. Just OK bed comfort. Not a great location. Hotel layout not great. Remodeling going on. No bathroom in lobby. Breakfast is extremely limited with only coffee and waffles.

Let's start with the basics: the room and bed were fine, normal, updated, except the stained ceiling tiles. But the whole property looks like a dump, literally: there was discarded furniture and fixtures, piles of construction refuse and materials, dumpsters piled with trash, and all kinds of junk everywhere! We had to step over cut up drywall and other trash to get to the office and then also to our room. Down the hall from our room were piles of stuff, etc, There was a sign visible from the road on the lobby door that said "closed", so I seriously thought it was closed, except for the fact that we could see people in some rooms. Then when I approached the lobby door there was a hand-scrawled sign written in orange letters, almost illegible and definitely not readable from the parking lot, that said, "Use window". So being a persistent person, I did, and everything was fine.

The property is currently going through renovations, and we were lucky enough to get a newly remodeled room. Excellent! The lobby is going to be so nice, too! Great location and the staff is sweet. Hats off to the front desk attendant, Elizebeth, she was wonderful!

Checking in was okay but it was limited parking a lot of the times. The bed was hard as a rock and super uncomfortable woke up everyday with back pain. The pillows were super thin had to go to target and buy pillows. No staff ever around to come and check or clean. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Friendly staff conveniently located just off the highway Fido friendly nice grounds keeping there looks like an all guest gazebo to sit at What I didn’t like :( ice machine was broken no ice available? (Coca Cola original soda in vending machine was sold out ) for those renting upstairs on the 300’sfloor , urine stains on toilet seat when lifted, no continental breakfast stayed in ad & website deluxe king sized bed room shows jacuzzi next to bed I booked when I arrived I was told by Lindsey at front desk that the room I booked does not have a jacuzzi just king sized bed but if I wanted to pay 168.00 plus I could get a room with a jacuzzi I felt that it was a bait and switch tactic & misleading ad should say room you are renting at this price does NOT include the jacuzzi tub depicted in picture Also no continental breakfast even though it clearly states when you reserve the room they offer breakfast Traveled from upstate NY 3.5 hours away for Mother’s Day was happy for ease of location Fido friendly but those little hiccups made it feel as if I was taken advantage of in a little way Other than that the place is clean except housekeeping forgot to lift toilet seat when cleaning, and sterilize toilet seat when it’s in the up position :( other than that I appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of parking lot, building interior exterior and the room was nice I appreciated that they placed us in non smoking as requested would considered booking again in future

This place is a total dump. Stayed there last night 7/13/24. Room was dirty. A few dead bugs on the floor. Also NO BATH TOWELS! Did not notice that until I was in the shower. Also found a few little bugs in the bed after I woke up.

The floor in the room was very dirty, like it had not been mopped in weeks. Our feet were dirty and black within seconds after walking on the vinyl floor barefoot. We only noticed it because the sheets got black when we got into bed with the dirt from our feet. Also there were 12 cigarette butts outside our door and no one picked them up for 2 days. In addition, we could hear and feel every step the people made upstairs and it woke us up 3x in the middle of the night. The front door was also very drafty and did not shut evenly letting in a lot of cold air. The heater made a loud clunking noise every time the heat came on, and it often woke us up. We did not get much sleep or any restful sleep. We don't think we 'll be staying there again.

Staff was very friendly, room needed major upkeep…stunk like cigarettes and musky as soon as we walked in. Bathroom and especially bathtub stunk like urine, shampoo and soap were left from the guest before us. Disgusting

We stay in Red Roofs often when we take hiking trips with our dog. They are hit or miss, this one was a miss. Front desk attendant was very kind at check in. Room was clean-ish. We did find an old used washcloth in the shower. Door frame is rotting. WiFi didn’t work in the room. Mattress and pillows were pretty bad. The real problem- I believe there are some “long term” tenants, grounds are iffy, random shopping cart, open trash cans… People in the parking lot to all hours. We made do for the night, probably won’t return.

Checked in, opened the door, and instantly got hit with the smell of cigarettes, pee, and mold. Not “a little musty” but full-on gas station bathroom meets ashtray I was gagging it was so bad!!!!. There were bugs in the room, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The shower curtain looked like it had survived several crime scenes. I asked to change rooms and the front desk guy said there was nowhere to move us. I asked for clean sheets and he told me to bring him the dirty ones first. Sir, I am not about to walk through the lobby carrying biohazard linens like it’s laundry day. When we decided to leave, he asked me not to write a bad review and refused to give me a full refund. We packed up and left immediately. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We stayed one night with our two large dogs. The front desk was very friendly and let us check in a bit early. The hot tub could be cleaner but overall was very nice. Super comfortable bed. I like that the floors are not carpeted. The photo on the site does not reflect what the room actually looks like though. Not as large. But I would stay again if I were in the area.

The room was just ok for cleanliness. Precarious parking situation on a very busy street. Spotlights on all night without better curtains to block more light coming into the room. The room smelled like smoke and was excessively dry. The people upstairs were walking around and moving furniture (?) at all hours of the night. Wifi was spotty. No amenities to speak of.....had to keep going to the office to get lukewarm water because I was so dehydrated. Chain lock on the door was broken. The guy at the front desk and the cleaning staff were friendly though.

The room was a king with hot tub (if you can call it that). Went to use the hot tub but as it was filling at about a 1/4 of the way, the water turned ice cold and stayed that way so it was not able to be used. Went to take a shower, the same thing happened...the water turned ice cold after about a minute and stayed that way. The thermostat doesn't work at all, could not watch tv unless i wanted to get up and change the channel from behind the tv as both remotes did not work. You could also hear the people above us loud a clear, stomping around, etc. The only good thing was the overnight girl(didnt get her name but she had purple hair) was very polite and tried so hard to help fix the remote problem but to no avail. Will never book here again...not sure if i will ever at Red Roof again!!!

The manager on site kk was very nice and helpful he accommodated everything we ask him for cause I was traveling with a person with a disability and he made it comfortable for us thank you

This was the worst hotel property I have ever encountered. I was booked for 5 days and did not “qualify” for having my room cleaned or service with clean towels or paper products, or have the trash in the room emptied. I had to go to the front desk and request clean towels and paper products , I asked for tissues and was given 3 white paper napkins that you would get from a napkin dispenser in a diner. I asked what I should do with the towels we had used and the trash and was told “throw it outside your door & someone will pick it up. The room was equipped with a light sensor so when you enter the room it goes on & stays on for approximately 20 minutes then shuts off if you don’t move. During the night if you turn in bed the light goes on, then you have to get up push the top of the sensor & run back to the bed and hope you don’t trip the sensor again. It was a very stressful stay, I left a day early due to everything I mentioned above. Don’t waste your money on this property, they should pay us to stay there..

Switched rooms and didn’t really pay attention. That night went to use the jacuzzi tub and it was GROSS like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Went to the front desk with pics. Was offered a refund. 4 days later still haven’t gotten it. Even after double confirming they would.

My husband and i stay at red rood inns around Pennsylvania throughout the year. This was the absolute worst we have ever been to. We got doubled charged. Counter lady wasnt any help. Rude more or less. The tub curtain had scum, threre we leftover items left by pervious guests. No hairdryer. My shower was cold. Very little warm water. The bed was like sleeping on rocks. Guests upstairs were beyond loud at 1 in the morning. Then we left for breakfast at 8 am and they changed the locks so we were lo ked out of our room. Check out is at 11am and i even asked the man that works there just to make sure. Told him we were going for breakfast and we were coing back. And came back to our keys not working. So went to the desk gave the man his keys told him thanks for locking the door when you knew we were coming back. He just smiled. PLEASE RED ROOF INN WATCH WHO YOU GIVE THESE FRANCHISE TOO. Sincerely.. One pissed off guest.

The property is currently going through renovations, and we were lucky enough to get a newly remodeled room. Excellent! The lobby is going to be so nice, too! Great location and the staff is sweet. Hats off to the front desk attendant, Elizebeth, she was wonderful!

The check in was easy. Even though the front desk was confused what amenities were available. The room was nice, nicer than most rumors of “Red Roof”. The property was quiet. The heat worked well. The bathroom had a wrapper from the previous guest’s soap. And the shower was gross. It drained incredibly slow. To the point you get uncomfortable standing in it for more than a few minutes. The microwave wasn’t plugged in and we couldn’t access the outlet behind the bureau. For some reason the bedsheets made my eyes swollen every morning. The second night was interesting.. our key card would only unlock the hallway door but suddenly stopped waiting for our room. Which was insanely frustrating considering it was 11:30pm and we had to go all the way around to the front to fix it. My kids were crying, locked out of our room in the cold. The front desk attendant was no where to be found. And when he finally appeared he was rude and unapologetic and unprofessional. Accusing me of being the reason the card didn’t work even though I ensured him I had kept the cars away from magnetic disturbance. At check out he offered a half apology which would’ve been much better received at the time of the incident instead of leaving me feeling all night like I was in a place that didn’t care about my stay. I checked out two hours early and housekeeping was still rushing me out of the room.

Property was quick & easy to get to after I got off I-80 however, you can tell it has been there forever and rebranded multiple times. Surrounding area is kind of sketchy (at the 7//11 Sonoco next door) and there are some weird looking people stumbling around on the street walking right by. Also, DEFINITELY not worth $201 per night for two double beds. Considering the units themselves are kind of jenky. I'd say $99 would have been fair. Glad I only had to stay one night.

Great location….thats it! Old and outdated. Homeless in the woods across the street. Only offers coffee in the lobby, which only has chairs, coffee, and gambling machines. No bathroom in the lobby. No coffee in the room.

Amazing value for the price! Extremely clean, staff went above and beyond - don't hesitate to book here if you are on the fence. The hotel is approx 1/2 mile from the Sherman Theatre (walking distance!). There are restaurants and bars in close proximity. I booked the 3 full bed room for my husband and his friends. The room was spacious enough to accomodate 3 men. Definitely recommend

The room was spacious and clean, and the king size bed was comfortable. One of the night stand lights was blown. The complimentary breakfast was very minimal - just pancake batter. There were no tea bags or milk, just black coffee. Maybe, we went down too late close to the last 1/2 hour it was offered.

Our stay was last minute as we were coming off the road to eat and stay then continue on our trip. It was near busy streets, so the noise was somewhat of an issue. The check-in was very unusual with a "virtual" check-in staff who was displayed on a kiosk and instructed me to insert my ID into the machine. I didn't know if he was on-site in hiding or at another location. This did not make me feel secure, but we were not in a bad part of town either. Vending machines in the lobby and outdoor entry into all rooms. No coffee maker in the room, but very hot coffee in lobby in the morning (double cup your morning joe as it is very hot). No in-person morning staff, but a different person on the kiosk display. It was very convenient, but will probably pick another hotel next time. Nothing overtly wrong. I just like knowing there is staff in the motel.

This is an Ok and budget hotel for those who just need a place to stay. One thing that surprised us was the beds in the room. We are family of 4 where 3 are age 18+ and the youngest one is 11. I stated that we will have 3 adults and 1 child to stay and guess what, we got a room with 3 full beds! Very happy about this arrangement! One suggestion is that :bring your own towels and shampoo
