Good hotel. I was upgraded to a nice quiet spacious corner room including a small kitchen. Friendly staff. Key card for room and elevator felt safe. Good hot water and pressure. AC easy to adjust on a wall panel. Decent breakfast buffet with a selection of Asian food and some standard western. Easy to park and access from the road. Convenient stores, massage, restaurants, bars, hair nail saloons just outside. Would definitely stay again.

Older hotel but nice big rooms. Adequate kitchen, however refrigerator is actually a mini fridge. No tray to make ice. Washer/dryer to use, nice as we needed to do laundry every other day. Gym, swimming pool and sauna. Location great. Close to everything.

The room was very spacious and had a refrigerator, microwave and washing machine, so it was very convenient.The breakfast was not very diverse, but it was very good and tasty.There are many places to play and restaurants nearby, so it is quite accessible.If I go to Bangkok next time, I am willing to visit again. However, the swimming pool is a bit small and the lobby and elevators do not have air conditioning, so it is hot. The air conditioner in the room is enough to cool the heat in Bangkok. However, the noise of the air conditioner's outdoor unit seems to be a bit serious.

Overall good stay. Big rooms and was told I received an upgrade which was nice. Staff were friendly. I used the gym a couple of times and the pool looked nice too. Only thing that was annoying was the bathtub set up. After a shower, a lot of water drips onto the floor, like up to half a litre! Explained to staff and was told that it was normal and most rooms are like that. They sent staff up to help with the issue but it seems to me that this is a known hazard and should be fixed asap. Stopped me giving 5 stars.

Good location if you want to be near nama plaza. Everything is within walking distance. Staff pleasant. Room size and hotel good for the price. Draw backs, housekeeping overworked, room should have been cleaner and it’s hard to get room made up yet the housekeeper where ruining around. Easy trying to get everything the shower head was about a foot short and the bathroom was soaked when finished with shower, literally a flood. No backup toilet paper roll. It had a washing machine with no detergent? Everywhere I have stayed with A washing machine gave you a small packet of detergent for one/two uses. Pool area was unkept. Breakfast was rough, a lot of food was cold and old. No menu in room. It had a great closet, plenty of space and shelves for clothes. Great pillows. The AC unit in bedroom is on the loud side. Staff was friendly.

観光で１週間宿泊させて頂きました。交通機関を利用することが多かったので駅から徒歩５分と便も良く周りには飲食店やコンビニも多くありまったく不便なく過ごせました。お部屋は毎日の清掃をして頂きましたが日によってタオルが無かったりスリッパが無かったり、それでも良いのですが、歯ブラシは一度も無かったので持参すべきです。お部屋は広くランドリーも使え有り難かったです。何より口コミ通りスタッフの方々の笑顔が1番な安心感でした。お世話になりました。

The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good with many selections. Our room is spacious, has balcony, kitchenette, washer/dryer, refrigerator and many awesome things. But the maid service needs improvement! The maid did not cleaned our room for 2 days since we were there! Although we turned on the light indicator for maid service before leaving the room, returning 5 hours later and the room was not cleaned. When we asked for fresh towels, she apologized for not cleaning the room. The shampoo and body wash dispensers are empty since the first day we checked in. We informed the staff about the incident upon the check out.

Overall great stay. The location is great. Close to Soi 4 which is great for nightlife, but the actual hotel is off the main street so not as busy. The accommodation itself is good. The rooms are spacious and the price is reasonable. Some of the amenities could’ve been better, eg: the bathroom tub design is poor so there’s a lot of water that splashes out onto the floor. But overall great stay.

The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good with many selections. Our room is spacious, has balcony, kitchenette, washer/dryer, refrigerator and many awesome things. But the maid service needs improvement! The maid did not cleaned our room for 2 days since we were there! Although we turned on the light indicator for maid service before leaving the room, returning 5 hours later and the room was not cleaned. When we asked for fresh towels, she apologized for not cleaning the room. The shampoo and body wash dispensers are empty since the first day we checked in. We informed the staff about the incident upon the check out.

He was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist guests with sincere care and professionalism. His dedication to service truly made a positive impression. I believe the management at Park Royal should consider recognizing his efforts through a promotion or salary increase. The hotel employees were very friendly from checking in to helping with the breakfast and also helping us with a late check out. Location is great and less than 5 minutes to the local BTS which is on the main road. Everything you expect in a room cleanness comfort and very appealing to the eye.

Parkroyal suite was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The deskstaff Pat was so helpful. When i was having problems with my credit card and my cell phone wouldn't work she let me use her personal cell phone to call my bank in the states and when i tried to thank her she said she was just doing her job. No Pat you went far beyond your duties!

Parkroyal was an excellent mid-range luxury hotel for the money and is perfectly positioned for someone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Nana Plaza without being stuck in the middle of it. My unit was basically an efficiency apartment that I could have lived in full-time. Staff was AMAZING and friendly 100% of the time. The biggest surprise for me was that the food at Parkroyal was better than ANY OTHER restaurant that we ate at during our stay?!?

Overall great stay. The location is great. Close to Soi 4 which is great for nightlife, but the actual hotel is off the main street so not as busy. The accommodation itself is good. The rooms are spacious and the price is reasonable. Some of the amenities could’ve been better, eg: the bathroom tub design is poor so there’s a lot of water that splashes out onto the floor. But overall great stay.

Great location. Soi 6 is really fun and Soi 8 is a block away. Great pubs and restaurants are everywhere with Nana Square and its rowdy and wild joints a 5 minute walk.

Walking distance (5-8min) from train station. And very close to many bars, which would appeal to those who love nightlife. The bathtub however is very poorly designed, during and after showers, water would drip to the bathroom which gets quite messy and slippery.

Nice clean comfortable room. Conveniently located in the center of the action. 7/11 directly across the street. Everything you need is in walking distance, skytrain, MRT, malls, NANA,Baumrungrad. This is my new go to for my visits to Bangkok.

Good location if you want to be near nama plaza. Everything is within walking distance. Staff pleasant. Room size and hotel good for the price. Draw backs, housekeeping overworked, room should have been cleaner and it’s hard to get room made up yet the housekeeper where ruining around. Easy trying to get everything the shower head was about a foot short and the bathroom was soaked when finished with shower, literally a flood. No backup toilet paper roll. It had a washing machine with no detergent? Everywhere I have stayed with A washing machine gave you a small packet of detergent for one/two uses. Pool area was unkept. Breakfast was rough, a lot of food was cold and old. No menu in room. It had a great closet, plenty of space and shelves for clothes. Great pillows. The AC unit in bedroom is on the loud side. Staff was friendly.

Good hotel. I was upgraded to a nice quiet spacious corner room including a small kitchen. Friendly staff. Key card for room and elevator felt safe. Good hot water and pressure. AC easy to adjust on a wall panel. Decent breakfast buffet with a selection of Asian food and some standard western. Easy to park and access from the road. Convenient stores, massage, restaurants, bars, hair nail saloons just outside. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was great and always helpful. The property is in a great location for nightlife and is reasonably priced based on room size (it is a converted condominium). It is also very clean. I opted for a one-bedroom room with a balcony and kitchenette which was great and mainly came with breakfast included (I extended several times so sometimes not included). I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast options, they were usually cold, and not many choices (my Thai wife never came done after the first day), I recommend the hotel looks seriously into this issue as was my only problem with the property.

Ligger precis vid Sukhumvit 4, så nära till restaurang och barer. Rummen är bra ljudisolerade, personalen är trevliga. Frukosten är dyr 410 baht.

my go to Hotel in bangkok for the last few years lovely modern hotel less than 10 minutes walk from Nana BTS / Skytrain station really big room . lovely big bed , good size shower & good wifi throughout the hotel reception staff & cleaning team very professional as was the manager when approached for a small issue that she quickly resolved only fault I could find would be lack of english channels on the rooms tv & the pools location ( mot on the roof ) the big plus for me is that certain rooms have a washing machine in the room! highly recommend this hotel

my go to Hotel in babgkok for the last 2 years less than 10 minutes walk from Nana BTS sky train the hotel has very modern facilities big rooms , .big bed , good wifi coverage some rooms are equipped with a washing machine which is an added bonus even though the hotel is close to a very lively nightlife area its fairly quiet in the hotel in general front reception staff & cleaning detail are both extremely professional only negative points are the pool not being on the roof instead partly covered on the 8th floor & the TV channels in the room is fairly basic other than that good value for money @ a lovely hotel
