Travelodge by Wyndham Cleveland Airport

Séjour de 2 nuits (27/28 mai 2025).La navette n'était pas à l"aéroport.J"ai rejoint l"hotel en taxi. Le jour suivant pas de navette non plus. Le prétexte donné: pas de chauffeur La chambre non-fumeur sentait le tabac. Bon, pour le prix payé....

Nice large room. Clean. Great price

There was no hot water for showers. I left at 8:30 My girlfriend was in the room gathering the rest of her stuff. The lady behind a desk threatened to call the cops even though I had the room till 11:00 and when we're leaving and she wouldn't let me get my belongings. I tripped over garbage left in the hallway with my crutches. I only have one leg and I'm in the hospital right now still and they're getting ready to send me to a rehab from the fall at the hotel. The lady that was behind the desk didn't even help me get back up for grab my crutches. She ran away. This happened on the 1st of May. I got the room on the 2nd of May is when this happened

The rooms weren't very tidy at all....not worth the price.
