When we arrived one elevator was out of order (they only have two) and the pool was out of order. Both were fixed on the 2nd day. Our toilet seat was rediculously loose. I reported that and the GM fixed it. Out bedding smelled like wet dog and human sweat. We asked the maid the next morning to change them for us. She said she would but never entered our room. Nothing was touched or changed in any way even tho when we left for the day the maid was still there working on other rooms. The other thing is that it is a very loud hotel. The doors to each room slam, hard, unless you purposely hold them back from doing so. All night long, wham, wham, wham. You can also here the people in the room above you walking around like a cheap apartment from the 70s. We could hear what the people in the room next to us were saying. It's also close to a major intersection. I ended up putting ear plugs in. Breakfast sucks hard, and when they run out of eggs at 8:45 like they did yesterday, you're SOL. You're left with really nasty sausage gravy over under-cooked, doughy biscuits.

Lobby- staff was extremely pleasant and check in was quick and easy. There's a small store with a modest selection of snacks, 24 hour hot water/ tea, regular coffee, and decaf coffee available, very spacious and clean, attended 24 hours per day Fitness center- small, 24 hours, 1 treadmill, 1 stair machine, dumbbells, and medicine balls Pool- indoor, area seemed well maintained but it was a basic pool, nothing fancy, you'll have to bring your own fun.

check in was quick and easy and front desk staff at night was exceptional. our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. there was a youth baseball tournament going on and we couldn’t really even tell. breakfast was very good as well. the pool is small and there is no hot tub. we would stay here again.

The property was clean and easy to find. The staff was professional and courteous. Check in was easy; however, it took a bit longer than usual. When I called ahead, I requested a room as far away from the pool as possible. When I checked in, the room hadn't been assigned yet. I'm not sure if that is typical for Sleep Inn, but it was easily resolved, and the front desk person was able to find me a room to fit my needs. One bummer was that I was on the fourth floor, and there wasn't an ice machine there. I had to go down to the first floor every time I needed to get more ice. The extra time to do that wasn't horrible, and I suppose is a minor thing. It would be convenient for guests to have ice machines on every floor. The breakfast offered was decent and enough variety to meet my needs. Checkout was easy as well. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was ok. Breakfast should be at 6 or 6:30am. Pool should open earlier than 8am. Also, upon arriving, there was a glitch in the system and we were not able to check in. We had an event to attend we were able to check in afterwards. However, it would have been great to check in upon our arrival to rest before going to the event. Staff was friendly and apologetic when we arrive and they had the glitch. Upon leaving it was not the same friendly staff. They were a bit rude when asking if we could check out 30 min later, there was a rude no as a response.

Coming from a person who generally dislikes staying in hotels, this place was quite nice. Overall very clean, the staff at the desk was friendly (I didn’t encounter any other staff), decently sized rooms, huge bathroom, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, air conditioning unit wasn’t too loud and actually worked, and the free breakfast was decent. We were in the area for a baseball tournament, and it was super conveniently located right across the street from the ballpark. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable but the bathroom was a challenge. The fan didnt work, the shower was dirty with hair in multiple places, there was no where to put shampoo and soap in the shower except the floor, the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor, and our amenities (lotion and shampoo had already been used).

The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The warm breakfast in the morning was delicious. The only thing I did not like was the closet space in the room. You cannot hang anything that is long as there is a shelf in the way.

Tge property is very new and so it is in good condition. The pool was full of rowdy kids screaming and doing cannonballs so we decided not to use it. A little supevision of the area would have been nice. The beds were good, although the pillows were pretty flat for all sleepers. There were some pretty bad noise problems. There were loud vehicles going down the road next to the hotel all night and the soundproofing for the rooms is pretty poor. We could also clearly hear doors slamming throughout the night. In the morning we went down for breakfast several minutes after service was supposed to start and none of the warm food options were available. Only cereal, yogurt and baked items were placed out.

The beds were a little harder than I would’ve preferred and we couldn’t get the TV to work with a damn I came with two remotes and after literally two hours of trying to figure it out, we gave up and called front desk. Front desk told us this happens all the time and they had to come in and reset the television, also they had the door open, which was in the dining area and there were earwigs on the floor while we were eating breakfast

A problem with the "confirmation" information from Expedia developed when checking in. However the staff at Sleep Inn and Suites solved it within minutes. Very understanding staff of the snafu. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The only negative thing I have to say is that we had requested a late check out and this was not relayed to the housekeeping staff so of course they woke us up wondering when we were leaving so they could clean the room. Very frustrating. Everything else was great. Good value for the money.

My reservation went into Expedia incorrectly. I caught the error and was at the hotel waiting to check in. I immediately brought the situation to the staff at the hotel and proceeded to book the room for that night (the correct night). I was assured by the hotel staff and Expedia that I would be credited for the incorrect booking scheduled for a week later. The credit has not come through and Expedia told me that the hotel refused to issue the credit. SO, I paid 2xs for a one night stay. There is NO excuse as this was caught immediately - there was no reason that I should not receive the credit.

Electrical problems with no backup. Dark! No hot water for most of one day. Kids got stuck in elevator for power switch and were panicking! I had to tell staff while others calmed them down .Ask about some comp or even a later checkout and was denied! Told manager will look into it on Monday! Terrible customer relations!

Booked and paid for 2 nights thru Expedia. Hotel claimed we only booked one night. We had to pay hotel for our 2nd night to keep our room. Ended up payimg 2x for the 2nd night. Ill never book this hotel or use Expedia again!

Location was perfect . 10 minutes away from the airport The moment we walked in JANET greeted us . She answered all of our questions. She was so hospitable and engaged in conversation with myself , my son and mother . She made the entire experience a 10/10

The hotel is apparently only 6 months old and is nice and spacious. Lobby is clean and modern and there are lots of places to sit, do work, etc. We dealt with several people at the front desk and it was a mix of good and bad: some were nice and helpful, while others were fairly rude. I asked for a late checkout one night and a woman (who I assume was some kind of manager), said “depends on housekeeping” which seemed to be a weird response as most hotels can usually accommodate a late checkout unless they are overbooked. I asked later that night and was granted late checkout by another woman, only to have housekeeping knock on my door the next day and ask why I was still in there. I realize this isn’t the Four Seasons, but it seems like some customer service training is in order for some of the staff. They have a small “mini mart” where you can get snack, drinks and others stuff which was nice. We had a double queen room which was a pretty standard size and was comfortable. Beds were nice and soft and everything was clean. They also placed us right by the elevators and, while it wasn’t super busy, one of the two elevators was broken for our whole stay and we could hear the workers pretty clearly as they tried to fix them. Overall it was a decent hotel for the price - nothing exceptional though. If you’re here for a baseball or basketball tournament I could see it being a convenient place to stay as the fields and gym are literally right down the street.

Property was ok. Breakfast should be at 6 or 6:30am. Pool should open earlier than 8am. Also, upon arriving, there was a glitch in the system and we were not able to check in. We had an event to attend we were able to check in afterwards. However, it would have been great to check in upon our arrival to rest before going to the event. Staff was friendly and apologetic when we arrive and they had the glitch. Upon leaving it was not the same friendly staff. They were a bit rude when asking if we could check out 30 min later, there was a rude no as a response.

Excellent stay for a great price. We were there during the off-season but the hotel was running in mid-season form. Friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a short drive from everything we needed. Would be the premier place to stay if you’re coming to Franklin for your own baseball games, a Milwaukee Milkmen game, or some skiing at Crystal Ridge.

Coming from a person who generally dislikes staying in hotels, this place was quite nice. Overall very clean, the staff at the desk was friendly (I didn’t encounter any other staff), decently sized rooms, huge bathroom, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, air conditioning unit wasn’t too loud and actually worked, and the free breakfast was decent. We were in the area for a baseball tournament, and it was super conveniently located right across the street from the ballpark. I would definitely stay here again.

Tge property is very new and so it is in good condition. The pool was full of rowdy kids screaming and doing cannonballs so we decided not to use it. A little supevision of the area would have been nice. The beds were good, although the pillows were pretty flat for all sleepers. There were some pretty bad noise problems. There were loud vehicles going down the road next to the hotel all night and the soundproofing for the rooms is pretty poor. We could also clearly hear doors slamming throughout the night. In the morning we went down for breakfast several minutes after service was supposed to start and none of the warm food options were available. Only cereal, yogurt and baked items were placed out.

The hotel is new and clean but they have no housekeeping service. Sign says they’re supposed to empty the trash cans every 3-4 nights but they didn’t. They only clean the rooms once a week. We stayed 6 nights. It was starting to get a little grungy not having any cleaning service for that time. Breakfast is ok but menu does not vary so gets old after a while.

When we arrived one elevator was out of order (they only have two) and the pool was out of order. Both were fixed on the 2nd day. Our toilet seat was rediculously loose. I reported that and the GM fixed it. Out bedding smelled like wet dog and human sweat. We asked the maid the next morning to change them for us. She said she would but never entered our room. Nothing was touched or changed in any way even tho when we left for the day the maid was still there working on other rooms. The other thing is that it is a very loud hotel. The doors to each room slam, hard, unless you purposely hold them back from doing so. All night long, wham, wham, wham. You can also here the people in the room above you walking around like a cheap apartment from the 70s. We could hear what the people in the room next to us were saying. It's also close to a major intersection. I ended up putting ear plugs in. Breakfast sucks hard, and when they run out of eggs at 8:45 like they did yesterday, you're SOL. You're left with really nasty sausage gravy over under-cooked, doughy biscuits.

New, clean and a great place to stay. We stay at a lot of hotels for travel baseball and this was on of the best breakfasts I’ve had.

Make sure to check your room very carefully before coming in and setting anything down. So glad that we did! The hotel appeared incredibly clean and well kept, but I walked right over to the corner of the bed and the first thing I found were BED BUGS! Several moving as well as a massive about of eggs. We turned right around and left. Front desk staff was extremely nice, so I thought we'd have a good chance in getting a refund since we didn't stay and the problem was very, very clear and communicated immediately. After Hotels.com and we personally made several attempts to follow up and get a refund with the hotel managers, they "were never available" and didn't return calls. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience.
