Add to that parking facilities, easy access to public transport, and the house becomes the perfect base. The house is a log cabin, and in winter, be mindful of cold feet, so bring along some slippers or thick socks. However, with a heat pump, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and electric radiators in all rooms, heating the house is no problem.
