Golf Cart Included + Enclosed Turf Yard

Perfect property for friends get together. 3 families of 4, all with young kids stayed here for a long weekend. House had everything we needed. All the cooking utensils and pots/pans we could want. Ideal house for all age kids. Had pack n play and high chair for youngest. Had step stools to get to sinks in bathrooms for toddlers; books, games, indoor activities and all you could want to go to lake beach entry (chairs, blankets, sand toys). Outdoor turf also amazing for kids to play with checkers board, rackets, wiffle ball, water table, hammock, swing bench, fire pit. The grill is only a small circle charcoal grill which is fine but just be aware, there are two large grills at center pool if you wanted to grill at pool. Golf cart was perfect to use to get around. Beds super comfortable, so many towels, washer dryer, dishwasher. Do need to bring own pool towels. Kitchen table was huge and had a bench side so could fit 10 kids without issue (we also rented house next door for other two families and had meals together). Would 100% stay again

This was our 2nd time going to Carlton Landing. The house was amazing and well stocked with basic supplies and tons of family board games. The tower fans in every room, including the loft, were very much appreciated. The turf backyard was perfect for a yoga session!

Absolutely one of the best relaxing vacations I have ever had. The house was comfortable, well stocked. Anything you could think of for kids and adults to play with or need was there and more. The spiral staircase to the 3rd floor is a bit challenging for the littler kids we had, but the teens loved it. The area and community are so adorable. If you want to relax swim or just sit out in the big porch swing THIS is the place. The management company was very quick to answer any questions I had We love to visit new places but this would be a return trip for sure!
