It appears that they are attempting to renovate this property. There was flooring in boxes everywhere. Upon getting off the elevator you notice the dirty carpet immediately. The first room I was assigned, the smoke detector was on the floor and broken into several parts. Smelled very strongly of fresh paint. The second room I was assigned, had stains on the top comforters and humidity stains on the restroom wall. Thinking I could get passed that, I went in to check out the pool area as they are one of the few properties in the area with a hot tub and pool. You immediately smell urine upon opening the door. You should smell chlorine. Did not smell any. I then turn the dial to the hot tub and nothing happened. Jets did not work. Pool water looked stale. Not sure if anyone is checking chlorine levels. Chairs and tables in pool area had not been wiped/sanitized in a long time. At that point I didn’t feel safe letting my children get in the pool and that was one of the reasons we chose this property. Needless to say, we canceled our reservation and had to find another place to stay.

Older hotel needs some work. Pool had a health warning so really couldn’t use. Didn’t have the room I booked because they over booked. Staff was very nice.

Staff was very friendly. It was very clean but a little loud in the room from the road ( request an even numbered room )bed was comfy. Could use a little more light in the entry/sink area. breakfast was very good and they put out bottled water and fruit in the lobby a really nice touch. Only gripe was they had a very nice hot tub that unfortunately was Luke warm no way to call it hot! Unfortunately this happens a lot with hot tubs anymore . Good location for food many places close to choose from.

We only stayed for one night. The pool area needs some updating but the other parts of the hotel were updated. Unfortunately the elevator broke during our stay and we were on the 4th floor. Overall a nice stay.

Check in and check out we’re really fast and easy. The staff were all super polite. The free breakfast was really good. The shower was really dirty and the walls were also a little dirty. The shower was the dirtiest thing in the room. The sheets had holes in them and two of the lights in our room were out. The keep the common areas pretty tidy. But the public bathrooms could have used some TLC. We went to swim and the pool water was cloudy and had a really weird smell. There were things floating in the water in the pool and the hot tub. So they definitely don’t clean those as they should. We ended up not swimming at all. The fitness center was pretty clean and the equipment was all in working order. There were no bugs of any sort. The stairwells are very dirty and have a really odd smell. I’m scared of elevators so I have to take the stairs. The heating and air in the rooms was definitely up to par. It stayed a very comfortable temperature. They do not enforce a quiet time after 11 like they advertise. There were kids running up and down the halls at 1 am screaming and playing tag. I personally didn’t complain but did overhear someone else complaining when I went down for a vape break. & when I went back in 20 minutes later the kids were still running up and down the hallway playing tag and screaming. They did that until about 2:30 am. Lots of things close by within walking distance. & there is a hooters in the parking lot.

Pool was great. Just wish the pool had heated water temp for a nice comfort swim. Pool had cold cold water. The Room was ok. Shower had to much water pressure so water come into floor alot in the bathroom. Breakfest food was great but needs more food variety for multiple night stay intead of the same thing over and over every day.

Older hotel, extremely slow elevator. Loud AC when running. Limited commissary items/area. No pop or vending machines on any of the floors. Area where ice machine was located was dirty and had old or damaged mini fridges just stuck out in that area. Refrigerator did not work in room, they were quick to deliver a new one, but the new one also didn’t work. Original fridge had a previous guests sour cream left in the fridge. Not a lot of towels provided and when you asked for more, they were out or still in the process of being cleaned. Pool was inside only and freezing. Front desk person was very nice but difficult to understand and seemed to be the only person working in that area, both night and day. TV in room had no guide service and limited options. Overall, just a fair hotel. Definitely needs to be upgraded/renovated.

The 1st room they put me in the bathtub was filthy, the 2nd they put me in, i dont think they put new sheets on the bed, the floor was filty, good thing i had my own pillow and blanket to sleep on, they really need to have a talk with housekeeping, if they had to sleep in a hotel they would want their room nice and clean

The room itself was fine except the comforter which was stained. The bathroom was terrible. The ventilation sounded like it was going to come out of the wall. The towels had stains on them. The tub was bad. Worn out, no drain cover and was flooding. The faucet was hanging out in front of the wall. Did not even feel clean showering in there. If the bathroom was fixed I would have given it a better review. And need new linens

It wasn’t the cleanest but it was OK. The shower needed to be cleaned better there was no shampoo just conditioner and the sheets on the bed were damp. The lighting when you walk in where you do your hair and makeup if very dim.

The room literally had fleas infesting the bed. We didn’t notice them at first, but looked down at our itching ankles and saw them within 5 minutes of being in the room. They jumped as we would go to smash them. We could not stay there.

The pool was warm with beautiful rotating lights. Hot tub was hot as it should be. Beds are high but comfortable, we slept well.Breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold foods. Bagels, muffins, cereals with milk, oatmeal, yogurts, bananas or apples. Eggs, bacon , sausages, sausage gravy , biscuits, waffles, toast, peanut butter , cream cheese,juices,etc. A welcoming attendant on hand making sure everything stayed stocked until breakfast hours were over. Coffee all day.The staff were very friendly and polite,concerned everything was good with our stay. If back in the area we definitely want to book here again.

The executive room is just bigger than a typical king size room with a sofa bed. It was Romy it was nice and cozy but the refrigerator did not work and it took a while for the water to go out the tub

The check in was ok- but confusing for their staff if you book more than 1 room. The walls in the hallway are very thin and you could hear ALOT of things you don’t want to hear. Once in the room, it was FREEZING. 33° when we entered and it was blowing out cold air. I had to turn the unit off and back on in order to get it to blow warm air. Took about an hour to get the room to 60°. The room itself was clean, but there were several hairs in the bathroom and the tub. Water pressure and temp was great. Our window was open upon arrival and would not lock. You can hear the traffic from the highway. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, so we slept good. The property was well lit, but I didn’t exactly feel the safest. Overall, I would stay here again if I had to- but I would probably check elsewhere for availability first. We opted out of breakfast so unable to leave a review for that or the pool area.

So although this place was nice after getting settled in my room and having dinner I go to take a shower and let the water run a bit before getting in. I pulled back the curtain and the tub was almost over flowing with water. I waited a bit to see if it would drain and it didn't. Called down to the front desk and they did move me rooms. After that all went well.

The whole hotel smelled a bit like weed, and the rooms were very old and needed updating. It looks like they updated the outside and the lobby, but the rest of the hotel looked very old and in need of some renovation. The mirror light in the bathroom was very dim, the shower floor was chipped and stained, and the air conditioner could have worked better.

I normally always check everything in the room when I arrive, my son was so excited they had a pool, I didn't do that this time. I couldn't get the window to shut completely so cold air was coming in, it didn't lock because the lock was broken, and even though I turned the heat up as high as it would go, cold air was blowing out!! I ended up packing up all my stuff and just leaving by about 9.

Location and parking were excellent ! Desk staff were very helpful and friendly ! The beds were good but way too tall for me . Having a recent back injury make it difficult to get in or sit on . However mattress was great for my back ! I had to ask for a desk chair as there wasn’t one . And had to request towels the last morning of our stay . I would stay again but now but more prepared for those small things .

When I arrived in the lobby there was no one to check me in. There was one other person waiting. 10-15 minutes later there were 5 of us waiting for attention before anyone showed up.

It was okay. We booked a month in advance to be told they don't guarantee connecting rooms and our family be placed half way across the hotel from each other. We were offered a refund but there was no room availability anywhere else so we had to stay. I don't think connecting rooms should be listed as they "don't guarantee" them, even if you book a month in advance. It was really crappy to go as a family and not be able to stay as a family. Also, the pool was FREEZING. I'm talking a freshly filled outdoor pool with a water hose and absolutely zero hot water available.

Our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Mason met our expectations. Our room was "relatively" clean, comfortable, and spacious. Wifi worked well, and breakfast offered sufficient variety of hot and cold choices. -- Even though our room was on the side of the hotel located furthest from I-71, there was still some noise from passing vehicles.

You are very close to shopping area. Anything you want, you will get. Dunkin’ Donuts is across the street. Everything is within a 5-10 min drive. It’s a safe area to be in.

Room was good, staff & breakfast were good. Asked for quiet room & adjoining room played TV all night, so that was a problem, they adjusted room rate some. Not great breakfast choices for diabetics & lactose intolerant, but good.

Staff was very friendly. It was very clean but a little loud in the room from the road ( request an even numbered room )bed was comfy. Could use a little more light in the entry/sink area. breakfast was very good and they put out bottled water and fruit in the lobby a really nice touch. Only gripe was they had a very nice hot tub that unfortunately was Luke warm no way to call it hot! Unfortunately this happens a lot with hot tubs anymore . Good location for food many places close to choose from.

The overall stay was ok. The breakfast could have been better. The biscuits were cold and hard and the juices were very watered down. Our room air conditioner was loud. It sounded like a jet before it kicked on. A little annoying trying to sleep with. The beds were very tall. Kind of made it awkward but they were comfortable. It wasn't bad, I would stay here again.

My friend and I booked a two-bedroom for two nights when we are in town for the tennis tournament. The room they gave us originally had a really noisy air conditioner, so we ask them to switch us to a different room. This room's A/C is less noisy but covered with mold. We had to ask to switch again. In the 3rd room, we didn't see mold upon check. The AC was quiet enough, so we stayed until midnight. Then my friend's and mine throats both started getting scratchy and coughing non-stop, and we tool a closer look and found some mold again in the ac again. We contact the front desk again, and this time they only have one king-size bedroom available. We had to go to bed. It's so late. We tried to contact the manager first thing next morning, but he was not here by 10:00 am in the morning. After watching the tennis, we came back to the hotel around 6:00 p.m. Found a manager. He told us there's no two queen-size bed bedroom for us. We expressed our concern and told him about the whole experience. He did not apologize once. He did nonchalantly say he would give us a full refund if we check out immediately, but trust me, I really checked. There are no available two-bed bedrooms in the nearby area because of the tennis event.

Everything about my stay was great. The room was clean. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Only person that was a little unfriendly was the lady setting out the breakfast, my disabled aunt used a coffee cup with a lid for her OJ so she wouldn’t spill it, and the lady tried to correct her on which cups to use.

Well first I was told I would have conjoined rooms then when I got to the property they informed me they no longer have them since their remodel, after that the pool was disgusting hadn’t been cleaned at all, water was green, hot tub didn’t work and the water was cold, then once my kids wanted to watch some tv after trying to swim we turn the tv on and it was shattered. Needless to say management sucks, hotel is trash and if I could give negative stars I most certainly would.
