Homewood Suites by Hilton South Dayton Miamisburg

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. As a single mom I was traveling with my children and I went to leave and left the lights on and without hesitation the maintenance man came right out, helped us get some help and stayed with us until the vehicle was started. The breakfast was good and had a unique combination. Very quiet clean everything was wonderful

Spacious room, great breakfast, good location.

I have no idea why the front desk clerk thought it was appropriate to put me in a room with water damage and the ceiling cut out right above my room door but I immediately went right back downstairs and requested another room or a refund. The carpets in that's particular hallway were stained. When we went to the new room the extra comforter, pillow, and sheets in the closet were visibly used and had not been changed out or cleaned. I pointed this out to the other front desk person and she immediately changed out the comforter set and apologized.

Sleeper sofa was dirty with no linen provided for it,had to go get linen and a new mattress topper from the front desk

Everything was great
