I specifically chose this hotel for the pool, hot tub and treadmill, and all were out of order

Work out room was closed. Unknown when it will be available. Walls very thin - can hear nearly everything in the adjoining room.

Pool was filthy and more than half of the lights in the pool room did not work. Hot tub was also out of service and after sleeping on a rock hard bed it could have been useful. The pictures of the property were very deceiving.

Liked the 24 hour acces to tea,coffee and hot chocolate station

You must consider the pool area is very abandonedk

Check in was quick and easy. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was well stocked and clean. The Tread mill was out of order. The hot tub was out of commission and the pool was freezing.

Bed was nice and lobby. Ceiling was stained and the pool area was run down- and it only had one working bathroom!

Pool no good

Close to Scranton and a decent place to overnight during a road trip. Room was clean but had a strong chemical odour that was off putting. Pool needs a good refresh and cleaning. The paint on the deck comes up and dirtiest the water but it was a nice amenity. We loved the complimentary level 2 charger, which was the main reason we picked that hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was better than most.

Though it is an older motel, the room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was great. The spa was broken which saddened us given we were loking forward to it after a ten hour drive. Even the fitness center was broken!?!?

Room was clean. Nice breakfast.

Shower was dirty even mocus on cortains and no shampoo conditioner and lotion all was unclean and with all sickness around that compromise our healrh cause we dont know who where in this room befire i have pictures

First off the room was cold so I turned on the heater to take chill off the room then room filled with stench of urine ,turned off heater went to ask for extra blankets night clerk wanted to know why i needed blankets when it 80 outside i said because we're cold. Said she didn't know if she had any found one said she would bring another if she could find one.Next went to take shower s no conditioner in shower ,went to dry my granddaughters hair to a screeching loud hair dryer that died 30 seconds called and went to main lobby ti show them video they said they didnt have another dryer ,ten mins later she came up to room and said we could use a hair dryer in another room down hall because it was out of order the tub was discussing full of pubic hairs and filth .I don not recommend this hotel. Plus area was a litlle not kept up outside. Second floor smelled like a smokey old bar discusting.

Our hotel stay was surprisingly excellent in all manners. The hotel passed my cleanlinsss test -- walking around my room barefoot, and my feet were still clean. Staff was so kind & helpful while I was traveling with a 2 year old. The gentleman who serves breakfast went out of his way to make her feel welcome. The beds are very comfortable. My traveling companion wanted to take one home. LOL THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

The pool did not look clean. The water was not clear and was foggy. The area around the hotel seemed abandoned. The rooms and sheets were dirty. There was a bloody stain on one of the doors inside the rooms. The floor was duck taped. The pictures from the website were not what the hotel actually looked like.

In the first room we were given the door was actually ajar and pillows were all over the bed and was not finished being cleaned. The next room the trash was full and it included a bloody rag.

Our first room, the TV didn't work. Switch to another room and the phone didn't work, there was black mold in the shower area and they were doing plumbing work on graduation weekend, which resulted in brown water for half a day. After requesting to repair or replace the phone and to clean the shower. They never came by on a 4 day trip. They came to fix the phone but replied, it needed to be replaced and never came back. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper within the 1st day of being there and couldn't even call downstairs for it. We had to go down request it and they never came..had to go back down to lobby for supplies.

This is by far the filthiest hotel i've ever stayed at! The bathroom was the worst definitely has not been cleaned at all hair in the tub counter on the side and on top dirty. i ran to buy my son shower shoes so he wouldn't touch the tub bedding was gross with black stains on it! Cleaning is the worst of it but the walls were paper thin and the group of men that came in at 12:30 and talking and laughing and playing music woke me up the walls are paper thin here i don't recommend this ever!

Very clean

We only stayed here one night but it was clean and conveniently located. The beds were comfortable but the air conditioning unit was quite loud, waking my husband and I up multiple times. The breakfast options were limited but we all found something to eat. I would say this is hotel works great for a stop over but might not be as good for longer stays, at least not if you’re traveling with a family.

The internet not working was not cool

The place needs some taking care of the rooms are showing age. Frayed carpets, tv's that dont work. Outdated room furniture and more. The evening staff were not the friendliest. You could hear noise from neighboring rooms. The breakfast was ok. I did not trust the egg patties as i had a 5 hr drive thar morning. It was right off the freeway which was nice. The area seemed questionable based on the check-in questions.

Rooms are not very soundproof but otherwise excellent!

Toilet was loose but bolted to the floor. Otherwise the beds were amazing.

Was a little disappointed with our stay. We chose this property because it was at a good location for us. The hotel is right off an exit on 81. It is within miles of Dunmore & Scranton. And very conveniently located to restaurants, bars, shopping, wineries, hiking, etc. Hotel was fairly clean but dated. The ceiling above our bed must of had a leak at some point. It was patched & painted but the patchwork was not very good and that section of the ceiling was painted a different color. Peeling wallpaper in room & around the hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, lots of hot water & good water pressure. Safe in the room did not work. Towels were like gold. We asked for extra towels 3 different times & were first told they didn’t have any?? Once by the front desk and then told twice they would get us some and never did. We asked the front desk again & told we were lucky they were the only 2 towels they had. Pool had a sign that said closed, sorry for the inconvenience but the next evening had a sign that the hot tub was just out of order. We were not looking for something fancy but this place needs updating.

Can’t really “sleep inn” when the walls are paper thin

Room smells like smoke and we can hear noise from the other room. It was really hard to sleep as the other room kept talking from night until morning. The wifi was also down the entire stay because of outage.

The air conditioning unit in our room was noisy and sounded like someone filling a bucket of ice from the ice machine. We had to open the window and were kept awake by traffic noise from Route 81 (our room practically overlooked the highway. The remote would change volume and channels but wouldn't turn the TV on or off, so we had to unplug it when we wanted to turn it off. At $368 for two nights, we won't be staying there again.

Unfortunately I had a loud neighbor. They had there TV on late and either it was loud or the walls are on the thin side. Otherwise I was very happy with room and hotel.

Forgot ID at home. Drove 7 hours with small child. Room paid for and had same credit card. Would not let me check in. Hotel next door had no problem understanding situation. Terrible customer service and manager. Then phone was unresponsive for 6 hours trying to get refund. Don't say there.

The staff was happy a smile from everyone couldn't do enough for you.

Peter at the front desk was very nice and welcoming during our check-in process. The room was as pictured and clean for our stay. The shower was very spacious and had great water pressure. Breakfast had a mix of grab and go and hot food options to satisfy everyone. It's great property and would recommend anyone to stay!

After a long day, there was no one at the deck for us to check in at 11:00 p.m. After waiting for someone to show up for 15 minutes, two people pull up in a car, jump out and come in to check us in. Very shady! We get to our room and literally had to bust the door open. The key was working, but the door was not. Turned on the tv and there was no signal. Couldn’t even relax once we got in the room. Would not stay here again. Having said that, the staff running breakfast was extremely pleasant and very attentive to the guests. It was a good ending to a disappointing experience.

No shower curtain no bath towels. Front desk would not answer phone . Amanda the front desk lady was sleeping couldn’t wake her. Had to get a staff member to wake her up. Told us we should call Expedia and get money back..this hotel should not be on their website

Seems to be an older building that was nicely upgraded. The morning breakfast steward was excellent! Personable, helpful, really took pride in the presentation of the food and cleanliness of the area, more than most high end hotels. Front desk person was great. It's a bit out of the way in location but a reasonable distance to downtown, very pet friendly, very clean, and good staff.

Hotel is kept clean, breakfast is sufficient and the gentleman who runs it is friendly, kind and customer focused. Even fussed over our dog. We had a pet room, glad to see no carpeting! It was clean, certainly can use bathroom updates. No maid service for the 3 nights we were there. Not a great location for surroundings and not walkable to anything, but for us a convenient location for our purposes on this visit to Dunmore.

The property was clean. Staff was very friendly. The bed was too soft for me, I have a bad back, but overall, the room was very nice. The only drawback was that the motel was not the easiest to get to as it is basically located in an industrial park. From the highway once you got off the ramp (travelling north on Rt. 81) it was an easy right turn to get to the hotel; however from the opposite direction, you had to go thru the industrial park. Once we figured it out, it wasn't a big problem.

This property was awesome as a whole. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the only thing that kinda sucks that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the hotel itself was that you can smell the city dump on warm days but that is not the fault of the hotel.

The only reason i gave three was it wasnt easy to find! Once we found it the parking lot was very dark and kinda sketchy. The staff was amazing and friendly. Would recommend! They definitely need more lighting! Beds are very comfy! And are dog friendly!

Hotel was right off of the interstate. Very clean and affordable got out 1 night stay.

The breakfast was OK but could use a bit of an upgrade. Closed too early on Sunday. I missed it. Room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were neat and clean. Bed was confortable. Attendants at breakfast were very helpful. There were a good amount of choices for breakfast.

The breakfast service man was very hospitable and helpful, big difference from standard service of breakfast buffets…

Very basic. Good for a one or two night stay. Works well if you're just passing through. Room was clean. No one is particularly friendly or unfriendly. Breakfast was basic but does not get refreshed. The pool area needs to be freshened up. We couldn't use the pool because a few men were lounging/loitering there on using speaker phones creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
