This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front lobby bathroom was filled with feces, the elevators didn’t work, the towels in the room were dirty, the room was dusty, and smoke detectors going off all night. Also the fire alarm went off & the employee didn’t say anything about it.

Construction started around 6am and the fire alarm was going off. The elevators were out of order. The maintenance people who came to fix the elevators dinged up my car with their truck and toolboxes. Staff and management refused to provide any sort of discount/partial refund for inconvenience.

Be aware of the cash security deposit of $60. No cards accepted for hold. Exterior doors do not open even with room key and no sign posted. Dirty carpet throughout the property. Damaged wall, low flow showerhead, rickety appliances. Eco unfriendly single use and cheap bath products. Continental breakfast was decent. It became apparent how we got the room so cheap when we saw the state the property.

Front desk did not have change for $100 for their $60 incidental fee so they made me leave the whole $100. Cockroach in my room. Fridge did not cool and microwave smelled bad. Pool water was almost green. Crackheads hung outside. They refused to refill anything 30 minutes before breakfast hours were over despite the number of people still needing breakfast. Would not stay here again.

This was my first and last time on the property. I never leave reviews but I felt the people needed to know. I saw 2 bugs in our room - one dead roach near the bathroom and one unidentified bug near the AC unit. It is unlikely the room had been recently vacuumed. There was persistent sediment in our water pipes, both shower and sink, leaving behind black residue after it had run. The room was not stocked with enough towels for a double room. There was one bath towel and two hand drying towels. The bathroom had a lingering moldy smell, and there was unidentified gunk on the phone cord. I don’t expect perfection but it’s clear that this room had been neglected. Luck of the draw!

$60 cash deposit required but they don’t even check the room. The room stunk very badly of cigarette smoke and the hallways and elevator smelled like hydraulic fluid. The walls were dirty in the room, there were no wash cloths. Breakfast is set out at 6am BUT it does not get replenished so by 7 there’s only waffles available. The front desk lady was very nice and polite and she does try to be accommodating. The hotel as a whole is just lacking. Do not recommend unless it’s the very last option available.

Never had a hotel room where my families feet were filthy just just briefly walking around. We had to wipe our kids feet with wipes before we put on their socks and shoes. The tub wasn’t the cleanest either.

Room itself was fine. They claim they are sound proof, which is false. Road noise was minimal, but you could hear people in surrounding rooms. We stayed 3 nights and 2 of 3 we could hear people screaming at each other in other rooms. Also be aware, they require a $60 cash deposit for "incidentals" that you get back when you checkout but it's not mentioned anywhere.

Gross, old, & pictures are deceiving.. Checking in the clerk came from the back room looking at me like I was an inconvenience…. She said 2 words during my whole check in. Hotel smelled When I entered. It was hot inside , elevator buttons were broken, room sink was cracked and carpet was gross. Location is right next to freeway.

On checking in the staff member said we needed to pay a deposit of $60 IN CASH - never had this required of us. We were staying here before flying out for international vacation so had the amount of cash budgeted for our trip (tips etc) Then she needed to charge us $5 MORE on our card for some reason- couldn’t make out why due to language barrier. Then proceeded to elevator and it had a very foul odor and floor wobbled badly when stepping on and off. Beds were comfy. Ceiling had what literally looked like cast off blood all along the room. Unfolded the sofa bed and sheets already- but those sheets had some brown substance SMEARED all over it - someone either ate chocolate or I hate to think what else! So in trying to call front desk- learned the phone didn’t work. Ok so husband carefully gathered sheets and took down - got fresh sheets and we got some sleep before 4:00 airport departure Worst experience- don’t stay here

I had a bad experience at this hotel. The staff refuses to return my $60 deposit, which they also require to be paid in cash. I called to resolve the issue and was told to call back the next day to speak with the manager. When I called again, no one answered. I have gone in person three times, and the manager, Shweta Patel, is never available or refuses to return the deposit. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place. Tuve una mala experiencia en este hotel. Los empleados se niegan a devolverme mi depósito de $60, el cual además solicitan únicamente en efectivo. Llamé para resolver el problema y me pidieron comunicarme al día siguiente para hablar con la gerente. Al volver a llamar, nadie respondió. He ido personalmente tres veces y la gerente, Shweta Patel, nunca está disponible o se niega a regresar el depósito. Muy mala atención al cliente. No recomiendo este lugar

Pros: The room was clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The heat/ac was good in my room. Parking was good too. Cons: Not in a great area (but feels safe once inside) some chips in furniture, it smelled like weed in the 2nd floor hallway, the breakfast food was gross but they had a couple of good options (yogurt, fruit, cereal and waffles) All in all, if you want something cheap and good, this place is for you. A heads up before you go, they require a $60 cash deposit. They didn't find any issues but I took pictures of the chips in furniture before I unpacked just to be safe and I advise you do the same.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a single room from 6/30–7/3 for a work trip. On 6/30, my family joined me, so I booked a second room for one night. The front desk ran my card, charged me, but claimed they didn’t receive the payment—even after I showed proof through my banking app and had my bank rep speak to them directly. They still refused to release the room and demanded I pay again. I took my family to Holiday Inn Express instead—which was far better. When I returned alone to my original room, I found used condom wrappers on the floor and stained bedding. I complained and was moved to another room, which had filthy bedding and a dirty bathroom. There was clearly no housekeeping onsite. The third room was slightly better, but the front desk woman actually got upset when I pulled the bedspread back to check for cleanliness. I even offered to change the sheets myself because I had already prepaid and didn’t want to lose more money. The front desk staff was lazy, rude, and unprofessional the entire stay. For days they claimed no manager was onsite or reachable. This place isn’t just poorly run—it’s completely unfit for guests. Do not stay here. Comfort Inn should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers. I’ll never be back and will tell everyone I know to stay far away.

For days they claimed no manager was onsite or reachable. This place isn’t just poorly run—it’s completely unfit for guests. Do not stay here. Comfort Inn should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers. I’ll never be back and will tell everyone I know to stay far away.

This property requires a cash deposit for incidentals and only return it once the room has been checked after checkout, so you must allow plenty of time to wait for all that to take place. My party of 7 was there due to a last minute cancelled flight and our rebook wasn’t until the next evening. We asked for a late checkout and only 1 room was allowed to have it out of 3 rooms. Upon checkout of the last room, the staff person said in front of us “They are FINALLY out of room 201”. We asked for plates for our party of 7 and were only given 3. Ice machine didn’t work and the one that did work had a lot of mold growing in it. The tub backed up with water, and the carpets in the room were filthy. Positive note: The beds and bathroom were clean.

Staff took forever to check us in. When checking in only acept cash deposits. Room was average, dirty stains on floor, towels were stained and only one towel per room. Management was extremely rude. When I expressed that another employee told me that I would be able to check in early the management said that that was completely untrue at that location he was rude about it and told me that he didn’t need my business and I was free to cancel my reservations instead of trying to accommodate me I’m not going to say it’s because of my skin color but I will say that the next gentleman received much better service

This hotel was across a street from a busy night club. The parking it’s just for the families staying at the hotel you share it with people that go to the night club. There was always loud noises in the hallway and half dress females walking around THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILIES. There were blood stains on the wall in our room and an open condom wrapped next to the bed. Sink and tub would both clog up when we would use the water. One of the bed was off balance meaning I would sit on the edge of the bed and the other side would lift up felt like you would fall over on the floor. I mentioned this to the front desk and all she did was take notes down and put it in the system. She didn’t offer to move us rooms or anything. I would never stay here at brings my kids back to the place.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was run down and in a very bad part of town. Smelled like mildew or mold on every floor but the 2nd floor. We stayed on the fourth floor. Club next door took up parking and people were loud at all times of night. There was trash everywhere outside. I don’t suggest it for families.

staff was friendly, room was clean. After I checked in around 8:00 pm . I went out to eat nearby and the parking lot was busy with cars driving thru the hotel parking and their was women wearing bikinis and hardly any clothes walking around stopping cars. There were also sketchy people hanging out at the side doors when I got back. Do not come here with your family.

I recently stayed at this hotel and its near the airport and had an excellent experience. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. The hotel's convenient location near the airport made my travel plans effortless. This hotel is dirty. This is near a club and so you can expect the unexpected. This is definitely not for families. I did not know until I came here. Very disappointed with Choice hotels. I thought they are some of the good ones. I will need to reconsider my bookings with them in future.

This was a horrible hotel stay! The waiting Lobby was extremely hot, due to an inadequate AC system. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. It literally had very few options for breakfast; with no orange juice or apple juice beverages. Only water to quench your thirst with whole eggs and a self-serve waffle maker.

Pros: The room was clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The heat/ac was good in my room. Parking was good too. Cons: Not in a great area (but feels safe once inside) some chips in furniture, it smelled like weed in the 2nd floor hallway, the breakfast food was gross but they had a couple of good options (yogurt, fruit, cereal and waffles) All in all, if you want something cheap and good, this place is for you. A heads up before you go, they require a $60 cash deposit. They didn't find any issues but I took pictures of the chips in furniture before I unpacked just to be safe and I advise you do the same.

Front desk did not have change for $100 for their $60 incidental fee so they made me leave the whole $100. Cockroach in my room. Fridge did not cool and microwave smelled bad. Pool water was almost green. Crackheads hung outside. They refused to refill anything 30 minutes before breakfast hours were over despite the number of people still needing breakfast. The walls were dirty in the room, there were no wash cloths. Breakfast is set out at 6am BUT it does not get replenished so by 7 there’s only waffles available. The front desk lady was very nice and polite and she does try to be accommodating. The hotel as a whole is just lacking. Do not recommend unless it’s the very last option available.

The staff is rude and don’t help at all. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work, the room was dirty even the sheets. The tv wouldn’t stay on. The place was just terrible and I do not recommend. I would have canceled if I could get my money back cause over $100 was ridiculous for that.

This place is in a bad area. Unhoused everywhere, felt very unsafe. It is dirty, only 1 door with access ( I assume for safety) The whole place is dirty and beat up. Specifically stayed at a motel with breakfast to not be able to eat because of sanitation. The room was nasty. The more you looked the worse it got. Dust on outlets, stains on the pillows, sheets, bath towels, multiple hairs found on different surfaces in bathroom. You could see dirt and debris around the room. I put on brand new clean white socks and walked around just the room for 10 minutes and they were stained brown. Disgusting. The TV barely work. Microwave didn't work at all. Coffee pot never seen a rag. So gross. Dont stay here. It isn't worth it.
