At check in I was informed no hot water was available, and no resolution was expected before Monday. 1) if you are a honest business, you inform people when they book, since the issue was know since the afternoon; 2) if you are a decent business, you offer a discount - but I was told “that has not been approved yet; 3) if you are a smart business owner, you sign an on-call agreement with some plumbing contractor to fix sudden issues like this one. All the answers were NO, NO, NO. I usually steer clear from motel 6 for a reason, going forward I won’t even consider it as an emergency solution (as it was for tonight).

No hot water. No housekeeping for 3.5 days. When I asked for an extra pillow, it never came. I asked at 7:15 to have my room cleaned, when I restored at 7:45 PM it was not done. I am absolutely furious, will never stay at a motel 6 again, and may steer clear from Expedia.

While we did not use this amenity, we noticed that there was laundry service and also, coffee available in the morning. The inside entry always feels safer and the environment was clean and updated.

Upon arrival, we were told there was no hot water, however the plumbers were on the way to fix it, At 6pm I was in the lobby and asked the same person working the desk if he had heard from the plumber , he said no, they would be hear. At 9pm still no hot water, nothing at 11pm. At 7am I went to the lobby to get some coffee, which was terrible, I ask the lady at the front seat why the hot water was not fixed yet?she said it wasn’t going too be fixed for a week or better because they were waiting for parts. I told her, we told yesterday it would be repaired that evening. She said person knew better than to say that. There was another gentleman in the lobby who was canceling his reservation for 8 rooms for two weeks because of the lyes. I am requesting a full refund for the two rooms I paid for. Otherwise Motel 6 is now on my do not stay at list, and will get nothing but bad reviews from me, to everyone.

The motel was very clean. The lady at the front desk was nice. They do not have coffee in the rooms or a hair dryer. They do not have continental breakfast. They just serve coffee in the morning. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable . Small refrigerator and cable tv worked well. The two ice machines were broken on 2nd and 3rd floor. The room was $234 and I would say was too much for what you get.

We arrived to the Hotel in the front desk, staff made us aware that the hot water heater was broken, at this point all the other hotels in town were sold out so we had no other option to stay at the hotel. We paid over $300 to stay at a motel six with no hot water, we talked with the hotel staff, and they made us aware that they couldn’t put any discounts on the bill. When I booked the hotel, There was an agreement on services for cash, they did not hold up their end of the bargain on the services so to make things right they should have put a discount on the end bill which they did not.

Very dirty room unfortunately. Lots of hair/ food/ crumbs all over our floor not from us. No shower products so make sure to bring your own. The overall could be good and get better reviews but the room was so DIRTY.

We have used this hotel before and appreciated its cleanliness. This time the room smelled like spoiled meat. We found MOUSE DROPPINGS stuck to the underside of a blanket. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The woman at the front desk never made eye contact or smiled, ever. She spent time on the phone complaining. We won’t ever go back, which is a shame. It used to be a clean, affordable stay close to Smith Rock, but no more. So disappointing!

First of all this is NOT a motel, it is a HOTEL, even though it calls itself a motel to get away from offering amenities that are expected in most HOTELS! AND IT COST US $182 FOR ONE NIGHT! No coffee pot, no shampoo, etc. The pillows were so hard out heads didn't sink into them and I woke up with a kinked neck and headache. There was NO BREAKFAST, EVEN A SIMPLE CONTINENTAL, OFFERED. WE WERE SHOCKED! WE HAD NOTHING TO EAT IN THE MORNING! ALSO, WE BOOKED A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND IT WAS VERY SMOKEY. We told the staff and they didn't believe us. Easy check in, in a clean and safe area. Room was basic but served its purpose. The view of the canal and over looking the city was pleasant. The bed was a little squeaky but the comfort was fine. The bathroom could use some updated fixtures and softer TP. Half the plug in for the microwave and fridge was shot so we had to unplug the fridge real quick to run the microwave.

The cleaning lady didn’t understand English at all. Front desk area was smelling like bleach. You need to be careful with the bed frame it could hit your legs if not careful.

This is the nicest Motel 6 we’ve ever stayed at. It was amazing value for the cost. It was clean, quiet, other than the usual nicks and scratches one expects at a budget friendly hotel, everything was working and in good repair with no strange rattling or banging. We particularly liked that the doors to the rooms opened to an interior hallway and most of all, you cannot beat the amazing views of the mountains from the room windows.

Stayed here prior to our early (5am) flight out of Roberts Field. The property is in good shape, room was large and in great condition. Night clerk, Rick, was courteous and professional. Unfortunately the walls are thin so there is quite a bit of sound coming through from adjacent rooms. The air conditioning unit was very noisy.

Too noisy from the neighboring room with loud tv on all night to hearing the other neighbors talking laughing etc it was like the walls were paper thin and to top it off loud helicopters coming and going all night long. The main purpose of a hotel room is to get some sleep so got very little last night. Here’s to a better night sleep tonight, lord knows I need it !

I originally booked my stay from Sunday to Friday and when booking it said that I could cancel up to a day before. On Sunday when I got to the hotel, I found out my days changed for work and I didn’t need Thursday night. I called Expedia and they said it should be no problem to cancel it because it’s several days ahead of time. Expedia contacted the hotel several times and were treated very rudely. I was asked to talk to the hotel staff, and this was the third time that this particular hotel staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I also heard her being rude and disrespectful to others and saw two other guest storm off after absolutely horrible customer service. After dealing with this every single day and trying to get it resolved, I finally gave up which is probably exactly what they wanted to happen. In the end, it was more about the customer service and absolute disregard for guests.

The manager here has been a total tyrant towards me since my check in. She has mocked my disability and my service dog. Her and her staff have called the police on me three different times with the last time-yesterday-resulting in me staying locked up in my room till my husband came back from work, just so she would not come to my room, call my room or just even contact me and we could check out Friday morning. The manager here has been a total tyrant towards me since my check in. She has mocked my disability and my service dog. Her and her staff have called the police on me three different times with the last time-yesterday-resulting in me staying locked up in my room till my husband came back from work, just so she would not come to my room, call my room or just even contact me and we could check out Friday morning. Check in seemed ridiculous. Required both our ID’s and actually required a pass in the dash to park for the night. Silly in that location. Person was pretty slow and not too happy to do the job. It was clean. The room was clean and the bed was okay. It did the job, which was so we were looking for.

Front desk was very unorganized, when I arrived I waited 20 min just to check in then on top of that I was given a room that was not clean and the front desk worker told me it was marked as clean and to just wait 10 min. Very good for the price. I could borrow a hair drier and keep it in my room during my stay which was very good. No amenities like shampoo/conditioner but I understand that for the price. I like the location of the hotel as it’s very close to the airport.

Just okay. The place was clean enough, and no bugs. The free coffee was nowhere in sight. No usb charging in room, in case you only pack the cord. And I had to ask just to get some shampoo/conditioner. Not my top place to stay, but will do when I need to save a buck I guess. Just make sure to bring your own coffee and shampoo.

First of all this is NOT a motel, it is a HOTEL, even though it calls itself a motel to get away from offering amenities that are expected in most HOTELS! AND IT COST US $182 FOR ONE NIGHT! No coffee pot, no shampoo, etc. The pillows were so hard out heads didn't sink into them and I woke up with a kinked neck and headache. There was NO BREAKFAST, EVEN A SIMPLE CONTINENTAL, OFFERED. WE WERE SHOCKED! WE HAD NOTHING TO EAT IN THE MORNING! ALSO, WE BOOKED A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND IT WAS VERY SMOKEY. We told the staff and they didn't believe us. They said they never allow smoking in their rooms. I HAD AN ASTHMA ATTACK THAT NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE SMOKE!!! I have a witness who was alarmed! I WANT A FULL REFUND OF MY $182!

Upon arrival, and being checked in we headed to our room with a double bed. My wife checked the bed linens and found three black hairs in the sheets. She opened the door and spoke with the cleaning staff in the hallway that was in a hurry to leave for the day and asked that the bed be remade. She was told that they had no clean linens and she would not change it. I then went down stairs and happened to come across the cleaning supervisor and told her about the issue. She said that she would send her back up with clean linens. The lady showed up at the door and handed my wife the linens to change on our own and left.
