Great host and property!Great location close to beach. Limited cafe/supermarket options close by but very close to Rye with plenty of options. Little problem with the back deck being rotten and a foot going through it but a very sympathetic owner and sorted quickly.

Beautiful house, very comfortable and great layout. The kitchen, with a small breakfast bar is at the hub, which worked well for the family. Lots of space within the house and a huge garden to enjoy. Great location, close to Harry’s and the beach.

Fantastic property. Very clean and well equipped. Wonderful location opposite the sand dunes and beach.Huge completely enclosed garden excellent for young children and dogs.Then the hot tub which is superb!

Great holiday location. Really good garden for children and dogs. Kids loved the hot tub. Just across the road to super beach. Lots of nearby attractions to enjoy with the children.
