Hampton Inn & Suites Grove City

We were not told before hand that the hot tub wasn’t working.

The pool was closed and there was no notice of that when booking room, I would have booked at hotel that had a working pool

Workers was very friendly. Place was nice even if it was under construction. Hot tub was nice but tiner didnt work. Pool was cold but nice. Only thing i found wrong was no luggage carriers

When booked there was no warning that the property was under repair front entrance was dark and closed had to use side entrance would not have booked for full price if know this the pool was under construction and a wing under construction no sign lit up outside. Would never have booked if knew

We are a family of 5, and I have to say that our experience was very nice. The room was big and comfortable. Lots of space still even with the sofa bed set up. We really liked the hot tub and pool. The fitness center was small but still workable. The staff was friendly and polite throughout our stay.

Very nice customer-oriented individuals are employed at this property. I like the texting as soon as I checked in. I did not have any garbage cans or garbage bags at all in the room, so I texted and someone promptly brought them. The pool and exercise facilities were very nice. The whirlpool is in need of some help. The breakfast was good, hot, and the attendant was very attentive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Five stars for the staff. There was construction on the outside, but the inside also needs work. The wallpaper was peeling away from the windows, there was no hot water in our shower, the whirlpool didn't work in the hot tub, and water ran from the ceiling behind the paint in the pool area.

Clean, pool was nice, staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was tight on the first night.

the beds were horrible and the hot tub no jets were working and it had way to much chlorine which is one of the reasons I choose this facility. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly.

Would have said it was a clean room until we found a used condom under the table. Tried to let staff know on check out but there was no one at the desk when we left. Breakfast was very average and used disposable cutlery and plate which made us very uncomfortable. Electric vehicle charging was good

Bed bugs in the first room. Mouse poop and smell of wet dog in the second room. If it wasn’t after 10pm at night, we would definitely be leaving here.

The rooms are rundown. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Shower was not very clean. Repairs were attempted on the ceiling in the bathroom and it was very poorly done. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Shower was gross and didn’t even work. Couldn’t be partially refunded because we used a third party booking service like hotels.com. Waited over an hour to try and get showers fixed but never happened. Service was unfriendly and would never stop here agai.

the property did not provide for cleaning of the room, replacing towels, making the bed, emptying waste baskets, washroom sink backing up. When we approached the front desk and told them about these concerns we were told that if you want fresh towels or cleaning up you have to make a request. We have stayed in this hotel in the past and have never had any of these problems. We will no longer be staying at the Hampton.

The front desk personnel were friendly. Room and bathroom were spotless. Coffee and breakfast were plentiful. We stayed the night as a fun treat for the kids. We all had fun swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. We will definitely consider this hotel for the next time we do this.

This would have been a nearly perfect stay--the room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the restaurant next door was fabulous--but the pillows were awful. Either feather pillows which we hate, or hard and lumpy which were little better.

The hotel itself is very nice. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms themselves are not overly wonderful, bit dated and probably could use some refresh. We could hear the family above us the entire night - which made for not such a restful sleep.

Very nice hotel conveniently located next to a very nice restaurant. The room was large and the bedding was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay here again.

The room was very spacious and pleasant decor. Very hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Good amount of towels in the room upon arrival.

My family and I visited and stayed for 3 days/2 nights. Upon arriving the receptionist was very friendly - there was a mishap with my reservation and I was overcharged however that was fixed without an issue. Our room was very spacious and clean however after the first night housekeeping didn't come to our room so our beds were not made, no towels were provided nor was there replenishment of any toiletries. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. Our room was a ground floor room and there were no sheers on our windows which meant we couldn't leave the drapes open for sunlight (with a little privacy) otherwise people would be staring right into our room - we faced the parking lot. Along with that the blackout drapes did not draw closed all the way which left a gap. I was also surprised that there was no safe in the room to keep valuables. The shower was a little difficult to switch from the tap to the shower head - water was coming out of the spout as well as the shower head which affected the water pressure. We enjoyed the facilities and the swimming pool was nice however the jets in the hot tub were not working. We still used it but it would have been nice to have the jets on. Overall it was a good stay - the beds were comfortable, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was great. The breakfast staff were also very kind and offered to cut apples for my daughter which she loved.

Good locatiiin near Grove City premium outlet, although walls are thin and you can hear people from hallways in your room, place is ok and breakfast is ok

Loved getting to vote for the Gingerbread houses. Sharon was awesome. I called the day before to make sure the hot tub was working, when we got there it was not. They said it would be fixed the next day which was too late because we were leaving. We ended up staying an additional night due to bad weather. Sharon knew we wanted the hot tub, so she called when it was fixed. Over and above service.

The renovations have been completed and our room was generously sized, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff is lying saying that i broke a tv and never did. I have traveled a lot and never broke a tv before and i certainly didn't now!

The hotel was clean and tidy. Lots of walkable food options including Timber Creek right across the parking lot. Gia at the front desk was helpful and sweet at check in. Would recommend!

The staff were all very pleasant, in particular Jesse at our past midnight late check in. Also our special request for a second story room was honored even though we were so late.

Michelle helped us find fishing area's in the area,, she went over and above to help us. The breakfast was delicious both mornings Staff was friendly. Room are comfortable perfect temp. Bed was so comfortable blankets are great quality. Rooms are spacious. Had a great stay.

Room was large and spotless. Pool lots of fun. Breakfast delicious. Staff excellent. We had a small plumbing problem on Saturday night and maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes of my call. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful.

At breakfast, we were subjected to Fox News on the TV. That station should be banned from your hotels’ common areas because it is just MAGA propaganda and insulting to a huge % of your patrons.

Overall our stay was ok. Only complaints… had to wait 1 1/2 hrs after check-in time for our room to be ready. For breakfast…Most rolls, bagels etc. were stale…hard. Breakfast selection was adequate.
