The Condo was clean. Very quiet area. So close to the pool. Literally right outside the front door. The Host had great communication and was very friendly. Disneyland was within walking distance. Took us maybe 10 minutes to walk to Disneyland parks through downtown Disney.

We were a short 15 minute walk to downtown Disney gate, walking through all the shops in downtown Disney. The beds were really comfortable to sleep in. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t realize there was a cupboard upstairs with more towels for the pool. Kitchen was clean, could use a larger frying pan though, as we had to fry our taco meat in segments in the small pan. Chatted with reception and she was going to bring me one! Pool area was fun. 3 big pools and a hot tub. Very quiet complex and you can see the fireworks from garage 37 at 9:30 pm. The windows and patio door could use upgrading. We didn’t feel they could safely lock when closed. They are pretty shabby. Great communication with the receptionist too. They answered promptly with any questions I had. This unit is a great place for family. Would highly recommend staying at Pixie Hollow. Thanks for letting us stay :)

Amazing location - seriously - right next to Disneyland. Really convenient. We had a lot of trouble finding the place. We didn't receive an email explaining that the unit number quoted on all of the booking info wasn't actually the unit number. So we had quite a stressful time driving around to try and find the unit. Perhaps even putting the name on the unit would help. Or explaining that the number referenced is not the unit number... The pool was great. So refreshing after a day at the parks! I'm sure it's mentioned in the ad - but just noting that this is a two storey unit and the steep stairs wouldn't be suitable to anyone with mobility issues (or just bad knees) as all bedrooms are upstairs. Overall it was a good place to stay when visiting Disneyland.

As a family of seven we have a hard time finding places that can fit all of us I wished I had chosen a larger property when I found out that there is an air mattress if two people in your group can't share the full sized lower bunk but we could - wish that info was in the description. We had never stayed on the west side. We tried the shuttle and monorail and mainly we walked there - it is about a mile. You just head east and go past the Disney hotel and employee parking lot and then head south to the security area. It was definitely less crowded than the east entrance! We loved having a dedicated parking place for our minivan but it is a bit of a walk from the parking space to the condo. The condo is right by the pool. We looked into the garage but thought it might not be worth the effort to squeeze our Toyota Sienna into that tiny space. We did notice they had beach chairs and other items there. They also had a stroller and highchair and pack and play and other items in the master bedroom closet.My tips for someone staying here would be when you first drive up in the parking lot f parking spot first and then walk to the center of the complex to the pool and find the room from there.

The outside of the condos are in bad shape but inside is updated and very nice, has everything you need and totally Moused "out" --very cute. Better instructions on how to access the pool would be helpful (it is with a fob) but fob not marked and was hanging on the key ring versus on the table. A property map ahead of time would\'ve been helpful...noting where the Uber driver can drop you.

Great Accomodations! Clean and well managed, with 2 parking spots included. 12-15 minute walk to Downtown Disney, and another 6-8 minutes to the gates at Disneyland or DCA. Perfect location to rope drop from, and then take an afternoon pool break to cool down before returning for the evening festivities.

Very close to the pool and clubhouse… comfortable living environment, as well as walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center… Just a reminder, when food is delivered, they come to the Main Entrance! It’s best to meet them there if possible! WiFi was a bit weak…smile.

Great proximity to Disneyland! Was able to walk with a double stroller carrying a 2 year old and 6 month old with ease. Got lots of emails and was well informed. Check in was not great and the property is very confusing to navigate. There are also no ramps for strollers and our parking spot was far from our condo.

Walking distance to Disneyland and many eating places. Clean place. Gets really cool and nice downstairs with the ac on but the upstairs master is very hot which is unfortunate. We used 3 fans but didn’t do much. Kitchen works well, just has very small amount of supplies. The only pan they had was smaller than the size of a tortilla. The owner answered her phone immediately when we couldn’t get into the room which resolved a lot of stress. Pool and park was across the way. Only one pool was open but it worked for us. Nice to have washer/dryer and a stroller to use because we brought ours but it had no storage so we tried theirs out and it worked great! Also nice that they had kids supplies in case we needed them for our 2.5 yr old. Overall I would highly recommend

This is a really good location to Disneyland Parks - it is only about a 7 minute walk to Downtown Disney Secutiry entry. Problem was the home had no ambiance - especially over Christmas. There was a wire handle you had to jibggle to open the door of the washing machine. Also the place wasn't that clean. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and and such BUT had absolutely nothing else. A huge spice rack with no spices. No plastic containers, no tinfoil, no ziploc bags or saran wrap..... didn't feel like outfitting the kitchen for them to only have it going to be taken out again leaving the next rental with nothing. Would not rent this particular one again.

Pros: I gave 3 stars for great location, we were able to walk to Disney in about 10 mins; it's also well priced for the locationCons: it's not well maintained; there was a natural gas leak in the house, it was very unsettling especially we have 2 little kids. Also had a lot of dishes had food stain and we had to wash them before using.Overall 3 stars

Yes, its beautifully decorated but it’s pretty banged up and really needs attention: the knives are all chipped in the kitchen, the bottom of the kitchen cabinets are all chipped, the walls are all scuffed up, the caulk in the bathrooms needs to be redone, black mildew. Otherwise, it is a great location, really nice to have a washer and dryer and kitchen, and it was beautifully decorated.

The entire experience from dealing with VRBO and the place was horrible. If I could give a negative a would. We did not even stay in the property as it smelled horrible, had holes in the floors, sink was coming off the wall. It was not as advertised at all and no one would help us. We drove all the way there and then had to try and find a hotel for our family and spend even more. I never will use your services again!!!

We stayed at this property with our teenagers over a long weekend trip to Disneyland. Absolutely perfect location! We were easily able to walk to Downtown Disney on our non-park days for dinner. Less than 10 minutes to get to Disneyland. The security lines in Downtown Disney were way shorter than other park entrances. Condo is clean and kitchen is well stocked. We only ate breakfasts at the house - would appreciate an electric kettle. Lots of extra towels, pillows, etc. The outside of the property is in fairly rough shape but I think it is out of the owners control and it does look like they are starting to do some exterior upgrades to the condo complex. Check in was easy, owners checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great; we walked to Disneyland every day with ease. The unit was well-sized for our family of 5. I just wish there had been a bit more living room seating options. The kitchen was well-appointed for our 5 night trip. There was some minor wear and tear to the unit and we did have some trouble with the guest bedroom tv but were ultimately able to troubleshoot it. Beds were comfy and the host was accommodating to the one request we had. The location & host are the star features!

Over all the space was good. The outside appearance definitely needs some upgrades. I take issue with the condition of the flooring downstairs, There is obvious water damage and there were inch wide gaps in the flooring. The stair lacked a safe handrail on the bottom 1/3, making it necessary for awkward balancing acts to avoid a mishap. Lots of scuff marks on the walls.

The check-in and check-out procedure is well explained. Only the number of beds is a bit exaggerated: The master/parent's bedroom has a kingsize double. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. The remaining beds are sofas.

We have stayed in many of these condos over the years and this is a nice clean condo that is very close to Disneyland. The only reason we give it a 4 is that the downstairs bathroom was out of order until our last night, so that was a nuisance with our teenagers. Some features could use updating, but the beds were very comfortable. A nice place! Great property managers and communication.

Yes, its beautifully decorated but it’s pretty banged up and really needs attention: the knives are all chipped in the kitchen, the bottom of the kitchen cabinets are all chipped, the walls are all scuffed up, the caulk in the bathrooms needs to be redone, black mildew. Otherwise, it is a great location, really nice to have a washer and dryer and kitchen, and it was beautifully decorated.

Very close to the pool and clubhouse… comfortable living environment, as well as walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center… Just a reminder, when food is delivered, they come to the Main Entrance! It’s best to meet them there if possible! WiFi was a bit weak…smile.

Walking distance to Disneyland and many eating places. Clean place. Gets really cool and nice downstairs with the ac on but the upstairs master is very hot which is unfortunate. We used 3 fans but didn’t do much. Kitchen works well, just has very small amount of supplies. The only pan they had was smaller than the size of a tortilla. The owner answered her phone immediately when we couldn’t get into the room which resolved a lot of stress. Pool and park was across the way. Only one pool was open but it worked for us. Nice to have washer/dryer and a stroller to use because we brought ours but it had no storage so we tried theirs out and it worked great! Also nice that they had kids supplies in case we needed them for our 2.5 yr old. Overall I would highly recommend

Amazing location - seriously - right next to Disneyland. Really convenient. We had a lot of trouble finding the place. We didn't receive an email explaining that the unit number quoted on all of the booking info wasn't actually the unit number. So we had quite a stressful time driving around to try and find the unit. Perhaps even putting the name on the unit would help. Or explaining that the number referenced is not the unit number... The pool was great. So refreshing after a day at the parks! I'm sure it's mentioned in the ad - but just noting that this is a two storey unit and the steep stairs wouldn't be suitable to anyone with mobility issues (or just bad knees) as all bedrooms are upstairs. Overall it was a good place to stay when visiting Disneyland.

We had a great stay at this property. The manager was attentive to our needs when there was an issue with the dryer. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the park. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Howdy, we stayed four nights at this property. Upon walking in it smelled cleaned and that is the way we found it. There were plenty of clean towels and bed sheets; the kitchen had enough pans and stocked with enough cookware for us to cook simple meals; the beds were comfortable and we felt safe there. Disneyland was across the street (ride the tram back and walk through the parking garage to an exit), Target is about a mile away to buy groceries or use Uber food delivery. Both bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs, one half bathroom downstairs. Keyless entry was convenient. Check in was easy and FuntierLand management was responsive. We plan on staying here again when we return. Overall a great experience.

The outside of the condos are in bad shape but inside is updated and very nice, has everything you need and totally Moused "out" --very cute. Better instructions on how to access the pool would be helpful (it is with a fob) but fob not marked and was hanging on the key ring versus on the table. A property map ahead of time would\'ve been helpful...noting where the Uber driver can drop you.

Very nice stay! Check in was a little bumpy as our first code didn’t work. But this was solved quickly with the prompt communication of the management. The exterior of the condo has definitely seen better days…but not sure if that is the responsibility of the Vrbo owner or the HOA because the interior is inviting and well maintained. Extremely comfy and clean for a family of four. We used a grocery delivery service from Target and had everything we needed for the week. The whole condo was really well stocked with everything we may have needed. Only a few minor things, the TV remote doesn’t work nor the ice maker and the chandelier over the stairs is broken. We walked to and from the park the first day… would not recommend that! We used Lyft the second day, that was ok. Then we found out about the tram from the parking garage. It was an easy walk, about 10 minutes. That was the was to go!!!

Great proximity to Disneyland! Was able to walk with a double stroller carrying a 2 year old and 6 month old with ease. Got lots of emails and was well informed. Check in was not great and the property is very confusing to navigate. There are also no ramps for strollers and our parking spot was far from our condo.

We stayed at this property with our teenagers over a long weekend trip to Disneyland. Absolutely perfect location! We were easily able to walk to Downtown Disney on our non-park days for dinner. Less than 10 minutes to get to Disneyland. The security lines in Downtown Disney were way shorter than other park entrances. Condo is clean and kitchen is well stocked. We only ate breakfasts at the house - would appreciate an electric kettle. Lots of extra towels, pillows, etc. The outside of the property is in fairly rough shape but I think it is out of the owners control and it does look like they are starting to do some exterior upgrades to the condo complex. Check in was easy, owners checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.

Perfect location for Disneyland visitors. It's a 5 min walk to Downtown Disney, and 10 min to the parks. Everything was clean and well prepared. The check-in and check-out procedure is well explained. Only the number of beds is a bit exaggerated: The master/parent's bedroom has a kingsize double. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed. The remaining beds are sofas.

The property was nice. Great area. Finding the property was a little difficult to find at night. You might want to replace the numbers above the garage so that they can be seen at night. Other than that the property was as it was described in the listing. I wish it was a little closer to Disneyland. I dont think you can walk to Disneyland in 15 minutes to far to walk. Neves family

Great Accomodations! Clean and well managed, with 2 parking spots included. 12-15 minute walk to Downtown Disney, and another 6-8 minutes to the gates at Disneyland or DCA. Perfect location to rope drop from, and then take an afternoon pool break to cool down before returning for the evening festivities.

The place is clean 👌 and the location is 5 minutes walking to disneyland parking lot wich is very convenient , we ride disney tram to the park entrance. Will book again in the future. Had a good rest on the comfy beds ,rules and instructions were easy to follow.

Location, location, location! Best part of the entire place. The unit and some of the furniture could use some TLC and decluttering. They have everything a family with a smile child could need. There was very little space to store clothes.

So starting off the condo is great. Clean and super close to Disney (10 minute walk to Downtown Disney). It’s a little dated, but cleaned and well stocked. It fit the five of us (four adults & one kid) just fine. The only issue we had is that this is a third party property management that will send you a separate contract, requirements, blah blah blah that are not disclosed in VRBO. Their customer service sends like 30 emails and texts that get a little confusing, and their call center is an off shore call center. That being said the two issues we had were dealt with pretty quickly and efficiently. We’d stay here again.

Pros:1. Good location for walking to Disney.2. Full kitchen and appliances.3. Master bedroom has a bathroom.4. Communications via text was convenient.5. The showers had Dove body wash and Pantene shampoo/conditioner.6. Full sized washer and dryer which included laundry detergent.Cons:1. The bunk bed room needs a refreshing look. Paint needed badly. It was kind of embarrassing to have my adult sister and her fiancé stay in there with walls that looked bad and decor was lacking in comparison to the rest of the condo. 2. The master bedroom doesn't have a dresser to put unload my luggage into. The luggage carrier was broken as well. Metal parts of the small bed in the master were broken and sticking out from the bottom. A little dangerous for my toddler to be around. The sink in the master bathroom is very slow to empty. 3. The thermostat kept resetting to a much higher temp than we would set it at. We would set it at 70 (which was the lowest they say you can put it) This was quite annoying throughout our stay because the bedrooms are upstairs and the thermostat is downstairs. Since it was a two story place the upstairs was much hotter than downstairs. Overall: I thought the check in was relatively clear. There are only two spots you can park at. We made the best of our stay and were not at the unit much but to sleep. Is really close to Disney, which is what we needed. This property definitely needs some maintenence. The down stairs floors are damaged, many of the walls need paint and many walls have holes, patches or peeling paint. This property needs a refresh. This unit does not have AC so it gets pretty hot in the bedrooms. Portable fans were available but when 90 degrees outside they dont help much. The kitchen had everything for our needs.
