This is not somewhere we would have chosen to stay. It was the only available place for our needs. It was adequate, but certainly needed updated. The door to our room was quite uninviting and dirty. Could use a scrubbing and coat of paint. Room was very large, consisted of 2 rooms. One with a jacuzzi that we didn’t use, and the bedroom with a king sized bed that was pretty comfortable. The air conditioner was not enough to cool both rooms and there was a floor fan to use. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. The shower needs a grab bar for safe entry and exit. Furniture needs updating. Breakfast bar was limited. WiFi info was not volunteered, had to ask. No info on tv cable usage. Not the standard we’re used to but was adequate.

Service at the counter was professional no complaints at all. Our room was clean and seemed to be well taken care of. The only issue I had was the ramp in the back where my room was had been blocked. If i had not been accompanied by a friend I wouldn't have been able to get up onto the sidewalk to enter my room. There was a van parked right next to the ramp as there was a parking spot there but no room to use the ramp.

The front desk clerk could not have cared less that we were checking in and did not even write the wifi password on the key packet. The toilet was disgusting, with a ring of scum or mold or something in the bowl. Hairs on the floor, dust all over, very dated. For the price we paid this was a huge disappointment.

Great view possible on the lake facing side upper rooms. Room had nearly everything I needed. The room was definitely clean but some chemical they use has a VERY strong odor, I had to run a hot shower for a while to make the odor non-intrusive. No USB outlets for charging devices, but TV had one which worked to keep my phone from dropping charge. Overall good experience, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom fan very loud and no separate switch to turn off. Toilet paper holder not attached to wall. Complementary breakfast could use hot breakfast items added to choices. Especially since price of room keeps increasing. This is only hotel in this area so no other choice of places to stay. We like location of hotel. Able to enjoy events around the lake.

I thought it was okay considering we were just using it for the Eagles and the moose across the street. It is close to quite a few things. I mean basically we thought it was just simple. We didn't need anything like a resort so if that's what you're looking for then I would not stay here cuz there's no pool. There's no luxury per se. It's just simple but very nice. The staff was very nice. The beds are comfortable. It was roomy. It was just perfect for our stay for what we needed.

I thought it was okay considering we were just using it for the Eagles and the moose across the street. It is close to quite a few things. I mean basically we thought it was just simple. We didn't need anything like a resort so if that's what you're looking for then I would not stay here cuz there's no pool. There's no luxury per se. It's just simple but very nice. the rooms definitly need refreshed. it has been or is currently smoking areas so it was extremely smoky smelling. the tv did not work for a full day. the breakfast was nothing more than hard boiled eggs, some walmart brand yogurt and little debbie snack cakes. the location is convenient and safe. i would possibly stay there again but would want to know up front that it's a non smoking room.

Room was okay. Ice machine was in lobby. Buffet breakfast wasn't a buffet. Not alot of room for parking. Stayed in the front side but people on back side parked every which way which made for it being more difficult to get out. Had to drive all the way around the building to leave. Supposed to be one way people were going wrong way from backside of building. Low water pressure. Overpriced but convenient for our reason to be there.
