Brad was an awesome host, and the place was exactly as advertised. The creek access was AMAZING! We had so much fun wading and fishing with our young kids (3,5,8 years old) and there was a lot of space to run around and a wonderful campfire area. It was also a convenient place to stay to go visit other things in the area. My one complaint, which Brad did tell us about when we arrived, was that there were a lot of little bugs that got in the kitchen and made it hard to keep things clean. Hopefully this is just a seasonal thing. Also you will need to bring your own shampoo and soap, though the kitchen was well-equipped and had basic seasoning. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

This is the 2nd time that my family and I have stayed at the "Reality Ranch Cabin", and it's a great place to stay in a great location. To say that Brad is a "Superhost" would be an understatement. Our first trip was cut short due to a rare/tremendous amount of rainfall in the area that caused flooding in the area, but amidst all of this, Brad was still dedicated to being an excellent host and trying to make sure that we were comfortable. Thankfully, this trip had beautiful weather and was a great time for our family. During both trips to the cabin, the massive amount of property was freshly mowed, the house looked and smelled clean, and everything we needed, short of food, was provided for us. The creek runs within a short walk from the cabin for the kids to play in, there is a firepit within walking distance for a campfire (wood also provided), and town is a short distance away for restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. (We took our kids to Blanchard Springs Caverns and to the Ozark Folk Center where they had a great time.) my family and I highly recommend booking at the Reality Ranch Cabin. It's a great place to escape for a few days, while feeling like you're at home!

Brad's house provided the perfect retreat for us. My family (wife and 3 kids, 7, 4.5, 2.5) loved being so close to the creek for fishing, rock skipping, and wading. The location was further out from Mountain View than I expected, but it didn't matter because it provided great access to hiking to Steele Falls and Blanchard Caverns.

We had the most relaxing week. The cabin was great!! Beds are soooo comfortable!! Brad and Bri are the best hosts !!! They are so helpful and accommodating!!!! We loved floating in the creek. We set up a tent and spent the whole day by the water. Great place to relax and unwind . Only 10 minutes from town if you choose to go.

The owner was amazing. He lives on the property but respected our privacy and was available for any specific need. Our grandchildren played and enjoyed the River and fished some. We were able to cook our meals if we wanted and while it was six miles out of town, that made the experience so much nicer with no noise or commotion. The fire pit was ready for us complete with marshmallow skewers. We watched wildlife - including deer- and it was very enjoyable, peaceful, and easy. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

The location and the accommodations were great! This is a perfect place to get away and not have anyone else around. Only those listed on the reservation are allowed. My family enjoyed making s’mores beside the fire pit, sitting on the back deck relaxing and enjoying the scenery. We watched movies, sat in the creek, and cooked in the spacious kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We would recommend it for a get away from it all!!

We loved spending quality time with our grandkids on a private creek. The setting and easy access to the creek was wonderful. We were fortunate enough to have experienced a flyover by a bald eagle too.

Stayed for 4 nights and explored Gunner Pool Recreation Area. Make Blanchard Cave Tour reservations ahead online. They book quickly Mountain View is a short drive for shopping or a meal The house has a great layout and very cool central AC and ceiling fans everywhere Be prepared to bring everything you need for meals. Plenty of nice pots/pans and kitchen wear. Just no “left over” spices etc (which is nice for a clean kitchen!) it is a short walk to the creek which is sittable and private Perfect Getaway

The cabin was immaculately clean, well stocked, and just an absolute delight. Brad was responsive, kind, and willing to answer any questions. The creek was a big draw for our family, and we spent a good bit of time just playing in the water and relaxing on the shore. We couldn't have felt more welcomed and at home. Highly, highly recommend!

The house was immaculate as far as cleanliness. The only thing we missed not being stocked was a blow dryer. Stairs to the 2nd level are steep and very slick if wearing socks! We wish that the outside stairs would have been lit up brighter.The setting of this property was absolutely gorgeous!The host was very available if needed.

Reality Ranch Cabin is a quiet and beautiful place to get away with family. It is located next to a bubbling mountain stream where we even saw some otters catching fish. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and the owner is very helpful and attentive. A Walmart with all the groceries you need is minutes away. We had a great time!

We had the most relaxing week. The cabin was great!! Beds are soooo comfortable!! Brad and Bri are the best hosts !!! They are so helpful and accommodating!!!! We loved floating in the creek. The cabin was very peaceful. My family really enjoyed going out to the creek looking at all the different kinds of interesting rocks. We enjoyed watching the wildlife. I would definitely recommend this place. The owner lives on site but we only saw him twice. We didn’t even know they were around. The communication with the owners was great. Definitely a great place to stay.

The creek was a big draw for our family, and we spent a good bit of time just playing in the water and relaxing on the shore. We couldn't have felt more welcomed and at home. We had the most relaxing week. The cabin was great!! Beds are soooo comfortable!! Brad and Bri are the best hosts !!! They are so helpful and accommodating!!!! We loved floating in the creek. We set up a tent and spent the whole day by the water. Great place to relax and unwind . Only 10 minutes from town if you choose to go.

The owner was amazing. He lives on the property but respected our privacy and was available for any specific need. Our grandchildren played and enjoyed the River and fished some. We were able to cook our meals if we wanted and while it was six miles out of town, that made the experience so much nicer with no noise or commotion. The fire pit was ready for us complete with marshmallow skewers. We watched wildlife - including deer- and it was very enjoyable, peaceful, and easy. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Reality Ranch Cabin is a quiet and beautiful place to get away with family. It is located next to a bubbling mountain stream where we even saw some otters catching fish. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and the owner is very helpful and attentive. A Walmart with all the groceries you need is minutes away. We had a great time!

The cabin was very peaceful. My family really enjoyed going out to the creek looking at all the different kinds of interesting rocks. We enjoyed watching the wildlife. I would definitely recommend this place. The owner lives on site but we only saw him twice. We didn’t even know they were around. The communication with the owners was great. Definitely a great place to stay.

Our family of four had the best time at Reality Ranch. It’s a beautiful spot and excellent location! We enjoyed fishing on the White River, seeing the Blanchard Springs caverns, visiting the Ozark Folk Center, and relaxing every evening at the cabin, while also splashing in the creek. Brad and his wife are so nice and very helpful! I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was the perfect vacation.

Brad's house provided the perfect retreat for us. My family (wife and 3 kids, 7, 4.5, 2.5) loved being so close to the creek for fishing, rock skipping, and wading. The location was further out from Mountain View than I expected, but it didn't matter because it provided great access to hiking to Steele Falls and Blanchard Caverns.

The location and the accommodations were great! This is a perfect place to get away and not have anyone else around. Only those listed on the reservation are allowed. My family enjoyed making s’mores beside the fire pit, sitting on the back deck relaxing and enjoying the scenery. We watched movies, sat in the creek, and cooked in the spacious kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We would recommend it for a get away from it all!!

This was the perfect getaway. The cabin is nestled by itself in the country with a secluded beach. We were able to disconnect and relax with no interruptions!!!!

Brad was an awesome host, and the place was exactly as advertised. The creek access was AMAZING! We had so much fun wading and fishing with our young kids (3,5,8 years old) and there was a lot of space to run around and a wonderful campfire area. It was also a convenient place to stay to go visit other things in the area. My one complaint, which Brad did tell us about when we arrived, was that there were a lot of little bugs that got in the kitchen and made it hard to keep things clean. Hopefully this is just a seasonal thing. Also you will need to bring your own shampoo and soap, though the kitchen was well-equipped and had basic seasoning. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

This is the 2nd time that my family and I have stayed at the "Reality Ranch Cabin", and it's a great place to stay in a great location. To say that Brad is a "Superhost" would be an understatement. Our first trip was cut short due to a rare/tremendous amount of rainfall in the area that caused flooding in the area, but amidst all of this, Brad was still dedicated to being an excellent host and trying to make sure that we were comfortable. Thankfully, this trip had beautiful weather and was a great time for our family. During both trips to the cabin, the massive amount of property was freshly mowed, the house looked and smelled clean, and everything we needed, short of food, was provided for us. The creek runs within a short walk from the cabin for the kids to play in, there is a firepit within walking distance for a campfire (wood also provided), and town is a short distance away for restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. (We took our kids to Blanchard Springs Caverns and to the Ozark Folk Center where they had a great time.) my family and I highly recommend booking at the Reality Ranch Cabin. It's a great place to escape for a few days, while feeling like you're at home!

Stayed for 4 nights and explored Gunner Pool Recreation Area. Make Blanchard Cave Tour reservations ahead online. They book quickly Mountain View is a short drive for shopping or a meal The house has a great layout and very cool central AC and ceiling fans everywhere Be prepared to bring everything you need for meals. This is our 2nd girls trip up. Brad and his wife are always so gracious and helpful for anything we may need! Great accommodations and wonderful views! You will LOVE having the water access. It’s would be perfect for families as well!

Beautiful peaceful property and lovely spacious home! Deck overlooking the Creek such a bonus for starting a morning coffee or reading! Location may seem a little remote for some, but really it was close to nearby attractions from town and shops, to caverns and other fishing areas!

The house was immaculate as far as cleanliness. The only thing we missed not being stocked was a blow dryer. Stairs to the 2nd level are steep and very slick if wearing socks! We wish that the outside stairs would have been lit up brighter.The setting of this property was absolutely gorgeous!The host was very available if needed.
