Great location, plenty of parking, spacious living areas and big comfy lounges. The coffee machine was appreciated, as was the washing machine. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of warm blankets and dunas when the sun went down. Heaters in the bedrooms were great to take the chill off the air.

Felt very welcomed on our arrival to the warm, sun-filled living room. Pooch had a wonderful, relaxing stay as did we. Short walk to the fantastic West Beach, scenic golf course, the marina, and shopping. And we loved the coffee machine!

Good house in a good location. Only issue was the shower screen on the bath is not in the right place and so the water from the shower floods straight on to the floor. Could not find a mop and so ended up having to use towels to clean up

Robe was beautiful. Lovely places to visit and enjoy a wine or two. Accomodation was comfortable. About 15 minute walk to the Main Street. Outdoor area could use a new table and chairs. Instructions for the coffee machine would be handy. Otherwise very comfortable for our short stay.

Wow! This house totally exceeded our expectations. Awesome location was perfect for walks along beach tracks. The backyard was great for kicking the footy with the kids while cooking the BBQ. But most impressive was how well set up it was… with 3 young children I always pack toys, boardgames and plastic plates and bowls… I shouldn’t have bothered- it was all there! We had heaps of fun playing the family friendly games, playing with blocks and train tracks, and watching DVDs from the collection. There was a set of plastic plates, bowls and cups to use so I didn’t have to worry about the kids breaking anything, and even a step for the bathroom sink so my youngest could reach.Excellent communication, easy check in process. We hadn’t even been at the place for 3 minutes and my son asked me to book our next holiday there! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and highly, highly, highly recommend this place!

A few adjustments could make it a more comfortable stay. No lights above kitchen stove so very dimly lit to cook. Only 2 old deck chairs to sit out on the decking with an old timber table…not adequate for how many beds or as depicted in the photos. Additionally the main bathroom shower also floods with the water nearly escaping into the hallway. Turned the bath tap on by mistake which has a spout that is way too short so again the water went all over the floor. We needed to use the bath mats supplied to soak it as no mop was available anywhere. My biggest complaint would be that it is advertised as a pet friendly home & yet there is no kennel or undercover area for when it rains for your pups…and it rained most of our stay. Other than this our stay was ok, couches were comfy & communication with the owner was quick & very friendly. House was very clean & we departed by leaving it in the same state by vacuuming, picking up after our pets outside & giving it a general clean up. Hate having to complain, normally I wouldn’t but I feel like with a few adjustments I could have rated our stay with almost full stars.

Great 4 day stay in Robe. House was in a great location, only about a 20 min walk to town. Only a couple of negative things - the house was advertised as pet friendly and our dog managed to escape within minutes of our arrival. Perhaps better for less active dogs than ours! Also some outdoor furniture would have been nice for enjoying the sunshine.

Great house, clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. Perfect location, close to beach and town centre. Us and our dogs,\xa0 Hungarian Vizsla and GSP loved it, only downside was dogs got out of back yard over groundcovered retaining wall in 5 seconds and stared to explore unfenced front yard! So yard not secure for larger energetic dogs! We hope this might be fixed as would love to come back for another visit!

the property was very well presented very clean , all the amenities you require and above all good communication with our host. perhaps it would be a good idea to leave a mop handy to just clean the floor and an extended glass partition in the bath to limit shower water splash on the floor. a great home , good position and good host well done Jon

This was a great property to stay at. It was clean and tidy and well looked after. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those with big dogs. We did not have any issues at all with the house and Robe is a lovely area to stay. We would definitely recommend the Robe Town Brewery which is dog friendly.

Property did not have handrail to stairs to front door, dangerous. Main b edroom bed was only 2 inches off floor! 2nd double bed had slats missing iff missing off base, uncomfortable. Floors had black dog hair everwhere and rugs were full of sand.

The property was exactly how it was described to me, it was spotlessy clean, beautiful and bright, and had pretty much everything we needed. Great location to shops and restaurants, and a great host who was very easy to contact if needed. Finally, we would highly recommend this place to stay, absolutely perfect!!!

The house was in a nice location, quiet, able to walk to town and also to the coastal walk quite easily. The cleanliness of the house overall was good, however we did not use the Coffee Machine, Kettle or Toaster as they all looked terrible, they need replacing. The shower heads were also covered in limescale and probably also need replacing, or at least a good soak. The beds were okay, but we had to make the kids beds ourselves which was unexpected, we also could not find many comfortable pillows, they were all very very lumpy, or very very large/solid. The garden was good, and enclosed so our dog was fine, but she is very placid. If you had an overly energetic or 'jumping' dog, they may get out. No where for her to sleep under cover outside too. We cooked and had no problems with the provided amenities, the TV remote probably needs batteries replaced as it didn't work well. The owner was pleasant and apart from the small niggles, all of which could be easily fixed, it was a nice getaway.

The property is in a great location and is perfect for families with children. We are seniors. It is a little tired however. The faded lounge is now covered in loose fitting covers which are unsightly and crockery is chipped. There is an issue with water in bathroom2 running over edge of bath during a shower and flooding floor. We have informed the owner of these issues. The beds were very comfortable and decor nice and with a bit of updating it would be back to its best. Loved our stay in Robe.

Kitchen was well equipped as was crockery cutlery etc. & all facilities. Couches & bed very comfortable particularly for Osteo Arthritis sufferers. Owner encouraged feedback & contact for anything with quick responses. Parts a little tired in places but still usable & working.

We enjoyed our stay at Jon's place, the house was comfortable and clean when we arrived. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and an easy walk into town.Jon was fantastic in his communication and arranged for us to check in and hour and a half early.We would like to ask however that Jon please updates the arrival information as this was different to the listing. My partner and I always check the listing very carefully to make sure our expectations align with that of the host, in saying that we found it very confusing to receive a check in pdf a few days before our arrival asking that dogs be kept outside. Jon advertised as a pet friendly house and didn't mention dogs being kept outside anywhere on the original listing and doing so last minute is unfair. In addition to this the backyard is not 100% secure with a low height fence to the rear easily scaled by a medium to large sized dog so keeping a dog outside was made even more challenging.Jon also listed a hot tub/spa bath at the house, there was definitely not a spa and only an old dirty looking regular bath.

In addition to this the backyard is not 100% secure with a low height fence to the rear easily scaled by a medium to large sized dog so keeping a dog outside was made even more challenging.Jon also listed a hot tub/spa bath at the house, there was definitely not a spa and only an old dirty looking regular bath.

Kitchen was well equipped as was crockery cutlery etc. & all facilities. Couches & bed very comfortable particularly for Osteo Arthritis sufferers. Owner encouraged feedback & contact for anything with quick responses. Parts a little tired in places but still usable & working.

Wow! This house totally exceeded our expectations. Awesome location was perfect for walks along beach tracks. The backyard was great for kicking the footy with the kids while cooking the BBQ. But most impressive was how well set up it was… with 3 young children I always pack toys, boardgames and plastic plates and bowls… I shouldn’t have bothered- it was all there! We had heaps of fun playing the family friendly games, playing with blocks and train tracks, and watching DVDs from the collection. There was a set of plastic plates, bowls and cups to use so I didn’t have to worry about the kids breaking anything, and even a step for the bathroom sink so my youngest could reach.Excellent communication, easy check in process. We hadn’t even been at the place for 3 minutes and my son asked me to book our next holiday there! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and highly, highly, highly recommend this place!

The property was exactly how it was described to me, it was spotlessy clean, beautiful and bright, and had pretty much everything we needed. Great location to shops and restaurants, and a great host who was very easy to contact if needed. Finally, we would highly recommend this place to stay, absolutely perfect!!!

A lovely home that was perfect for our short getaway with our fur child in tow. So close to everything, especially the beautiful walk to the lighthouse. The host was on hand to help with any question we had. Thanks Jon!! Made our stay really enjoyable and relaxing.

We had a lovely week in Robe at Jon’s place. The house was perfect for us - three adults, two teenagers and a dog. It was only a two minute stroll to the water with a lovely trail walk, about a ten minute walk to the local strip and a few minutes to the marina. Our pooch loved exploring the back yard and often sat on the back deck in the evening just watching out. Thanks Jon for having us!

Great place to stay in Robe, for a beach getaway. Great walking tracks, close to centre of town. The house is perfect, and offers everyone their own space when required. But also great for family game nights etc….The bonus, was that we could bring our puppy along with us.

We loved our stay in Robe. The cottage was in a fantastic spot. Short drive to all facilities. Also walking trails close by. The property was sparkling clean and had all we needed. Claire was very easy to deal with and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Host was very welcoming, facilities great! I would just say if you have a dog front is well fenced but back has one side that a dog escapes from so beware. Everything else was exceptional !

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location in a quiet street, and a lovely walk to the Obelisk. The house was well fitted out, new furniture, very comfortable, and some essentials provided in the kitchen which was great. Very prompt communication from the owner. Happy to recommend!

The property was recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and very well appointed. The heating and cooling system kept the entire house comfortable, and Claire was a pleasure to communicate with — always quick to respond and thoughtful in making sure we were well informed about everything the place offered.The location was excellent: a leisurely 15–20 minute walk to the town centre, and just a five-minute stroll to the beach and nearby walking tracks.
