Check in was unfortunately not great. Despite keeping them updated on our arrival time, once we got there, the cleaning lady had not finished up so we ended up having to wait about half an hour before being able to go up to the room. I was not made aware of this so it was a complete surprise to me and security. RivetStays did answer all of my calls, which was appreciated, but it didn’t seem like they had many updates so we just had to wait…and wait…an unknown amount of time. Once in the room, we quickly figured out the AC/heat did not work. No matter what setting we had it on, the unit would blow hotter and hotter air. So eventually we had to turn the whole thing off and open the sliding door to get cool air in the unit. Apartment was clean and the washer/dryer was a nice surprise. But overall, I would not recommend to other/would not book again.

we needed an extra key (only got one for 2 people going separate places during the day) and it took 2 days and several requests on our part to get it. There were no proper instructions on how to get to the exercise room on the 15th floor, and we were not informed about the ongoing construction there.
